高级商务的金属蓝色页面背景，简洁高级的文字布置，受到了众多商务人士的喜爱，这也可从similar web中用户画像职业领域主要为互联网和金融行业可见一斑，例如金融领域知名公众号“深潮”便在Mirror衍生品的 Ask Mirror 中常年被置顶可见，且文章发布周期稳定持续。

概览Mirror基础功能

点开Mirror的页面，除了高颜值的页面，更值得我们注意的是Mirror的内容，毕竟它是一个去中心化的内容发布平台。

我们可以注意到，Mirror上面发布的内容具有4个栏目，而这四个栏目也概括了Mirror究竟发布了什么，Entry、Edition、Entry Edition、Crowdfund。

其中Entry栏目发布的为文章类别，任何类别的文章，只要是以文字为载体即可，但不具有NFT属性；Edition更倾向于图片、GIF (动态图片)，具有NFT的属性。而Entry Edition是具有NFT属性的文章；而Crowdfund则是这几个栏目中最具有Mirror特色的栏目，也是功能，即众筹，内容创作者可以在发布文章后向看好或是喜爱这篇文章的人，发起众筹，作者付出的答谢是自己这篇文章的一定所有权，可以理解为上市公司的股份，从而获得Web3货币，进行Publishing(发行)，发行成功，获得收益之后，创作者和粉丝会按照文章所有权比例进行收益的分割，可以类比为上市公司的年终股东分红。

Mirror的底层逻辑

除了了解Mirror的内容发布类别，更应该理清Mirror运行的底层逻辑。

从文章面世的角度来说，任何一位Mirror的用户只要进入mirror.xyz网站，便可在网站最上方看见创作的入口，绑定自己的钱包，如Meta Wallet。

随后便会直接弹出类似Microsoft Word书写的入口，操作与Microsoft Word无异，写作完成后便可直接免gas费上链存储在Arweave（一个数据存储网站）上，此时文章便已顺利面世。之后创作者便可选择是否需要众筹、是否需要铸造成NFT增强文章的交易、投资、收益属性。

从创作者的角度，Mirror的操作无非分为3种。非专业的个人创作者可以建立在具有所有权、被完全尊重的情感抒发、观点表达；专业创作者的免受侵权之扰的快速发行，通过众筹获得粉丝帮助，使文章具有投资并获得收益的属性；专业创作者通过将文章铸造成NFT，所谓的entry edition,进一步增强它的交易、投资和收益属性。

Mirror的核心是将文章的所有权属性加强，使得文章之类的思想结晶也可以轻易的获得金钱的、版权的价值，而无需再像以往创作者需要经过与多家出版社编辑的仔细沟通，繁琐的程序、大量的时间以使得自己的劳动成果积累到一定数量，才能够被承认、被认可，获得金钱、名誉等实际性的价值。

而Mirror勇敢踏出的这一步，降低了创作者写作的门槛，使每个人的观点都可以轻易在互联网得到建立在尊重基础上的聆听，极大提高了文章发行的速度，文字创作者可以走出作家前期穷困潦倒的死循环，而有头脑、有鉴赏力的粉丝也可通过“粉”对创作者从而获得连带的收益。

而Mirror为何被我认为是真实的文字世界，因为文字在这里与区块链编码绑定，自此也就摆脱了被乱占有的尴尬境地，不同人笔下的文字都有了价值。文字被认可、被尊重，这是一个真实、纯粹的文字世界。

在笔者第一次给建筑学生做元宇宙简介的讲座中，我们看到了在虚拟世界中开发建筑项目的可能性。随着他们进一步了解虚拟货币，NFT数字资产，web3.0等概念后，他们催生出想去元宇宙炒房的“白日梦”。

有些NFT土地的售价比现实世界中的房价还要高，使得一些人难以理解这一概念。事实上，NFT土地和实体房地产之间有很多相似之处。作为区块链上的数字资产，NFT土地有一些独特功能值得我们探索。

什么是NFT虚拟土地？

元宇宙是一个数字世界的概念，尝试给予用户另一个生活场景。最早元宇宙以游戏场景为载体，例如，SecondLive为数字音乐会、远程会议及数字博览会提供场地。

在元宇宙概念的启发下，Sandbox，Decentraland等web3.0网络平台开始争做“上帝”和“甲方”的角色。数字开发商规划大面积土地，将其划分为小块地，在市场上出售。

客户购买与特定地块关联的数字地产，代表对该地区的独特所有权。你可在项目出售土地时直接购买或在二级市场购买地块，而NFT土地的用途因项目而异。

虚拟土地有哪些实用性？

除了投机，土地所有者可将他们的虚拟空间用于各种场景：

广告 — 如果你的地块位于热门区域，吸引了许多游客，你可以征收广告空间费。已经有很多运动品牌开始和元宇宙平台合作，证明了元宇宙平台的流量已经很可观。

社交 — 你可在自家数字土地上举办音乐会、会议及社区聚会等活动。再也不会有web2.0社交软件那种有距离感还考虑要不要奔现的烦恼了！

游戏 — 你的NFT土地可能在元宇宙游戏中派上用场。例如，Axie Infinity的土地可以提供额外资源、代币，还可制作原料。目前元宇宙平台还是更加接近游戏场景，今后能否革新，拭目以待。

