first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">The housing challenge</h3><p>The need for shelter is one of the most basic and primary needs of human beings.</p><p>And to which you dedicate a significant percentage of your resources, whether we evaluate them in time or money.</p><p><strong><em>More or less, what percentage of your income do you dedicate to paying for your accommodations, whether it is your usual home or the apartment you go to on vacation?</em></strong></p><p>I bet <strong>it will be a significant percentage</strong>.</p><p>This is more significant in the case of lower incomes.</p><p>For example, in Spain, the INE (National Statistics Institute) indicated “<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc" class="dont-break-out" href="https://www.ine.es/dyngs/INEbase/es/operacion.htm?c=Estadistica_C&amp;cid=1254736176807&amp;menu=ultiDatos&amp;idp=1254735976608">In the year 2021, according to the Living Conditions Survey</a>, <strong>for <em>9.9% of the population spending on housing accounted for at least 40%</em> of their total household disposable income.</strong>”</p><p>And that is considering only the expenditure on the habitual residence, not counting second homes or vacation homes.</p><p>Moreover, unlike other basic needs, <strong>the acquisition/renting of housing is tremendously complicated.</strong></p><p>On the one hand, we are talking about a large investment with enormous risks.</p><p>These risks including the possibility of moving to another place and that the purchase, which normally requires a commitment of decades, may not be worthwhile in a few years.</p><p>In a market with stable prices, the acquisition costs range between 10-20% of the total amount, amounts that could be your net salary for a year.</p><p>This makes it <strong>a virtually once-in-a-lifetime decision and makes the mistake irreversible.</strong></p><p>It is uncommon, in a scenario of normal price growth, for someone to change their primary residence more than once in their lifetime.</p><p>With the rent, we begin to have big problems.</p><p>The owners, the strong part, demand payrolls, guarantees, advances, commissions… In total, <strong>to enter an apartment for rent you must pay amounts that usually exceed your net monthly salary, if not double it.</strong></p><p>In addition to payrolls with a certain seniority, etc. that make it very complicated to rent an apartment, even in small cities.</p><p>If we talk about vacation rentals, we also often have to pay a high surcharge, especially during vacation periods, having to maintain a property, our habitual residence, unproductive.</p><p>There are options to take advantage of our properties, but the administrations, helped by the press, are making this activity more and more complicated.</p><p>Besides, the professionalization of some of them raises the bar for the rest.</p><p><strong>Undoubtedly, there is an interest in the fact that individuals cannot make their properties profitable in a simple way</strong>, and that professionals, companies and the bigger, the better, have to be responsible for making it profitable.</p><p>It has reached such absurd situations as prohibiting the tourist rental of single rooms in private homes, in cities where citizens must share apartments to live, establishing a strange difference between tourists and non-tourists.</p><p>On the other hand, the management of real estate, as a resource, is very deficient.</p><p>While the platforms that allow contacts between individuals are demonized, <strong>there is a huge amount of vacant properties in good or bad condition that are difficult to put on the market.</strong></p><p>The main difficulties are due to the complications of the procedures and the exorbitant prices of the restorations.</p><p>So, buying a house to restore is absolutely unfeasible.</p><p>Mainly because of the administrative complication and a sector anchored in the past that understands that housing is a luxury and only works for those who can afford it and are willing to pay that extra price.</p><p>It’s a similar situation to the air travelling market before low-cost companies appeared.</p><h3 id="h-so-what-can-we-do" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">So, what can we do?</h3><p>In the face of all these complications, companies like Airbnb appear, in which simply, with your credit card and paying a monthly fee, you can have access to a room or a complete house.</p><p>However, and perhaps at the complications of the traditional market, with an extra price to pay.</p><p>In this situation, <strong>I would like to introduce you to a Web3 project that will solve this problem, Noumadz</strong>.</p><h3 id="h-the-noumadz-organization" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">The Noumadz organization:</h3><p><strong>Noumadz presents a new organizational model, in which the company as such disappears and becomes a transparent and fluid structure</strong> in which the protagonists are its members.</p><p>These members are expected to be, simultaneously, owners, customers, workers, managers, visionaries and judges, as long as they want to be and for as long as they would like to be!</p><p>Solve the housing problem for any individual and from any perspective, and expect them to be in as many perspectives as possible. <strong>By housing problem, I mean the place where you rest, whether on vacation or at work.