In a nutshell, by organizing bits into sequences, computers can represent complex data such as numbers, text, images, etc., which laid the foundation for cryptography as well as cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin.

The creator of Bitcoin, known by the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto, combined the words "bit" and "coin" to create the name "Bitcoin" to represent the digital nature of the currency and its reliance on cryptographic principles.

Standardized systems of measurement have been instrumental in driving economic and social progress throughout history. During the Qin Dynasty's unification of the six Zhou Dynasty states, nationwide standards were instituted for critical areas such as rail gauge dimensions, written language, calendars, units of weight and measurement, and currency denominations. The implementation of these unified standards facilitated growth and development across the empire.

The measurement standards developed in ancient Greece and ancient Rome had a profound influence on the evolution of modern international systems of measurement. “Bit” and Bitcoin share an inextricable link, akin to twin brothers: “Bit” provides the fundamental unit for quantifying Bitcoin, on the other hand, Bitcoin expands the applicability of the binary digit to new frontiers.

• Difficulty coefficient: The difficulty target of the proof-of-work algorithm for this block, 4 bits

• Merkle tree: The hash of the Merkle root of all transactions in this block, 32 bits

• Block size: The size of all transactions in this block, with a maximum of 33,554,432 bits (4M)

A "bit field" refers to a specific portion of a Bitcoin block header, usually represented as a hexadecimal value. This representation allows for efficient storage and transmission of the difficulty target, which is crucial for mining and maintaining the security of the blockchain.

According to the Bitcoin mining difficulty calculation formula, the lower the bits value, the higher the difficulty, and the greater the computing power and mining costs required.

Our analysis revealed a correlation: the lower the bits value, the more leading zeros appeared in the corresponding hash value.

In Bitcoin mining, the difficulty is directly tied to the number of leading zeros required in the hash value. Fewer bits translate to more leading zeros, which in turn necessitates a significant increase in computing power to solve the cryptographic puzzle and successfully mine a block.

Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that Satoshi Nakamoto named Bitcoin with "Bit" as a tribute to the significance of "Bit", an homage to Shannon, a continuation of information theory, and a testament to the development of information over the past century. It highlights Bitcoin’s role as digital gold in the information realm, and its blockchain is the cornerstone of building a Bitcoin-centric society.

This consistency also explains why “Bit” is one of Bitcoin's six key elements, as well as the foundation for the other five.

On March 9th, the largest Ordinals inscription Runestone to date, measuring 3.97MB in size, was successfully auctioned for 8 BTC (≈ $560,000). The creator, Leonidas, a well-known figure in the Ordinals ecosystem, said that all proceeds from the auction, along with 2.25 BTC previously raised via Twitter, will be used to pay for the network fees of the Runestone airdrop plan. This will be the largest Ordinals airdrop in history, and it has also made the global Bitcoin community excited about the Runes Protocol, which is scheduled to go live on the main network in April 2024, coinciding with the Bitcoin block height 840000 halving.

The Runes Protocol is a fungible token (FT) protocol based on the Bitcoin UTXO (Unspent Transaction Output) model proposed by Casey Rodarmor, the creator of the Ordinals Protocol, on Sep 26, 2023. He was dissatisfied with the BRC20 token standard, which was born in March 2023, and the use of the Ordinals protocol to create a large number of "dust" UTXOs. Unlike the RGB Protocol and Taproot Assets Protocol, which require off-chain data storage and retrieval infrastructure, or the BRC20, which creates "dust" UTXOs that take up valuable Bitcoin block space, the Runes Protocol is designed to be simple and does not require additional off-chain data or native tokens to support some operations. It optimizes the use of on-chain data and improves the user experience.

Although the Runes Protocol is still in the works, since January 2024, a growing number of Runes-based projects have emerged, attracting significant market attention and investment, propelling Runes to the forefront of Bitcoin innovation.

Here are some lit Runes projects you should keep tabs on:

RSIC stands for Rune-Specific Inscription Circuits. It is an NFT on Ordinals with a total supply of 21,000. The team reserved 10% and generously spent more than 3 Bitcoins to airdrop 90% of the RSICs to NFT holders. The specific airdrop rules were not disclosed, but it is assumed that they were mainly based on the blue-chip NFTs held by the wallets.