工作 — 客户自己化身虚拟形象，其所探索的土地可以用于虚拟办公空间或提供数字服务。比如普华永道香港办事处将在其Web 3.0咨询服务中使用The Sandbox土地。

影响虚拟土地价格的因素有哪些？

虚拟土地定价与其他数字资产NFT或加密货币类似。需要研究以下三大因素：

**效用 **— 虚拟土地与许多其他NFT不同，它通常拥有多种实用性。这些实用性将依据他们所处平台而有所不同。例如，像Decentraland这样的数字世界允许用户在自家土地定制和自由创造。

如果你的土地所处位置很受欢迎，或有许多游客前来参观，就可收取广告费。你的土地也可能在元宇宙游戏中为你创造收益。你可能在质押体验金或在Axie Infinity等游戏内活动中获得更好的独特体验。

**平台 **— 像Decentraland，Sandbox，Axie Infinity或即将发布的My Neighbour Alice，Matterverse等热门平台，其NFT地价往往较高。这是由市场供需决定的。这些平台的用户群和关注度要比小型项目高得多。

**投机 **— 过去大量出售NFT土地导致投机活动越发猖狂。例如，2021年11月，NFT房地产公司元宇宙集团投资约243万美元，在Decentraland购买了一宗由116块地组成的地块。每个地块都是16平方米，总面积为1856平方米，全部位于时尚街区。

速览哥布林小镇

该 NFT 项目全称哥布林小镇，于今年五月中旬推出，曾一度在 Opensea 上排名升至榜首，并超越优质 NFT 无聊猿，CryptoPunk 等。Goblintown 在俚语中是熊市的意思。而该形象源自一个类似指环王里面地精的形象。

截至 2022 年 6 月 30 日，Goblintown NFT 的地板价为 2.8 ETH（约 3023.57美元），该系列最昂贵的销售是Goblintown #8995（下图），交易价格为69.42 以太币，约136,440美元。这仍然没有阻止收藏家努力获得他们在 Goblin NFT 中的份额，因为他们认为该项目是 NFT 市场中的一颗超新星。

哥布林小镇不仅在每周销售量方面成功击败了其他 NFT 收藏品，而且还能够吸引用户，让他们相信这个丑不拉几的小玩意有能力在 Opensea 的海洋里创造奇迹。然而 Goblintown NFT 采用的非常规和创新的营销策略可能才是造就他做到“丑到极致是爆款”的真正原因。

1：独特的美学设计：丑到极致是主流

当很多项目在纠结如何让 NFT 头像画风精致优美的时候，哥布林小镇作为第一个以卖丑为形象的 NFT ，吸引大众的眼球。很多收藏哥布林小镇的玩家认为这种丑陋的画风有“讽刺现实”的含义，反映了当下 NFT 市场的虚伪和过度包装。正是因为市场上充满着靠夺人眼球的数字藏品，很多玩家早已感到视觉疲劳。

2： 独特的品牌理念：“无理念..直接摆烂..”

Goblin-town NFT 在发布时被多家媒体批评为“不正经的 NFT ”项目。它与无聊猿 NFT 一样是由 9，999 个具有稀有风格和特征的角色图像组成，供用户拥有和交易。不一样的是哥布林小镇没有涉及任何discord频道，白名书，路线图，实用性，就连幕后团队是谁都不知道。

🤷‍♀️ 这些不正经的骚操作正是让哥布林小镇成为当今最独特的 NFT 项目。

3： 独特的营销手段：无热度就蹭热度..

Goblintown NFT 能受欢迎的原因之一是因为他们碰瓷式的营销手段。有传言说该系列与无聊猿游艇俱乐部背后团队 Yuga Labs 有关。甚至有网友宣称 BAYC 和 Mutant Apes 的创建者有可能是 Goblintown NFT 的幕后黑手。更是有人发现无聊猿的白皮书中含有 1% 哥布林销售。这个“热度” 增加了不少人的好奇心。当然 Goblintown 官方也没有做出任何关于此次事件的回应。

不仅哥布林小镇会去通过碰瓷来蹭热度，很多其他项目也通过效仿哥布林形象来创作新 NFT 来蹭热度。在哥布林 NFT 出圈之后，各种稀奇古怪的 NFT 横空出世。很多项目团队通过模仿哥布林的画风。创造出哥布林女孩 GoblinGrlz，哥布林汉堡 Gtburgers，以及“哥布林宝宝” BabyGoblintown。

虽然仿盘的行为很恶劣，但这些创作者的初心并不是为了自己盈利。这些创造者想促进 Goblintown 这种讽刺市场的反主流文化，并帮助它扩大生态。其中，哥布林女孩的创作者就表示，TA所创造的 NFT 会将其盈利收入15%捐赠给非盈利组织。

个人感受：

不可否认的是，哥布林通过这种独特艺术风格，讽刺主流，摆烂营销的方式霸占了 NFT 市场，但是当更多像哥布林一样的仿盘 NFT 席卷市场时，玩家会不会产生“审丑疲劳”？哥布林的收藏者，投资者会不会同样变成下一波被割的韭菜呢？

NFT or known as Non-Fungible Token, can represent any digital asset on blockchain. Unlike real-life tokens, every one of these non-fungible tokens is unique and impossible to lose. NFT can be anything. Creators can tokenize their in-game items, digital artwork, music, avatars and event tickets into NFT and them online. Avatars are the massive hype for the NFT game.

