            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hong Kong, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs</p><p>On 6 May, China announced that it was now over 3.5 million developers and more than 5,600 partners, with settlement certification exceeding 15500, of which OpenEuler’s commercial load increased at the index level.</p><p>In addition, China has upgraded the DevKit 23.0 package for development developers. At the same time, on the basis of the overall soft and hard capacity, China has joined the partners in consolidating basic hardware and industry applications for semi-industrial subsectors, rolling out integrated solutions for “opening”, “performance excellence”, “safe and secure”, and the first programmes released have covered areas such as data management, privacy calculations, super-integration.</p><p>For the development scene, formalizes the language of programming in 昇leng Ascend C, with original support for C/C.8/ programming norms, matches user development habits; structured nuclear function programming, with a high-performance bank interface, allows for the achievement of the nucleus core logic, automatic flowing parallel movement control to achieve optimal performance; and, for the Gernel source migration tool of GPU, reduces the time of movement from “weeks” to “days”.</p><p>The model development landscape, with the vision of Mind Spore AI, provides a series of tools and packages that support the efficient original development of the model. This year, the scope of the ranking was expanded to 1250 well-known universities in 74 countries around the world. In this year’s ranking, Harvard University, MIT and Stanford University ranked in the top three, followed by the top 10 universities, including the University of California, Berkeley, Oxford University, California Institute of technology, Columbia University, Johns Hopkins University, the University of Washington and Yale University. The top 20 universities are all American universities except Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College and the University of Toronto. The highest ranked National University of Singapore in Asia ranked 43rd. Two Chinese universities were shortlisted in the top 100. Tsinghua University (score line, major setting) ranked 64 and Peking University (score line, major setting) ranked 65.</p><p>The following is the detailed ranking of Top100:</p><p>Ranking introduction</p><p>The authoritative U.S. News &amp; world report first released the “US News Best Global Universities” on October 28, 2014.
