On 19 February, as an expert representative of the Cebu industry, the AFS teacher was invited to attend the Colloquium on Quality Development in the Tourism Accommodation Industry in the Dung Bridge District, to hold on-site exchanges with the leaders of the region, who had been lunch, martyr, mason, and excellent business representatives, listened to others and shared their minds, and to work together to inspire participants to think about, harvest, grow and advance the high quality of the tourism and accommodation industry, and to further strengthen the recreational economy.

Founder of branding

Director, House Planning Institute, National Institute of Building Design, Hangzhou

Master Planning, Inc.

Expert on the design of housing

Home rehabilitation specialists

Ten host space designers in Asia

1940-2020 Chinese indoor design

In the more than twenty years of operation, the Sun Army teacher, as a liberal designer, has been given the task of solving the connection and integration of “planning and construction, construction and accommodation”, whose purpose is to design, shelter, detail, to cover the rehabilitation of ancient buildings, the rehabilitation of ancient villages, hotel design, catering design, house design, design, small town planning, etc.

Its works are spread throughout the country, with easy-to-replacement homes located in various wind areas of the State of Su, with the branding of the brand in 2013, ranked 55th of the General List of China’s Indoor Design Business, 2018, and its own contribution to the development of the tourism host industry.

“The current developments in the tidal State, while still at a start, are also valuable places to invest in building residential homes in bridge areas, as it is right.”

• The Vice-President of the Statistician Association

• Sunni teachers are aware that the current climate of domestic tourism is warming and that the flow of tourists in the tidal states is far more than the same period in history. “Cultural sharing” in 2023, New Spring non-survivors’ City, Tribune County, Tribune City, “Millennium, Oth Street” 2023, Aims exhibit in Guti City, “Cultural Gue City,” series of popular artist activities, with the number of tourists in spring festivals rising to 28.53 million, an increase of 44.1 per cent.

• In conjunction with the twenty-third annual meeting of international syndicates in the tidal region of 2025, it is expected that 3,500-4500 guests will be accommodated, 1763 rooms are currently in the city-wide level above the four-star level for reception of guest accommodation, 148 hostels are registered in the bridge area, 43 per cent smaller (small than 6 rooms) are housed, 32 per cent medium (six-10 rooms) is in the middle (10 rooms) and 7 per cent is larger (10-14 rooms).

• According to SAF teachers: “The Territory’s tourism market continues to be active, with strong accommodation needs, with significant potential, in addition to its own advantages in the tidal and coltan regions, but accommodation is unevenly distributed among the host population and there is still considerable room for improvement in the number of hostels. In addition to accommodation, transportation problems, market regulatory factors also affect the development of the tourism industry.”

• “The introduction of passenger sources, the convergence of people, the stay of tourists.”

• - The Secretary of the Committee for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs

• On that day, the Secretary of the Committee attended and addressed the Council, and the Committee and the Deputy Governor took the Chair. The meeting featured high-quality development promotion videos in the bridge area, and the regional branch office provided information on the sector-wide tourism host industry. The Secretary had suggested that high-quality development in the tourism industry was an important component of high-quality economic and social development throughout the region, and that all relevant sectors at all levels should carefully plan, introduce and nurture a batch of well-qualified hotels, develop new tourism industries, trigger new detonators for tourism consumption, ensure that the “bading of tourists, assemblings and tourists” was further strengthened.

• Demands also that all relevant departments at all levels maintain a problem-oriented approach, focusing on key issues such as “improvement of the road traffic system” “regulation of prices”, “advancing the quality of services”, focusing on traffic blocking, setting up market supervisory classes, severely combating such offences as price fraud, price-adjusted prices, leading the tourism host industry to regulate virtuous development, ensuring the safety and stability of market agents, and exploring the positive incentives for upgrading the industry, industry innovation and service improvement through investment in order to explore the “bunching” of hosts, “inhabitants” and “inhabitants” to improve the competitiveness of the tourism industry, and to develop a branding industry.

• After a visit to a number of residential homes, SAF teachers found that the hosts of the bridge area were currently branded with home-based branding, that the level of professionalization of operations was low, that most specialized teams were not introduced to manage their operations, that there were low entry thresholds for practitioners, high loss rates, lack of professional theory and weak service awareness.

