At the same time, Liu Xiuyun proposed to improve the treatment of aesthetic education teachers, attract more college graduates or other social personnel to apply for the qualification of art teachers, and provide sufficient teacher reserves for the recruitment and employment of art teachers. “Government departments should vigorously increase the enrollment plan of Art Majors in normal schools. They can also set up art normal schools specialized in training art education teachers and establish special art education colleges to train art education teachers in a planned way.”