</strong></p><p><strong>Is there a difference?</strong></p><h3 id="h-we-are-essentially-nomads" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">We are essentially nomads!</h3><p>We want to return to our essence, to be nomads, which we had to give up a few thousand years ago, not so many, when agriculture appeared.</p><p>The industrial revolution and working in a physical place screwed us to the ground.</p><p><strong>Now, technology is freeing us from those ties and Web3 offers us the definitive solutions to create a structure that turns us back into nomads</strong> and allows us to enjoy our home wherever we want to live.</p><p>A more fluid way of life demands a more fluid real estate market.</p><p>Obviously, we are talking about the future, but not so far into the future, perhaps years Prompt: comic book cover portraying the new era digital nomads (Hospitalidad emprendedora)</figcaption></figure><h3 id="h-collaborate-cooperate-and-compete" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Collaborate, cooperate and compete.</h3><p>We define a three levels interaction structure.</p><p><em>Collaborate</em> with people who believe in the project, <em>cooperate</em> with other similar projects, and <em>compete</em> with traditional markets.</p><p><strong>The three levels are crucial</strong>: <strong>collaborate</strong> with other members, <strong>cooperate</strong> with other structures or people, and <strong>compete</strong> in the market with the rest.</p><p>One way to cooperate is to open all the developed technology by Noumadz.</p><p>So, this technology will be available for whoever wants to use it.</p><p>Logically, there is a lot of competition at the beginning, and in a few years there will be a lot of collaboration.</p><p>Competition will be in the current markets, both in the classic real estate market and in the tourist market, breaking those arbitrary differences between tourist and permanent accommodation…</p><p>As I indicated, the objective is to make it easier for anyone to solve their housing problem, getting the best out of everyone.</p><p>Although our goal is not to get rich, early adopters will be rewarded financially, especially in the early years</p><p>Late adopters will enjoy a platform with many ready-to-use properties at low prices.</p><p>We may even have to start acting in another level, the <strong>combat level</strong>, with organizations that have an aggressive attitude towards the project.</p><h3 id="h-what-does-it-look-like" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">What does it look like?</h3><p>To have a better understanding, you can think of Noumadz like an Airbnb, which owns the real estate and is owned by whoever wants to buy shares at any time.</p><p>This “new” organization will also offer you better conditions if you are a part of it or want to offer your knowledge and skills</p><p>Sounds good, doesn&apos;t it?</p><h2 id="h-the-structure-in-a-dao-and-three-dimensions" class="text-3xl font-header !mt-8 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">The structure in a DAO and three dimensions</h2><p>I prefer not to keep you much longer, but let me tell you, “grosso modo” how the structure would be organized, which technically would be a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization).</p><p><strong>I propose a three-dimensional structure, with two operational axes</strong>, that is, for the daily work, <strong>and a perpendicular axis that somehow supervises and projects the future of the platform.</strong></p><h3 id="h-operational-axes" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Operational axes</h3><p>There are two operational axes:</p><p>The <strong>owner/customer</strong> axis and the <strong>manager/supplier</strong> axis.</p><p>As I have already indicated, <strong>it would be optimal for each member to participate in all areas, but with little time dedication</strong>.</p><p>At the end of the day, that is what it is all about, to live better, not to have more, and to achieve this, participation is promoted in various areas, as you will now see.</p><h3 id="h-the-owners" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">The owners</h3><p>Let&apos;s start with the shareholders. What is our goal? To have as many participants as possible with a stake in the platform equivalent to what they would invest in the purchase of their home. That is, in Spain, for example, 100,000 euros.</p><p>To achieve this, the platform will reward above all those members who are in this situation by offering them the greatest number of advantages.</p><h3 id="h-tokens-and-stakes" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Tokens and stakes</h3><p><strong>From now on I will talk about tokens. You can understand it as a currency, or as a action of the organization.</strong></p><p>To get tokens you will have to buy or receive in exchange for something.</p><p>Owning tokens gives you a series of rights.</p><p>And you will be free to sell it on the market whenever you want.</p><p>I would also like to explain a Web3 term that is increasingly in use.</p><p><strong>Stake</strong>. <strong>To stake is to put your tokens as a guarantee of something.</strong></p><p>In many votes you decide the amount of tokens you bet, those tokens will be locked for a period of time and will bring you a profit or even in certain cases you can lose it.