• The statement by the Sun Army teacher on “the need for a complete, accurate and comprehensive implementation of the new development concept, enhanced coordination and proactive service delivery”, which was submitted by the Secretary-General, made it imperative that the problem of uneven geographical distribution be addressed, that it be “on-site, chained”, that the standardization of tourist brands in the secondary bridge area also needs to be further enhanced, and that, for rural people and housing, construction needs to be more coordinated with natural landscapes, and finally recommended the integration of urban and human landscapes in the city of Guido County.

• “The accommodation shall be divided into the home, the hill and the city, and the bridge area shall first be located in the town of the main city, and shall begin to take into account the development of the village population and allow tourists to return to their habitation.”

• - Representative of experts in the civil and housing industry

• In a strong atmosphere, participants spoke on “the optimization of the structure of the residential sector development” “building the well-being of people, hotel IP brands”, “upgrading the level of public service”, because most of the residential operators in the Territory were highly concentrated in the streets of the city, in the streets of the city, in the streets of the city, and in the streets of the streets of the town, while the Eastern Province of the Republic of Korea was divided between Korea and Korea.

According to the data of Lighthouse, cat’s eye and other platforms, as of 21:30 on May 4, the total box office (including pre-sale) of “May 1st gear” (April 30-may 4) in 2022 was 295 million yuan. The top three films at the box office are: I really hate long distance love 87.499 million, villain League 71.118 million and magic animal: Dumbledore’s mystery 32.874 million.

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the total box office of “May 1st” this year is only 17.6% of that of last year, the lowest in recent years (except 2020). The national box office of “May 1st” in 2021 was 1.674 billion yuan, 1.527 billion yuan in 2019, 1.006 billion yuan in 2018, 784 million yuan in 2017 and 650 million yuan in 2016.

However, due to the restrictions of objective factors such as the operating rate of cinemas and the number of films in the country, this year’s “May 1st” has “tried its best”.

Zhang Rongdi, an industry analyst at the lighthouse Research Institute, said: “almost all cinemas in Beijing and Shanghai have been closed, and there are no tickets for real estate. Compared with 13 new films released in May 1st in 2021, this year’s May 1st is greatly affected by the epidemic and the number of films released is less. Affected by many factors such as cinema operating rate, the overall box office has also decreased accordingly.”

Other industry insiders are also more tolerant of the evaluation of the “May 1st gear”. “Because the cinemas in the two important ticket warehouses in Shanghai and Beijing are all closed, the box office performance is good in this case.” Xu Jia, a person in the film production industry, said. A person in charge of a cinema in Chengdu told the first finance and economics reporter: “the performance of our cinema is OK when there are no films in the May 1st file this time.”

Since the “Qingming Festival” this year, the national cinema business rate has been maintained at about 50%. However, the national cinema business rate has been rising slowly recently. According to the lighthouse professional cinema business map, on May 4, the total number of cinemas operating in China was 7887, with a national cinema business rate of 65.4% (cinemas with box office reports). The one-day box office is also gradually picking up. On May 1, the one-day box office exceeded 60 million, exceeding 60 million for the first time since March 6.

The lighthouse Professional Edition shows that Shenzhen, Chengdu and Chongqing are the top 3 cities in the box office performance of May 1 this year. Affected by the epidemic, Beijing and Shanghai, the two largest ticket warehouses in the first tier cities, were not on the list. The second tier cities in the Pearl River Delta and Sichuan and Chongqing became the main force of the box office, which was quite different from the Qingming Festival a month ago. At that time, the top 3 cities at the box office were Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu.

In terms of the number of films, only 5 new films were released in the “May Day” this year, and 8 films were temporarily announced to be withdrawn. In fact, the collective withdrawal of films is closely related to the low operating rate of cinemas. Xu Jia told the first financial reporter: “at least the national business rate is more than 70%, and the release of the film will be more secure.” In addition, he also mentioned, “among these 70%, it would be ideal if the first tier cities accounted for 65%. The producers and distributors of films all hope that the business rate of larger ticket warehouses is high.”