Bored Apes are the most successful and priceless collection of NFTs by volume. The most expensive NFT in this series sold for a whopping $3.59 million. Global influencers like Stephen Curry, Shaq O’Neal and Justin Bieber all hold at least one of these apes as their social media profile. This insane NFT project has gone from the world of cryptocurrency into the real world of pop culture and fashion. If you don’t know how Bored Ape made its own fortune, I will give you a little bit of insight into the Bored Ape’s origin story.

What is Bored Ape?

The Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) is a collection of 10,000 NFT ape avatars. The apes in each image are generated by a unique algorithm. This algorithm can generate a total of 172 attributes of varying rarity. And then randomly disrupting the various combinations of background colour, fur colour, incarnation costume, hat, eyes, mouth shape and character accessories for each ape incarnation. Making each ape unique in the world. Unlike the Mona Lisa in Louvre, where a real-life forgery has to be identified by an expert, the NFT can be identified simply by its publicly available serial number.

The rarity will determine whether your ape is priceless or a cheapo. If the ape has less common combinations and accessories, it can lead to higher rarity. And the higher the rarity means the higher the offer. According to OpenSea, the world's first and largest NFT marketplace, one of the rarest NFTs in the series, Bored Ape #7495 (worth approximately $150,000), carries a dagger in its mouth, a trait possessed by only 48 other apes out of the 10,000 apes. (This algorithmically randomly generated attribute has a rare rarity of 0.49%)

These Boring Apes NFTs are bought, sold and traded using Ether (a type of cryptocurrency). They can be purchased on OpenSea. All information about each transaction can be presented on the platform. Take Bored Ape #7495 for example. Any user can check the Opensea website to find out the time of each transaction, the information about the counterparty, and even the amount of each transaction of this NFT item. Because they are publicly documented on the blockchain.

How did the average price of BAYC take a big leap jump from 0.08 ETH to 105 ETH? There are certainly a lot of special characters around BAYC, but apart from that, they have attracted millions of potential buyers and sellers through three marketing tricks.

Community Operations & Marketing

BAYC is more than just a fun Jpeg to use for your Twitter profile, their ultimate goal is to be a global premium club. Your bored ape is the VIP pass for entry. That’s why much of its commercial marketing revolves around its online community. When NFT was officially launched, the team began promoting the project on Twitter, and Discord, building up strong online communities that would allow BAYC holders to interact while sharing information. Even if you don’t own any NFT, you can still join the BAYC discord community and participate in discussions on some of the channels to get the latest insight on NFT. This allows users from inside and outside the crypto community to be connected.

Member benefits

BAYC owners can enjoy exclusive membership benefits in the club. Every owner will not only be able to participate in some exclusive offline parties, but BAYC will also grant consumers free NFTs for other product lines. In June 2021, every BAYC holder will receive a free virtual land NFT, Otherside. While these virtual lands are free for BAYC holders, if you are not a BAYC member you will need to pay 2.3 ETH (about $4,160) for the cheapest piece of Otherside virtual land. This step also paves the way for BAYC to build their Ape metaverse.

Brand Remake & Co-branding

Each BAYC owner is given the right to use it commercially and they can build products on it. Unlike traditional artwork, the products are different. Once a consumer has purchased a Bored Ape NFT, the consumer can make and sell all kinds of peripherals with their Bored Ape IP on them: T-shirts, mugs, etc. With the help of BAYC, the customer becomes the owner. Li Ning bought BAYC #4102 in April this year, and at the end of the transaction, Li Ning not only received an NFT, but also commercial ownership of the Bored Ape IP #4102, which was added to the brand’s new products for sale. BAYC is not only incentivizing individual users and commercial brands to create their own new commercial IPs through secondary IP ownership but is also giving its NFT a free wave of high-quality PR.

Conclusion:

Bored Ape is more than just an NFT collector’s item, it represents a status symbol in Web3. Its success is definitely not based on luck and hype alone. It is still very different from CryptoKitties, the NFT that was an instant success but whose bubble soon burst. The company is now launching its fourth series, Otherside Virtual Worlds, and is gradually expanding and refining its ecosystem. According to the roadmap released by BAYC, they want to create an NFT that is accessible in all areas, and I believe it will continue to improve its ape universe and create more value in the future.