</p><p>Thus, <strong>you should choose well what you are going to vote for and commit to your vote</strong>. The participations can also guarantee management tasks, serving as a guarantee for the performance of the person who assumes this responsibility.</p><p>Participating in this organization, i.e. owning tokens, offers an economic benefit.</p><p><strong>There are three ways to obtain economic benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Token appreciation</strong>: After all, the token value represents the value of the project. If things go well, the token will appreciate in value. However, an automatic mechanism will be put in place that will limit the increase in the token value to 12% per year automatically. In addition, up to a certain limit, the platform will limit losses to the same percentage, whenever possible. Thus, the maximum return for this concept will be 12% per annum. As I indicated, the objective is to solve the housing problem, not to obtain large profits. And the 12%, we will see later if it is the final percentage, and of course it will be modifiable by the members of the platform, is an excellent profitability. I will explain later on how we are going to manage it and what it implies. In short, <strong>we sacrifice the short-term individual economic benefit for the long-term general and individual benefit.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Price discount</strong>: Having more or less tokens gives you a discount on the price of the use of a property, with a maximum on the value of the property. That is, if the property is valued at 50.000 and you have 50.000 tokens, you will pay only the operating expenses of the property including, of course, depreciation, utilities, etc. If you have more, you will not get more discount and if you have less, you will get less discount. In other words, <strong>if you have enough tokens, living there will cost you about the same as if you owned it.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Stakes</strong>: The platform offers a profitability for the tokens you use to support it and participate in its management. With a limit, for example the equivalent of those 100,000 € that I indicated before. With this we limit the power of each participant and the profitability of largest participants. We are talking about a profitability of 10% per year, for example. Let&apos;s say that if you have more tokens from a limit you do not have more power or get more benefits in this area.</p></li></ul><p>This means that <strong>the maximum profitability is for those who have a participation in the indicated levels of those 100,000 € (this is an example), who participate in the management of the platform and who are users of it</strong>. In these cases we would be talking about good profitability that I leave to your criteria to calculate.</p><h3 id="h-clientscustomers" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Clients/customers</h3><p>On the part of the client, if you have no participation in the platform you will pay the market price of the property you want to use, and if you have at least the participation that covers the value of the property, you will pay the expenses of an owner.</p><p><strong>Depending on your behavior as a customer you will get better conditions.</strong> Good valuations and a lot of use will give you better conditions.</p><p>The next axis has to do with the engine room and has two parts.</p><h3 id="h-managers" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Managers</h3><p>Management, in which we include tasks related to decision making, establishment of working procedures and control.</p><p>Let&apos;s say that <strong>if you assume a responsibility, you guarantee it with tokens</strong>. <strong>If you abuse and cause damage, you lose them. If you do well, you get them back and make a profit in the form of more tokens.</strong></p><p>You will earn tokens as payment for your work and profitability tokens on the bets that you or others place to guarantee your decisions.</p><p>If you do a good job, you and your supporters get paid in the form of new tokens.</p><h3 id="h-suppliersworkers" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Suppliers/workers</h3><p>Suppliers, or workers, will be paid in convertible tokens in different installments, for example 25% after two months, an additional 25% after four months, another 25% after six months and the rest up to one year later.</p><p>Of course, these tokens may be used to pay for stays, or as stakes, they simply cannot be sold.</p><p>The objective is that the work is carried out by members of the organization or people who want to be part of it and see the benefits of participating in it.</p><p>In this aspect of work, both in one case and in the other, the payment of stays with work will be guaranteed.</p><p><strong>That is to say, if you are housed and have a cost of 400 € per month, if you opt for jobs and meet the requirements, you will have priority to do work until you reach that amount, so that you can pay for your stay with work.</strong></p><p>Obviously, a system of job qualification will be established, which will be fed or fed back with the evaluation of the work performed and which will allow, if the performance is good, access to more complex jobs.</p><p>A minimum price per hour of work will be guaranteed, it is not a question of exploiting anyone, and candidates for the required tasks will be evaluated algorithmically and automatically.