“I really hate long distance love”, the box office champion of this “May 1st” was produced by light media (300251). Last year, “May 1st” light media also launched the love film “your wedding”, and “your wedding” grossed more than 500 million at the box office of “may 1st” last year. Zhang Rongdi, an industry analyst at the lighthouse Research Institute, said: “romantic films are the regular type of” May Day “. As early as 2013, the pioneering work of youth romantic films,” to our lost youth “, was released in May Day. In the future, there will be” why Sheng Xiaomo “,” the only love letter from Beijing to Seattle “, and in recent years, there will be blockbusters such as” later us “,” your wedding “and” I really hate long-distance love “ As the only love film in the schedule, it is a better choice for the film to stick to the “51 file” that users have formed the habit of watching love films. “

According to the notice of the general office of Jilin Provincial People’s Government on several measures to actively respond to the impact of the epidemic and promote consumption replenishment and potential release (Ji Zheng ban Ming Dian [2022] No. 15) and the relevant policy requirements of provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control, in order to restore the normal production and living order and market-oriented supply system as soon as possible, the notice on the resumption of business in trade related fields of the city is as follows:

“One mu of tea, color TV and stereo; two mu of tea, motorcycle ride ‘Wuyang’; ten mu of tea, live in small buildings and live a well-off life.” This distinctive “tea planting song” is widely sung in tens of thousands of mu tea gardens in Lianjiang City. After more than 20 years of development, Lianjiang has pried the “big industry” with “small tea”, and successfully established a provincial modern agricultural industrial park of tea in 2020, which has driven farmers throughout the city to increase their income and become rich with tea as the “key”. The whole “tea dragon” industrial chain, which has been upgraded iteratively in recent years, has become the leading industry to promote the Rural Revitalization Strategy of Lianjiang.

On April 23, the 2022 lianjiang spring tea tasting and promotion conference with the theme of “early spring with a leaf · lianjiang red Oolong” was successfully held. Dealers’ representatives from all over the country came to hear the news, moved online and offline, and signed 13 projects with local tea enterprises with a total amount of 185553800 yuan. On the same day, Lianjiang spring tea was officially launched; The standard and brand construction of Lianjiang red oolong tea, a national famous, special and high-quality new agricultural product, was launched; Lianjiang municipal government joined hands with Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences to sign the technical service agreement for brand building and industrial development of “lianjiang red oolong tea”.

Driven by leading enterprises, farmers become rich by planting tea

The sub humid monsoon climate and good ecological environment give lianjiang a broad space for the development of tea industry. Following the arrival of the solar term “Gu Yu”, tea gardens are green on the cascade terraces in Changshan Town, Lianjiang.

Lianjiang’s “tea classics” began in the late 1990s. At that time, Lianjiang organized tea experts at home and abroad to conduct in-depth research on the basic conditions for the development of the tea industry, selected and introduced Taiwan fragrant oolong tea species, and started the journey of planting oolong tea in Lianjiang. Lianjiang tea farmers pay attention to ecological tea planting, and the market recognition is very high. Through hard work, Lianjiang tea making technology has made a historic breakthrough and created a number of high-quality brands. Lianjiang tea has gradually become a well-known emerging brand, and lianjiang has gradually become a little famous oolong tea producing area in China.

According to the statistics of Lianjiang agricultural and rural Bureau, at present, the tea garden area of Lianjiang City is 39000 mu, with an annual output of 9160 tons and an output value of 850 million yuan; More than 20 new tea varieties have been introduced and cultivated, and the sales of tourism and logistics have exceeded 1 billion yuan through the tea industry. In Changshan town alone, 26000 mu of tea is planted. A large number of large tea growers have emerged in Liangdong, Qingping, Shijing and other places. There are 46 famous enterprises, cooperatives and family farms engaged in the tea industry.

Through the model of “leading enterprises + farmers”, Lianjiang City promotes leading enterprises to drive farmers to plant tea, expand the scale of tea planting, and promote farmers to increase income and become rich.

In 2020, Lianjiang successfully established a provincial modern agricultural industrial park for tea. The current tea planting area of the industrial park is about 28200 mu, producing more than 6000 tons of tea and an output value of 750 million yuan.

In terms of planting, the industrial park can provide more than 6000 seasonal jobs a year, which can generate farmers’ income of 112 million yuan; In terms of processing, the tea garden provided 4000 jobs and paid more than 100 million yuan. The per capita disposable income of rural residents in the area where the tea industrial park is located is nearly 20000 yuan, which is 15.18% higher than the average value of the whole city. It has helped more than 5000 farmers get rid of poverty and become rich by planting tea.