Since it was an airdrop, some wallet holders did not know they had received RSICs. Therefore, they need to transfer it once (either buy/sell or transfer it to themselves) to activate it. After activation, the "mining" will start, and what is being mined is the share of a certain token that the project team will deploy on Runes in the future. Each RSIC inscription references the same JavaScript script, which fetches the latest block hash and analyzes whether the last digit matches the symbol in the bottom right corner of the RSIC. When it matches, the style changes (to yellow). Similar settings are used in the BRC333's owl inscription, recursively referring to the JavaScript script to achieve inscription changes over time.

The project will launch a dashboard for querying RS token allocations, eliminating the need to continuously monitor inscriptions for color changes.

In December 2022, Casey Rodamor created the Ordinals protocol, allowing data to be stored on the Bitcoin network. This revolutionary breakthrough meant that Bitcoin was no longer just a store of value. This upgrade enabled users to inscribe data on the smallest unit of Bitcoin, the Sat, creating a new asset class called Ordinal Artifacts. Bitmap belongs to this category of assets, permanently stored on the Bitcoin blockchain and unalterable by anyone.

The concept of Bitmap was proposed by Bitoshi Blockamoto in June 2023: each Bitcoin block is seen as a "digital district" in a virtual world, and each transaction within the block is seen as a "parcel" within the district. The specific data points and characteristics of each transaction determine the nature of the parcel. This means that each digital district is unique and "non-arbitrary" because it is generated based on different information on each block rather than being created out of thin air.

In the image below, we can see each transaction displayed as a parcel. The countless parcels, large and small, ultimately make up this bitmap.

It is an important application of the Digital Matter Theory (DMT) in the Bitcoin ecosystem and one of the many types of digital matter in DMT, existing in NFT form. In other words, Bitmap is the first non-arbitrary metaverse project in the Bitcoin ecosystem. It works by using Bitcoin blockchain data to construct a map of a digital world and providing users with the opportunity to participate in metaverse construction by transforming block data into virtual world landscapes.

Blockamoto describes his idea on his GitHub repo: “Bitmap is a consensus standard that allows anybody to claim the geospatial digital real estate of a Bitcoin Block. This process is achieved by being the first to inscribe blocknumber.bitmap unto a Satoshi using the Ordinals Inscription standard. This process is equitable and decentralized, transmuting any Bitcoin Block into a part of the Metaverse at the cost of energy. Platforms can parse this Block Data into the 3D realm and grant build access to block owners, creating a new paradigm for open-source development. Bitmap theory maps Bitcoins data landscape to spatial analogues, bringing to light the base substrate of a persistent Metaverse. To own a piece of the persistent Bitcoin Metaverse known as Bitmap, one must own a valid Bitmap land inscription through district-theory.mdand parcel-theory.md.”

Blocks on Bitcoin can be seen as a historical timeline, consisting of real-time transaction details and a permanent data string. This block data is extracted and parsed directly from the real-time mainnet data of Bitcoin Core.

As seen in the aforementioned image, each square represents a transaction with its own unique non-arbitrary resource string. Therefore, developers can consider Bitmap as the cornerstone when creating any full-stack application. By sharing such a static, foundational cornerstone, applications can achieve "interoperability" and cross-over utility. This allows users to maintain self-management of assets and identities while exploring different worlds in the metaverse.

Any block on the Bitcoin blockchain can be inscribed with Bitmap. It follows the Ordinals theory and protocol. Only the first person to inscribe on the block is the owner of the Bitmap.

So how should we inscribe? After choosing a particular available block, copy its block number and add ".bitmap" to it (e.g., 800000.bitmap for the 800,000th block). Then, head over to an inscription service platform like UniSat or OrdinalsWallet. If you wish, you can inscribe multiple blocks simultaneously (as shown in the image below). Click "Next," complete the payment, and voila! Your inscription is successfully done.