</p><p>Among these tasks are all imaginable tasks related to the activity, from construction, design, cleaning, property search, appraisals...</p><p>In terms of management, we talk about decision making, basically and supervision of the processes, analysis of new needs, etc.</p><figure float="none" data-type="figure" class="img-center" style="max-width: null;"><img src="https://storage.googleapis.com/papyrus_images/b0c3f149a72293979b4113dd015498176ff7fedb00474a700e4d63016fccf9fd.webp" alt="Image created by Midjourney. Prompt: happy members of an organization working and collaborating together for the benefit of the group, concept art by Kaethe Butcher (Hospitallidad emprendedora)</figcaption></figure><h3 id="h-conflict-resolution-and-the-design-of-the-future" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Conflict resolution and the design of the future</h3><p>We are left with a third axis, perpendicular to these two, with two areas.</p><p>One would be that of conflict resolution, with an internal level, and another external level, i.e. outside the platform and with an investigation and control section within the platform to avoid, in the latter case, fraud against the platform itself.</p><p><strong>If someone does not agree with the way they have been treated or evaluated, or whatever, they can present their case to the platform and if the platform does not rule in their favor, they can complain to outside instances</strong>.</p><p>Obviously this will have a cost that will fall on the &quot;condemned&quot;, hence the need for stakes.</p><p>And the second part of this axis would be in charge of watching over the future of the platform, with various levels of councils, one for each of these activities and what we could call the council of wise humans.</p><p>Well, I think I&apos;ve gone on long enough, but I have a couple of important points left to tell you.</p><h3 id="h-cooperating-with-other-platforms" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Cooperating with other platforms</h3><p>As I have already told you there is a level of cooperation with other organizations. In this sense <strong>all the technology will be available to anyone who wants to use it partially or totally.</strong></p><p>This will inevitably lead to the appearance of other similar structures, for different reasons.</p><p><strong>Collaboration with them will be encouraged as much as possible,</strong> provided that the principles are compatible and, of course, systems will be set up to make mergers easy.</p><h3 id="h-how-is-real-estate-bought-and-sold" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">How is real estate bought and sold?</h3><p>The other point that remains for me to address, before talking about what is already in place, is very important, and has to do with the growth of the platform and the control of the token price.</p><p><strong>How do the properties evolve within the platform? How do they enter and leave?</strong></p><p>In all cases, <strong>decisions will be taken by vote</strong>, obviously they will not require much work, i.e., for example, to buy a property of 30,000 € will require votes/tokens/stakes for that amount, once reached the acquisition will occur, and will not require the participation of more members.</p><p>Of course, there will be an appraisal, an evaluation of the costs of enabling the property and a study of the possible profitability of the property, which will be prior to the vote.</p><p>If the purchase has been a fiasco, the control agencies may determine that the stakes, in whole or in part, are forfeited as collateral and the voters lose them.</p><p>For the sale of real estate the process will be the same, the corresponding study will be made and if the difference between the value and the expected return is large, the sale of the property may be voted.</p><p>I am talking about extreme cases of low yield or a very interesting offer for sale, not something more or less usual, surely 100 properties will be bought for every one that is sold.</p><p><strong>And where will the money to pay this properties come from?</strong></p><p>We’ll have two types of acquisition, the one that contributes its property in exchange for tokens and the direct purchase, for which we will use money from the organization&apos;s treasury.</p><h3 id="h-the-noumadz-treasury" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">The Noumadz treasury</h3><p>Treasury management is one of the most interesting mechanisms of the project.</p><p><strong>How does money flow in and out of the treasury?</strong></p><p>Well, it enters and exits from the sale of tokens.</p><p><strong>The sale of tokens occurs to people who want to stay in the properties of the platform, or to people who want to invest in it.</strong></p><p>In both cases, they will go to the market; if there is supply below the fixed limit of 12% per annum, the market will be the one to respond.</p><p>If there is no bid below this amount, the platform will take control and create new tokens, leaving the amount paid in the treasury.</p><p><strong>The treasury will have two functions, the first will be to establish a liquidity pool that, if there is a decline of more than 12% per annum, will buy tokens to lock in that decline.</strong> </p><p>The second, with the remaining funds that are not needed to block downturns, which will be estimated with an algorithm, <strong>will be invested in real estate</strong>.