The standard and brand construction of red oolong tea were launched

At the meeting, Lianjiang municipal government joined hands with Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences to sign a technical service agreement on “lianjiang red oolong tea” brand building and scientific and technological support for industrial development. The reporter of the new express learned that after the signing of the agreement, Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences will carry out all-round cooperation with lianjiang municipal government in the whole industrial chain in terms of new tea seedling standard formulation, technical support, brand planning and quality inspection, accelerate the adjustment of Lianjiang tea industrial structure, and promote the transformation, upgrading and efficient development of the tea industry. The standard and brand construction of Lianjiang red oolong tea, a national famous, special and high-quality new agricultural product, was also launched at the meeting.

“These are the key to the high-quality development of Lianjiang tea industry.” Jiang Yi, deputy director of Guangdong Provincial Department of agriculture and rural areas, believes that the tea industry in Lianjiang is characterized by “multi, fast, good, special and strong”. Lianjiang City proposes to formulate and implement the industrial standards and product standards of Lianjiang tea, and create the geographical indication and public brand of Lianjiang Oolong tea, which will play an important role in the national development of Guangdong tea, including lianjiang tea.

Chen Encai, Secretary of Lianjiang municipal Party committee, said that lianjiang will adhere to the green development road of “clean, ecological and safe”, make every effort to build a public brand of “lianjiang red Oolong”, leverage the “big industry” with “small tea”, and strive to build a charming lianjiang that is proud of, famous for and rich in tea.

The event was guided by Guangdong Provincial Department of agriculture and rural areas and Zhanjiang Agricultural and rural Bureau, hosted by lianjiang Municipal People’s government, undertaken by lianjiang agricultural and rural Bureau and lianjiang Tea Association, supported by Qingyuan comprehensive experimental station of national tea industry technology system and Tea Research Institute of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

■ gathering and writing: New Express reporter Pan Zhizhen correspondent Zhang Siyan

Writer Henry James once said, “the best life is a gorgeous waste.”

So is good love.

A person who loves you knows “waste”.

If you know how to waste, you will understand the true meaning of love and marriage.

Know how to “waste” time

People who love you know how to waste time.

In the variety show goodbye to love, screenwriter Wang Qiuyu is extremely stingy with his husband and wife’s time.

Wang Qiuyu stipulates that couples must not spend more than half an hour together in a day, and they must make an appointment in advance.

One autumn, his wife joined the crew with Wang Qiuyu.

Coincidentally, not far from where they were filming, there was the glittering Taihu Lake. My wife wanted to see it.

So, during the break, his wife wanted Wang Qiuyu to accompany him to Taihu Lake.

Unexpectedly, Wang Qiuyu shouted:

“Have you made an appointment in advance? It takes more than 10 minutes to walk. Aren’t you wasting my time?”

The wife did not expect that such a trivial request attracted the husband’s abuse.

She couldn’t figure it out, so she replied:

“I will never go to Taihu Lake in my life.”

After the incident, the husband’s attitude remained unchanged as usual.

Finally, the disappointed wife chose to divorce.

I’ve read a particularly heartbreaking sentence: “can a person who doesn’t even want to give you time expect TA to give you love?”

On second thought, that’s true. Those who are not willing to give you time will never have time to love you.

Netizen @ Liu Jinhua once shared a story of her own.

Once, my husband was on a temporary business trip and was away from home for several months. Because they missed each other so much, the couple made an appointment to meet in the nearest city.

Just after discussion, Liu Jinhua immediately ran to the station and bought a car sleeper ticket. After wobbling for 11 hours, it was already 1 a.m. when he arrived at his destination.

When Liu Jinhua got off the bus, she saw her husband who had been waiting in front of the bus. She wondered why her husband, who had traveled farther, arrived first.

It turned out that in order to arrive early, my husband changed to motorcycle, ferry, taxi and subway all the way.

They wasted more than ten hours to meet. But they don’t feel hard, and the wasted time has become their sweetest memory.

Writer Lin Qingxuan said: “romance is actually a waste.

Waste time eating slowly, waste time drinking tea slowly, waste time walking slowly, waste time getting old slowly. “

Know how to “waste” money

People who love you know how to waste money.

Someone said: “in the emotional communication between men and women, waste is a kind of crazy romance. Whether a person loves you or not depends on whether he is willing to waste for you.”

After marriage, the burden of life gradually becomes heavy.

