Behold, fellow gobblers. Long time Goo, the blood of Gobblers’ world and economy, was considered something that doesn’t deserve respect or value. Goo as well as Gobblers have been falling in price every single day due to inflation. The destruction was total. However, there is still hope. Hope that someone will pay deserved attention to our small and priceless Goo. To bring that hope back, we would like to introduce you our Goo DAO. The DAO that pays attention to all the parts of the Gobblers’ world.

What do we do:

In the Goo DAO, we focus more on Goo, as it’s the only real source of everything in the Gobblers’ world. We believe that whoever controls the Goo, controls everything.

That’s why we are seeking to build Goo Cartel with all willing parties. This Cartel will control a big portion of Goo emissions and thus new Gobblers emissions. In the beginning, we will own about 5% of the Goo share but we believe we can overtake much more.

The most important for us in creating this complimentary DAO is to contribute to building the Gobblers ecosystem free for everyone and making it ready to onboard new users, without money limitations.

Economy:

We are building a two-token DAO. One for Goo, one for Gobblers NFT + governance.

The first token wraps Goo, preserves Goo's value and represents a share of the Goo market cap by staking it under DAO NFTs. It’s good for providing LP, investing, trading, and holding. It is secured from the dilution of the Goo marketcap.

It’s a new safe currency of the Gobblers ecosystem. It’s called wGoo.

The second token is protocol governance and tokenized Gobblers NFTs with fee share. You can contact us and onboard with your NFTs in exchange for governance tokens. This token will be released in future weeks. It doesn’t have a name yet and it will be the community who decides.

Previously all other forms of tokenisation by other players’ market participants included one-token solutions. We believe that it’s not an optimal choice and that our vision is significantly stronger.

Building Community for the people:

Before building this DAO, we were a pool of 20 different retail investors, none of whom got a WL. We are THE people and we are building for people. Before the DAO we were in top#3 Goo producers. However, we decided the more Gobblers, the stronger Gobblers are.

We are willing the system to be as decentralized as possible. There are no requirements for newcomers to hold anything. Only passion and belief. The economical rationale of the product:

Wrapped Goo:

As of now, due to the nature of Goo it’s impossible to make any trades with it as much as it’s impossible to onboard new users into Gobblers, because with a small amount of Goo in tank Gobblers are ineffective, and there is reliable way to buy Goo.

By bringing liquidity to the market, we bring trust and backstop mechanisms for Gobbler’s economy and give the ecosystem a sufficient economical floor. There is not much sense in dropping the floor below the minting price evaluated by Goo. By creating a rational market for Goo, we design a rational market for the whole Gobblers economy and make Gobblers yield a real yield. Instead of selling Goo with minting NFT’s, we now bring an easy way for anyone to get yield/invest in the ecosystem without dilution or big NFT prices

Now everything can be priced in Goo. In stable Goo. In wGoo.

Tokenized governance / NFT:

By making tokenized and yielding NFT-backed tokens, we give the ability for all retail investors to invest directly in NFTs and get yield out of them. Later on governance token will get a 50% share of fees from wGoo. In contrast to other DAOs which propose to invest in “one token for all“, we think that to have a token that possesses a real fractionalized value of NFT is much more straightforward for the end user.

Generally, DAO won’t sell newly minted NFT’s and will focus on getting the biggest possible share of the project. It should make economy more healthy.

2% unwrap fee

12% performance fee. This amount can fluctuate in future to sustain the share of the Goo market cap for every wGoo and may change later in both directions.

Security:

We have built the whole project in less than 3 days, however, we managed to get a good overview from a decent amount of peers, to feel safe to invest our own money into our project and seed it fully.

Contracts are verified on etherscan.

Multisig 3/5 with well known community members owns most of the contracts.

We have a bounty program for any bugs in our contracts. We are ready to pay up to $100k of bounty for extremely severe cases.

We are planning on conducting audits in future.
