But with the launch of the CTRL Staking Program, we’ve charted a clear path forward. This new initiative marks a pivotal direction for our platform, enhancing a rewarding trading experience with a powerful tool designed for both earning and growth. Starting on Wednesday, the 14th of February, staking will be accessible via our official portal at ctrlapp.io.

Here is the outline of the staking initiative and the advantages for our token holders:

Staking Rewards:

• Diversified Revenue Sharing: In alignment with our revenue model, token stakers will participate in a revenue-sharing arrangement. A considerable 50% of the platform’s accrued fees and a 2% share of the CTRL token’s trading volume will be transmuted to Ethereum and apportioned among the stakers. This program is crafted to build a strong reward system that grows alongside our platform’s development.

• Eth-based Returns: Stake CTRL to accrue Ethereum, capitalizing on the platform’s revenue streams.

For optimal reward accrual, participants are advised to maintain their stake throughout the entire week, with rewards being allocated on a weekly cadence.

The implementation of the CTRL Staking Program signals a new phase for us. Currently in closed beta, we’re gearing up to launch our MVP. A new way to trade

Ctrl is your all-in-one trading terminal in Telegram. Ctrl stands out from typical trading bots. It's a comprehensive tool that offers more than the basics:

The first element of Ctrl is the telegram bot. Access it via direct message or integrate it into groups. This is the primary gateway to the application.

To start trading, simply perform a price check by typing /p [token or ca] and click the “Trade on Ctrl” button at the bottom. This action opens the full web application, where you can trade directly within Telegram or your group chat, without the need to switch platforms. You can also access the application by sending /start to the bot in direct message.

What makes Ctrl special is its support for Social Trading. It enables trading alongside others in Telegram groups. Additionally, group owners who integrate Ctrl earn 25% of all trading fees generated in their groups. Ctrl applies a 1% trading fee on all transactions. Share, Trade, and Earn. This fee is waived for the first week.

Ctrl currently includes a wide range of features:

Referral Programs

• For Individual Traders:

  • Referral Links: Traders can create and share referral links.

  • Revenue Share: Earn 25% of the trading fees generated by friends who trade using your referral link.

• For Telegram Group Owners:

  • Group Integration: Incorporate the Ctrl bot into your Telegram group or channel. Simply invite the bot and execute the command “/setup_referral”

  • Revenue Share: Earn 25% of the trading fees executed within your group or channel.

The CTRL Token

The CTRL Token is our utility token, it can be staked to earn rewards.

Staking

50% of the platform's fees and 2% of the token's trading volume (which constitutes 40% of the taxes) are converted to ETH and distributed among CTRL Stakers.

Two staking options will be available : Stake CTRL to earn ETH and Stake CTRL to earn more CTRL (with auto-compounding).

The CTRL Token is not inflationary and rewards are distributed weekly, requiring continuous staking throughout the week to receive the full reward.

Tax Distribution

CTRL implements a 5/5 buy and sell tax.

• 40% of the buy/sell tax, or 2% of the token trading volume, is allocated to token stakers.

• 20% of the B/S tax or 1% of the token trading volume will be used to increase the protocol's CTRL/WETH LP position. Our goal is to stay over a healthy 15% market cap / liquidity ratio. If this ever goes above we can chose to allocate those funds to either staking, funding marketing campaigns or development.

• 40% of the B/S tax or 2% of the token trading volume will be used to fund the project.

This tax rate may be reduced in the future.

Supply and Token Allocation

10,000,000 CTRL tokens were minted at genesis.

Those tokens will be distributed as follows:

• Circulating Supply: 6,000,000 tokens (60%)

• CTRL Labs: 2,000,000 tokens (20%)

• CTRL Foundation Treasury: 2,000,000 tokens (20%)

500,000 Tokens will be deployed in the CTRL/WETH Pair.

The CTRL Token, with its dual staking options and tax distribution, is tailored to benefit its holders and support the sustainable growth of the platform.

The CTRL Labs tokens are vested for one year and are allocated to rewarding the past, present and future contributors of the project. The vesting is linear and started at token inception.

The CTRL Foundation Treasury tokens are allocated towards bolstering ecosystem growth.

Relaunch details

Initial liquidity: ~43 ETH and 500,000 CTRL.

We will have anti-sniping measures in place.

An additional ~40 ETH will be deployed over time to ensure that we keep a healthy liquidity ratio.