In the face of daily necessities, we can always save, but we forget that a dull life also needs a sense of ceremony.

In the five languages of love, there is such a story.

A couple, in their 10th wedding anniversary, the wife was full of joy and prepared to celebrate with her husband.

Early in the morning, after the husband went out, the wife secretly ran to the bakery and ordered the cake.

In the evening, when the husband came home and saw a large box of cakes on the table, he was puzzled.

At this time, the wife ran over and said happily, “today is our 10th wedding anniversary, so I bought a cake specially. I want to be with you…”

Before the wife finished speaking, the husband directly interrupted, “Why are you wasting so much? It’s not an important thing. I don’t like to eat cake because it’s so expensive. Why waste money to buy it.”

After complaining, the wife was full of grievances and couldn’t help complaining:

“You haven’t given me a gift on any important holiday since I got married for ten years. Today, I bought a cake with kindness, but you said I wasted it.” Then he cried and turned away.

It was supposed to be a sweet and romantic day, but they parted unhappily.

Material is a necessity of life, but some money needs to be “wasted”.

For example: flowers in festivals, gifts for birthdays, and dinner on anniversaries. Although these things will add extra cost, but more importantly, it can make the daily routine of trivial things more ceremonial.

“The best way to use money is to waste it on enriching personal experiences and feelings,” said the writer Matsuura mitaro

I think so. Many good things in life are worth “wasting”.

The so-called “waste” does not need to be extravagant or make a big fuss. Luxury is the heart, rare is the deep feeling.

The little money spent for love lights up our life and awakens our love.

Such “waste”, why not?

Understand the language of “waste”

People who love you have endless conversations with you.

Zhang Jiajia said: “the comfortable relationship between people is that they can talk at any time.”

I once read a short story about Lu Xun and his lover Xu Guangping.

When they were separated, writing became the only way for them to communicate. What do they talk about in the letter?

In the eyes of ordinary people, it must be some amazing content. For example, the turbulence of the current situation and the suffering of the people; Or poetry and songs, life and philosophy.

However, in their correspondence, they mostly talk about trivial things in life.

For example, Lu Xun wrote in his letter: “since yesterday, I have stopped eating green pepper and changed to pepper. I hereby hear it. Talk again.”

Xu Guangping replied: “can’t salt be added to light dishes? It’s not a way to eat more pepper. Is it bad to buy canned subsidies? There’s always a place to buy ham, can’t you make it to eat? Don’t save money!!!”

Similar conversations abound in their letters. These letters were later included in the book of two places and became their love letter album.

“Two books” may be too plain and simple, but in the days of mutual help, what each of us needs most is these trivial and ordinary nagging?

In the variety show “wonderful flowers”, the debate in one issue is: “do you still need to say the right nonsense“

The words of debater Yang qihan moved everyone present.

He said: “most of the time, we can’t talk because we don’t know how to talk and don’t dare to talk. I can only say that you have tried your best to work harder and drink more hot water. However

The performance was organized by the jimusar County Cultural Center. The Qin Yun Art Troupe presented a rich and colorful spiritual and cultural feast for the villagers, including a “second visit to the palace” and “picking up gold”. The repertoire was dazzling, the climax was constant, and the audience applauded.

“I’m so happy. I listen to the play on TV every day. I didn’t expect to listen to the play at home today. I really thank the party and the government for such a good policy.” Dongqing village villager Yang Jiyan said.

The rich and colorful live performances not only enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the grass-roots people, but also realize everyone’s desire to “see a good play at home”. The theatrical performance in the countryside not only enriched the cultural life of the villagers, but also played a positive role in creating a civilized, healthy, happy and harmonious rural cultural atmosphere, promoting a new trend of civilization and promoting the revitalization of rural culture. It is understood that “imported beauty” is a key category for the sustainable development of tmall global. Tmall global previously released the annual beauty brand incubation plan, jointly incubated new brands with large groups, high-quality service providers and investment institutions, and invested more resources and support policies in marketing and supply chain optimization. Tmall global plans to introduce 1000 overseas cutting-edge beauty brands in the next year, aiming to incubate more than 50 new brands with a turnover of more than 10 million a year.

Data show that in the past year, more than 5000 new overseas brands entered the Chinese market through tmall global, of which more than 2000 small and medium-sized brands successfully tested the water in the Chinese market and achieved monthly sales of more than 100000 yuan.