</p><p>As you will see, we sacrifice financial benefits to members for benefits in convenience and real estate disposition.</p><p><strong>All this can be done in the 21st century because smart contracts and DAOs exist.</strong></p><h3 id="h-what-are-daos" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">What are DAOs?</h3><p><strong>Organizations with automatic functioning in which no one has access to funds or can make arbitrary decisions</strong>.</p><p>A structure that allows us to do without companies!</p><p>This structure, which could be used in many other fields, such as health, mobility, etc., could be called &quot;<strong>Goal-oriented open organization with limited benefits&quot;</strong> or GO3.</p><p>A GO3 organization is open to anyone who wants to participate, is goal-oriented because the goal, facilitating access to housing, is what drives the whole organization and have limited benefits because no increases in the value of the tokens are allowed above a fixed and reasonable limit.</p><p><strong>We only accept persons, not legal entities.</strong></p><p>It is a structure of people for people, hence one of the fundamental aspects of this project is that members can only be human beings who will identify themselves using biometric profiles and whose identity can be preserved if they so choose.</p><p><strong>And each human being will only be able to have one account.</strong></p><p>With this we guarantee its independence, shielding it from large companies that want to take it over, since the control of the company is very diluted, and give value to your reputation values.</p><p>And of course they will be open to every human being.</p><figure float="none" data-type="figure" class="img-center" style="max-width: null;"><img src="https://storage.googleapis.com/papyrus_images/3c5a0a27a388633b0be009b3d9c44229050ef0cb27668b8c9bd8c979610f92c3.webp" alt="Image created by Midjourney. Let&apos;s say <strong>it is an embryo about to be born, but very close to being born</strong> and whose birth could be imminent.</p><p>Obviously you can&apos;t start with everything assembled at once.</p><p>So far the project has or could have:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Philosophy and many of the mechanisms are already defined,</strong> although many things are still to be finalized.</p></li><li><p><strong>There are some properties to start with and that could be incorporated to the platform</strong> to begin with. We are talking about more than 1,000 m2 to restore in different states, quite close to each other, in the area of Valencia, Spain.</p></li><li><p>With all the enthusiasm in the world to take it forward, and with a very clear philosophy as you have just seen. <strong>Collaborate, cooperate and compete. You choose where you position yourself</strong>.</p></li></ul><p>Before I hear from you, if you want to be informed or collaborate in any way, I would like to tell you what we have done so far at a technological level.</p><h3 id="h-first-steps-of-the-dao" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">First steps of the DAO</h3><p>I have created a DAO to understand and organize the concepts.</p><p>I created it in <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc" class="dont-break-out" href="https://aragon.org/">Aragon</a> on Polygon. I think it&apos;s a good platform.</p><p>Until now I had delayed it because I thought it had to go on the Ethereum network and it was prohibitive because of the price of gas. In the order of 500 €.</p><p>Now it can be done on Polygon, which is what I have mounted it on, and the cost is ridiculous, I don&apos;t remember exactly but I don&apos;t think it was as much as 5€.</p><p>There is a video on Youtube that you can find by <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc" class="dont-break-out" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbeMilheqy0">searching with Aragon DAO and polygon that explains how to do it</a>. It is very simple. I recommend you to do it.</p><p>You will have to buy MATIC, the Polygon token, but surely with 10€ you will be able to do everything.</p><h3 id="h-putting-the-madz-token-on-the-market" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Putting the MADZ token on the market.</h3><p>The next challenge I set myself was to put the MADZ token on the market.</p><p>That&apos;s where the guys from Hospitalidad Emprendedora gave me a hand. They told me that in centralized markets it was going to be complicated, but for decentralized markets it might be easier. They recommended me <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc" class="dont-break-out" href="https://uniswap.org/">UNISWAP</a>.</p><p><strong>If you want to sell a token on the market you must create what is called a liquidity pool</strong>. The objective is to respond to buyers and sellers in an immediate way.</p><p>A liquidity pool is a deposit of a pair of token types that allows if someone wants to buy one token by paying with the other, the two tokens in your liquidity pool, the exchange will take place.</p><p>This exchange, in this liquidity pool, also determines the price of your token.</p><p>Therefore, under normal conditions, you should put in a sufficient amount of both currencies for the price to be stable.</p><p><strong>Without liquidity pool your token cannot trade.