Miami Tech Runs will be the Official Crypto/ Web3 Advisors of the Mets and BSN FIBA Basketball League.

The role will consist of: 1/ Sitting in on Board Meetings 2/ Support with NFT Launch Strategy 3/ Learning and Development Efforts to increase team's Web 3 knowledge Base. 4/ Co-Host IRL events for community, 5/ Promote digital marketing via Social Media

To initiate this partnership, the Mets x $MTR are co-hosting a Sports x Crypto Weekend on March 25th- 27th.

** The breakdown:**

Day 1 - (Friday, March 25th) 

- Dinner Party with $MTR, VCs, Leaders in Tech, Sports, METs Ownership, Mets Players, and Crypto whales in PR. :)



Day 2 - (Saturday, March 26th) 

- Miami Tech Runs Season 2 Finale Hoop Session at the METs Stadium —>

• Part I of the day: Food, Music, half day of basketball Runs! With team, PR influencers, founders, VCs, and community members. 


• Part II of Day: Crypto Sessions with the local fans and the youth to educate about Web3 (AMA, Panel, Interactive Activities w/ local community) 


• Part III of Day: (Demon Time) —> MTR Nightclub Takeover!

1/ Make history. (Again)

it wasn’t enough to be the first ever sports club on the blockchain over a year ago. 

Now, it’s about being the first ever sports club to expand global access and partner with an international pro team/league.

Goal here: Partner ---> Advise ---> Acquire. [Which is on the table :) ] 



2/ Make impact. 


• give back to communities and onboard the masses into web3.

Season 1 - 92% of our members were novice, new to crypto, just getting crypto wallets —> The crypto curious.

Now, 100% of our $MTR members are validated nft degens, daoist, and/or defi junkies —> The crypto native.


Goal here: Establish global partnerships and relationships with key stake holders in different countries. Be of Service to the youth and local communities without access. Boosts social proof and utility as we scale. 



3/ Increase Value. 


• ppl want to be apart of DAOs that are purposeful and profitable.

Both need to exist.

Demand rises as members join. Increasing our treasury. 



Goal here: Leverage web3 to marry profits and purpose.

Accommodations:



1/ Lodging: We are finalizing lodging. Ash, Christine, Alex, Justin, and I are working with the METs team to get this going.


- Currently - options are Hotel sleeping 20+ and/or Airbnb Villas

Flights: There is a AfroNation festival occurring so it boosted the flight tix a bit. So we recommend if you are considering on going that you book this week. Attempt to arrive before nightfall (~5p ET Friday)




+1s: This community wouldn’t be as engaging without the Tech Runs spouses, families, and friends holding down the fort while yall are balling IRL with the crew. So this is one for them. 



• How we’d like to do this is secure lodging, Max out at 30.

• IF we can spare enough space, then boost it to 50 (Like season 1 at the FTX Arena) 



• We can roll deep - all we need to consider is lodging to make this happen.
