TIL Curve DAO votes only count YES votes toward the 30% quorum. Vote 690 has majority support and appears to have reached quorum (194m), but only has 193m YES votes. This vote actually fails quorum by ~1m votes and is the first vote in 4 years to demonstrate this behavior.