It's important to highlight that Bitmap can only be inscribed on already mined blocks. At present, all mined blocks, totaling over 830,000, have been inscribed. To inscribe your own Bitmap, you'll need to wait for a newly minted block. Bitcoin typically mines a block every 10 minutes. While you might be eager to inscribe your Bitmap immediately, it's not advisable due to the presence of numerous bots also awaiting the opportunity. A more straightforward and viable option is to purchase Bitmap from a secondary market like Ordinals Wallet.

Unlike metaverses like Decentraland or Sandbox, which are dominated by the originators or publishers behind them, Bitmap challenges traditional notions of ownership in the digital realm and aims to build a fully decentralized and community-driven society.

Blockamoto only proposes the inscription rules for Bitmap and is not responsible for the distribution of Bitmap. Participants need to inscribe and claim their Bitmap in accordance with these rules. The idea, proposed in 2023, is now increasingly accepted, with more than 800,000 mined blocks inscribed and claimed.

Bitmaps provide block owners with the opportunity to actively contribute to the virtual world. By owning a block, users gain a platform on which to build, fostering a vibrant and community-driven environment in the metaverse.

According to information from Ordinals Wallet, Bitmap is currently the second-largest traded asset on the platform (as shown below), with 2.86 BTC (approximately $208,761) traded in the past seven days.

Since Bitmap's inception, it has accounted for nearly 1,500 BTC in total trading volume on major platforms, with a floor price of 0.0035 BTC, a more than 100-fold increase from last year's minting cost. Although as the Bitcoin ecosystem continues to evolve, more and more projects have joined in, stealing Bitmap's limelight, but its potential cannot be underestimated.

Since the birth of Bitcoin in 2009, more than 830,000 blocks have been mined, containing corresponding over 830,000 bitmaps. If we think of bitmaps as the basis of a decentralized global metaverse, and everyone should have one, then they are indeed very scarce, as there are approximately 10,000 people sharing one bitmap right now.

Currently, nearly all protocols, standards, infrastructure, applications, and projects center around Bitcoin's 6 native elements:

Sat is a smallest divisible unit of Bitcoin, with each BTC comprising 100 million Sats.

Ordinals, proposed by Casey Rodarmor, is a Sats-based protocol for creating digital artifact assets. This protocol allows individual Sats to inscribe arbitrary data, generating unique, Bitcoin-native digital artifacts or NFTs.

Remarkably, a single Bitcoin can potentially create up to 100 million NFTs. These NFTs are traceable, transferable, and operate directly on the Bitcoin blockchain without relying on second-layer solutions, offering enhanced security compared to most externally-hosted NFTs.

The Ordinals protocol has significantly boosted miners' income through increased on-chain fee, bolstering support for BRC-20 assets and the broader Bitcoin ecosystem.

As of March 20th, NodeMonkes and Runestone rank as the fourth and sixth largest on-chain NFT projects by market capitalization, highlighting their popularity within the Ordinals protocol.

Then, there are Rare Sats. Not all Sats are equally valued, with some being rarer than others, creating a market for these scarce digital assets.

For instance, the first Sat mined after a Bitcoin halving event is considered rarer than other Sats from the same block, earning the "Epic Sat" status. The Rodarmor Rarity Index categorizes Sats into several levels, such as Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic. Rare and uncommon Sats are highly coveted and have emerged as popular collectibles within the Bitcoin ecosystem.

The UTXO serves as the fundamental unit of Bitcoin transactions, facilitating value transfers through the movement of UTXOs. Each UTXO is an indivisible whole, and a Bitcoin account's balance is not stored centrally like traditional accounts. Instead, it is calculated by scanning the blockchain and aggregating all UTXOs belonging to the same owner.

This concept can be visualized as spending specific coins from a physical wallet rather than withdrawing money from a bank account. For example, if 1 BTC represents a physical coin and you want to spend 0.5 BTC to buy something from A, you would have to give A the 1 BTC worth of physical coin and then A would return a coin worth 0.5 BTC as change. It is not possible to split 0.5 BTC from 1 BTC to pay A directly.