</strong></p><p>Of course you don&apos;t have to be the one to create it, there are people and entities that are dedicated to create and manage liquidity pools, since there is a business in it, including commissions.</p><p>In my case the liquidity pool is with my MADZ token with MATIC the native Polygon token.</p><p>As there are MATIC liquidity polls with other currencies, <strong>any token that can be exchanged with MATIC can be exchanged with MADZ</strong>.</p><p>So by creating this MATIC liquidity pool with MADZ your token is in the market.</p><p>To do this you go to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc" class="dont-break-out" href="https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap">https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap</a> and create your liquidity pool.</p><p>In my case it is simple. Right now, I&apos;m the only one who has MADZ tokens, so I have no problem with someone selling them.</p><p>The only danger is that they will buy them, and it is a relative danger, they are at 1 MATIC, that is about 1 Euro and I can&apos;t think of many people who would want to buy worthless tokens for 1 Euro.</p><p>If they finally buy them, I can use the MATIC tokens and my own MADZ tokens to increase the size of my liquidity Pool, so I would have no problems.</p><p>In the initial configuration, I deposited 50 MADZ and 10 MATIC.</p><p>You must also set the commission to be paid by the one who wants to exchange. I set the highest commission, the one recommended for this type of currencies, 1%.</p><p>I haven&apos;t cashed them out yet. They seem to be held in an NFT that you can liquidate whenever you want, but at a cost, so I haven&apos;t cashed it out yet (it&apos;s only three 1 Euro transactions, so that&apos;s a few cents that I paid myself!).</p><p>For the future I am thinking of practicing with NFTs and start configuring and even programming the DAO.</p><h3 id="h-whats-next" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">What&apos;s next?</h3><p>A formidable adventure is coming! At least in my case the best way to start my sixth decade!</p><p>From a more practical point of view, <strong>the next step is to create a core group of people, between 5-6 people specialized in different topics to start working</strong>, even if it is on paper.</p><p>Experts would be needed in <strong>legislation, economics, construction, programming, web3, dissemination, organization, business management, and further development of the system</strong>.</p><p>It is more important to keep the group small, no more than 5, than to have experts in everything, although there are areas that cannot be renounced.</p><p>As I write this I am reminded of a movie, &quot;Witness&quot;, from a few years ago in which some Amish got together to build a barn for newlyweds.</p><p>It touches me whenever I see it as it reminds me of the strength we have collaborating together.</p><p>In case you haven&apos;t seen it, here is a clip of a video of that part.</p><p>By the way, if you are a fan of the Lord of the Rings you are in for a surprise</p><div data-type="youtube" videoId="T7kkqDvp8z0">

So there is nothing immutable or nothing that has to be the way it is now.</p><p>There have existed, and curiously coexist in the same space/time, different cosmovisions that determine different ways of organizing themselves.</p><p>Ken Wilber and many others have studied this subject extensively and have established an evolutionary classification of the organizations that humans use and have used.</p><p>From family clans, with their own dynamics, that subsist in small populations in some jungles, to today&apos;s large corporations, with their transversal systems of command, passing through mafias, the most rigid hierarchical structures, such as those of armies, or the administration itself.</p><p><strong>Each of them makes sense and is useful in a specific environment.</strong></p><p>Today, in the same place, a digital nomad can coincide with a member of a criminal gang, with a sergeant, or with a high-level employee of a large company.</p><p>Different ways of understanding the world and solving problems, valid for a certain moment in human history and to solve a specific problem.</p><p>Just as a Mafia boss can achieve power by killing his predecessor, this does not apply to the succession to the presidency of a large bank.</p><p>In this evolution <strong>over time we have been creating different structures to organize ourselves.</strong></p><p>And we have reached the large corporation.</p><p>From a small blacksmith shop to a corporation that handles all the major automobile brands, which are even in competition with each other.</p><p>And at the time, the solutions they came up with to specific problems made sense.</p><p><strong>Nothing to say to what has brought us this far.</strong></p><p><strong>But there is much to say to the fact that they are the only way to get here</strong>, not even the best way, nor that they are necessary today.</p><p>But the very dynamics and their very existence lead us to reach a point where we think that they are indispensable and that their survival must be guaranteed.</p><p>And <strong>we are often putting them above people.</strong></p><p>Perhaps in some areas they are, but perhaps in others we can think of more efficient situations like the one we have presented in this article.</p><p><strong>Thank you, I hope I have been helpful, if there is one thing I respect it is your time.</strong></p>]]></content:encoded>