UTXOs offer several advantages: each UTXO can be traced back to its origin, enabling transparent auditing and tracking of all transactions on the Bitcoin blockchain; UTXO transactions do not directly reveal a user's total balance, providing privacy benefits; and it hinders the forgery of transactions or the spending of unconfirmed bitcoins.

Recognizing that BRC-20 token transactions constitute a significant portion of the Ordinals protocol, generating a substantial on-chain footprint and occupying valuable Bitcoin space, Casey Rodarmor, the creator of Ordinals, introduced a new UTXO-based protocol called Runes.

This protocol aims to reduce the on-chain footprint while promoting responsible UTXO management. Runes is set to launch on the mainnet in late April, coinciding with Bitcoin's fourth halving. Some rune concepts already live, the most lit ones being RSIC and rune stones.

The Pipe Protocol, also known as the first UTXO Rune protocol, endeavors to introduce digital asset and NFT functionality to the Bitcoin ecosystem while leveraging the security and efficiency of UTXO transactions.

Data, encompassing transaction records, signatures, metadata, and more, serves as the fundamental information unit of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. It is validated and transmitted through cryptographic algorithms and stored on the blockchain. Data acts as the value carrier for cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and underpins consensus mechanisms.

DMT proposes a framework for creating brand-new digital assets, focusing on deriving Non-Arbitrary Value from the data within Bitcoin blocks themselves.

DMT attempts to move away from arbitrary value allocation for digital tokens. For example, the value of NFTs is typically subjective and not based on any explicit or objective factors, and is therefore an arbitrary value allocation.

Within the DMT framework, the value and supply of new digital assets is determined by utilizing the inherent properties and data patterns of Bitcoin blocks.

The introduction of DMT has opened up a new frontier for blockchain technology, akin to the impact of smart contracts. It represents an evolution from the "Code is Law" to a "Block as Ledger", returning to Bitcoin's minimalist philosophy. DMT allows us to view what constitutes Bitcoin-native digital matter from a fresh perspective – inherent to the Bitcoin ecosystem and block elements, rather than being arbitrarily created by contracts.

Building upon DMT, there is also the Non-Arbitrary Token (NAT) issuance mechanism, and the first token, $NAT, issued under the NAT protocol.

Blocks form the bedrock of Bitcoin's decentralized and distributed ledger system, ensuring the network's integrity and security by transparently and immutably verifying and recording all transactions.

As each block contains a wealth of information, including timestamps, transaction details, and unique identifiers, the utilization of data within blocks has become a burgeoning trend in the exploration of digital assets. For instance, leveraging different data types can enable the creation of Non-Arbitrary FTs (Fungible Tokens), NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), and other asset types.

PoW is the pioneering consensus mechanism introduced and widely adopted by Bitcoin, where computational resources are harnessed to solve complex mathematical problems, earning new cryptocurrency rewards as an incentive. PoW's low barrier to entry allows both phones and computers to participate, contributing to its high adoption rate.

Built on the Bitcoin network, the Atomicals Protocol facilitates the creation, transfer, and enhancement of digital assets, including native digital NFTs, gaming NFTs, digital identities, and domain names. A key feature of this protocol is the introduction of ARC-20 tokens, which are interchangeable tokens.

This approach delegates token issuance quantities and unlocking mechanisms to the most consensus-driven ledger mode.

The Bitcoin chain currently hosts 38 elements under the DMT framework. They are classified and organized in a manner similar to the periodic table of chemical elements and have been applied to some non-arbitrary assets. For example, both $NAT and NATCATS use the 11th element "bit", but in different ways: $NAT corresponds directly to the bit value, while NATCATS uses the "3b" pattern in the bit field.

Below, we will present the difference between $NAT and NATCATS in detail.

$NAT is the first fungible token based on the NAT issuance protocol. The amount of $NAT you have depends on the number of bits in the block; the more bits in the block, the more $NAT there is, and the $NAT cannot be tampered with.

As shown in the image above, when you inscribe the Json for deploying $NAT on block 817,824, according to the bits information of this block, you own 386,161,170 $NAT.

Currently, $NAT boasts a market value exceeding $40 million, positioning it in the early stages of its growth path. As the first token to have the characteristics including DMT, NAT, and block-native, $NAT is poised to become the universal token underpinning the digital realm shaped by DMT.

Looking forward, $NAT is envisioned as the settlement token for a payment system within the DMT digital universe. Ecosystem projects anchored in the DMT digital realm can leverage this transactional payment infrastructure. Market participants can also levy transaction fees in $NAT for their services.

Notably, on existing blocks, $NAT has already been inscribed and claimed, and for new blocks that have not yet been inscribed with $NAT, you must race against bots to get it inscribed and claimed.

Natcats stands as the inaugural NFT asset grounded in the DMT framework, heralding the dawn of the NFT 2.0 era. It garners attention for its rarity and non-arbitrary nature. Each Natcats possesses distinct attributes, autonomously derived from the Bitcoin blockchain.

The issuance of Natcats is contingent upon the presence of the "3b" pattern within the hexadecimal bit field of Bitcoin block data. This implies that Natcats exclusively manifest in blocks featuring this "3b" pattern (refer to the image below).

Therefore, before minting, you need to check whether the selected block contains "3b" in the Bits Field Value section; otherwise, you will not be able to mint a NATCAT. The image below shows a rare NATCAT with block number 829999 being sold for 1.3 BTC, as the 4 consecutive 9s triggered the rare trait of an alien fish.

According to TheBlockRunner, there are two types of tokens in the DMT framework: 1. Tokens with patterns; 2. Tokens without patterns.

Natcats belongs to tokens that require specific patterns and can only be inscribed on specific blocks, while NAT has no pattern requirements and can be inscribed on any block.

When the project was first launched in February, the minting cost of a NATCAT was only $3, but now in the secondary market, the floor price of a NATCAT is 0.06 BTC, a 1400x increase.

Natcats was created to explore the possibilities of autonomous creation through DMT, with the core belief that the digital universe should be free from human control. Similar to how weather, tides, and planetary orbits in the real world all move on their own.

The issuance quantity of all non-arbitrary assets in NAT is related to the number of blocks: if a new block is produced, then corresponding non-arbitrary assets will be generated. It is completely different from many existing protocols for arbitrary, subjective, manual issuance of digital assets.

This autonomous model is highly consistent with the decentralized, trustless approach of the Bitcoin ecosystem. The non-arbitrary expansion methodology ensures that latecomers will have access to these assets by simply paying some gas fee.

Take $NAT tokens for example, according to @GloryYeh's analysis:

Total $NAT supply = sum of bits on all blocks, currently ~344 trillion (~835,000 blocks x average of 4 billion bits per block)

Since the Bitcoin chain generates a block every 10 minutes, about 52,000 new blocks are added each year, but the bits on the blocks are decreasing. As shown in the chart below, the number of bits per 100,000 blocks is decreasing by about 2.81% (and is expected to decrease by about 1.4% per year).

Combining these two factors, $NAT has a certain amount of issuance, but since the number of new blocks added each year is basically stable and the number of bits will decrease each year, the expansion rate will decrease each year, from 4.8% in 2024 to 3.5% in 2028. This is more reasonable than the fixed expansion rate of 5% per year for ETH and DOGE.

Going back further, the issuance of NAT was about 10% in 2014, so the growth rate of $NAT is more in line with the transition of a country from a fast-growing developing country to a slow-growing developed country, and is more in line with the laws of economic development.

According to GloryYeh’s calculations, it is expected that by 2047, the total supply of $NAT will just reach the supply of $SHIB.

Take NATCATS as an example:

NATCATS is generated based on blocks with a "3b" pattern. @BitoOrdileone illustrates the intervals and number of times this pattern has appeared in Bitcoin over the last 15 years with a graph. The shortest interval was 440 days (over 1 year) and the longest interval was 3243 days (almost 10 years). Each time this pattern occurs, a fixed number of 2016 NATCATS are added. even if the next occurrence is 1 year from now, the total supply of NATCATS will only increase by 2016. Since blocks are generated every 10 minutes, each user has the opportunity to compete for this asset by paying some gas fee, ensuring fair participation for newcomers.

DMT and NAT stem from inherent patterns found in block data, resonating with miners who tirelessly mine each block to earn Bitcoin and transaction fee rewards.  The duo come right in time, as it's anticipated that the miner ecosystem will be in urgent need of new streams of revenue, considering that Bitcoin halving will take place in late April.

These examples represent the first batch of digital archaeologists on the Bitcoin blockchain who identified trends and ignited patterns, making block elements a native feature and the greatest narrative of the Bitcoin blockchain. Based on the analysis above, we can evaluate from three stages:

• Start-up phase:

  1. Valuation method one: Estimate at 30-100 times the average minting cost of $10, about $300 - $1000;

  2. Valuation method two: $NAT ≈ SATS. SATS becomes the mining reward for inscription indexing, and NAT becomes the universal token of the DMT digital world, both becoming the core token in their respective fields. With a total of 21 million SATS, each currently at $75 and a market value of 1.5 billion U.S. dollars, NAT is only 800,000 in circulation. When it reaches a market value of 1 billion U.S. dollars, it equates to about $1250 per NAT.

  3. Valuation method three: $NAT ≈ 10 x Bitmap. Bitmap, as land NFT, based on the market value ratio of land to platform tokens in multiple metaverse platforms like Decentraland, is about 1:10. • Growth phase (this bull market):

  1. Valuation method one: $NAT, as the first token of the DMT protocol and a leading concept, along with other tokens like ORDI and ETHS from the BRC20 protocol, each valued at approximately $70,000 and $13,000 respectively, the first tokens of these protocols currently have no ceiling. $NAT is expected to potentially reach $10,000 per token, about a 10 billion U.S. dollar market value, with no upper limit set.

  2. Valuation method two: Bitcoin ecosystem MEME tokens account for 10% of BTC's value, and Ethereum ecosystem's SHIB accounts for about 5% of ETH's market value. Currently, Bitcoin ecosystem MEME tokens are just in their growth phase, with ORDI already far ahead at about $70,000 each. $NAT also has the potential to be a leading Bitcoin MEME token, accounting for about 5% of Bitcoin's value, approximately a 50 billion market value, averaging to about $50,000 per NAT.

• Maturity phase (next few decades):

  1. Valuation guess one: $NAT ≈ Ordinals + Bitmap + recursive inscriptions + BRC420 + BRC20, etc., the total value of all digital substances. The real world has GDP, $NAT is equivalent to the GDP of the DMT digital world or the digital substance production value of the Bitcoin chain;

② What is the difference between the DMT digital world and metaverses like Decentraland?

• Under the trend of all chains uniting, the ultimate universe we dream of is also about to kick off the unification of all universes. The DMT digital world is the entire digital universe, with countless Decentralands, Sandboxes in this world, each block being a small universe.

• Decentraland and other metaverses are arbitrary, their land supply, digital substances, and MANA tokens are all set by the project parties. • The DMT digital world is non-arbitrary. The substances constituting this world all come from the various digital substances created in each block. • Decentraland was originally born on the Bitcoin network in 2015. Due to scalability issues, it moved to Ethereum in 2017. ③ Regarding the Additional Issuance of NAT, $NAT Currently Has Only Over 800,000, Not Arbitrarily Issued, Scarce and Fair

• Firstly, it's clear that the additional issuance of NAT increases with the increase in blocks and decreases with the increase in difficulty. Secondly, in the past 15 years, there have only been over 800,000 Bitcoin blocks, with 50,000 new blocks added each year. The growth rate in 2024 is about 6%, and it decreases year by year (for example, by 2050, the growth rate will be only 2.2%, and by 2114, when Bitcoin is fully mined, the rate will drop to 0.0076%. Introducing a destruction deflation mechanism will lower this rate even more). In contrast, the issuance of ETH is fixed at 5% annually, and DOGE also has an annual issuance of 5%. Comparatively, NAT's growth is more reasonable. Looking back, NAT's growth in 2014 was about 10%, so the growth rate of NAT more closely aligns with the process of a real-world country transitioning from rapid growth in a developing nation to slower growth in a developed nation, in accordance with economic development laws.

• The total amount of BITS in each block can serve as the smallest unit, just as one SATS has 100 million, so the current total amount of NAT is over 800,000, with about 10,000 holding addresses, equating to over 80 NAT per person, which is quite scarce. NAT increases with blocks, also ensuring that subsequent participants have the opportunity to mint for free. Finally, miners will join in mining NAT. In the early stages, NAT, as a Bitcoin block-associated ore, will become the primary ore after Bitcoin is fully mined, turning into the main asset mined by miners.

④ Why Can't $SATS or $BPM Become the Universal Currency of the Digital World?

• SATS is currently widely recognized by the community, for example, Unisat Wallet uses it as a fee for inscription transactions and a reward for inscription index mining. However, SATS has already been fully minted and cannot be issued further based on the future value growth of the digital world, limiting its growth.

• $BMP's current total is 1 billion, only supporting claims for block numbers before 817500, and the last claim date is set for December 31, 2023. Subsequent participants in the DMT digital material world can only purchase on the secondary market. BMP is issued based on whether BITMAP is held. For the DMT digital material world, BITMAP is just one of the assets, and like SATS, it cannot be issued further based on future digital world value growth, limiting its growth potential as well.

I have been in this field for a few years now. I have to gain knowledge and experience while I work during these initial years. From a normal website developer and a graphics designer to a blockchain developer.

We have two products: the Real Estate NFT Marketplace and the Digital Twin Metaverse. MetaEfi aims to be a Land-as-a-Service provider to empower traditional industries toward Web 3.

MetaEfi offers triple benefits as a Land as a Service provider:

1. Breaking the glass-ceiling of real estate investment return by issuing community tokens, DeFi, and the Digital Twin.

The problem: rights in one piece. So far Web 3’s scope has largely been limited to a narrow class of property whose bundle of rights is wholly transferable: tokens, NFTs, artworks, first edition, or rare manuscripts like the US Constitution. But the emphasis on transferability has been to web 3’s detriment, making it incapable of representing and supporting some of the simplest and ubiquitous property contracts today, such as apartment leases.

2. Focus. Profit-sharing right tokenization is just the prelude of the Land-as-a-Service (LaaS), which MetaEfi believes will be the best solution to discover the infinite possibilities of lands both in the real world and the metaverse and the synergy between these two worlds.

We planned the three-step strategic plan for MetaEfi:

In the first step, we will build the NFT marketplace specifically for fragmentation of real estate profit-sharing rights and unleash its multi-layer values via the Digital Twin Metaverse and the community token.

Followed by “Live to Earn”. By providing the unique NFT to property owners, these crypto native IDs will allow them to receive marketing fees directly from businesses, while businesses can also accurately target their customers with these unique NFTs.

The final goal is “Live to Connect”. By collaborating with more industries to obtain informative NFTs, MetaEfi will flatten the social communication in the metaverse, adding the social value to the NFT which forms the close loop of the decentralized society.

Mega Hackathon 2022 is a 4-week blockchain hackathon launched on June 15 and concluded on July 8, which is co-hosted by USC CSSA and Northwestern University Blockchain Group and is the largest student hackathon to date. Blockchain associations or clubs from top universities in Europe and the United States, including the University of Texas, Imperial College of Technology, University of California, Irvine, Cambridge University, Carnegie Mellon University, University of London, University of Michigan, Oxford University, New York University, Georgia Tech University, Tsinghua University, University of Hong Kong, University of Illinois, University of Chicago, and others, are participating in the support.

The Mega Hackathon pools $80,000 in prizes, divided equally among 4 tracks: DeFi, NFT, GameFi, and Web3. The hackathon will be 100% online to ensure that participants from all over the world have a fair chance to participate.

The Mega Hackathon is dedicated to connecting talented builders with different ecosystems, protocols, and investors, providing more opportunities for young people with passion and enthusiasm to collaborate. During the hackathon, there will be a series of lectures on related topics for the participants, as well as an NFT raffle and peripheral NFT sales.
