zkDX's Token Sale will be a Farming Overflow, upholding the principles of fairness and decentralization, everyone will have an equal opportunity to participate in the Token Sale, with no VC holding any unlocked discounted tokens.

Details

- 🌐 8% of the $ZKDX supply, which is 80,000,000 $ZKDX in total, will be used for the auction, with a hardcap set at 272 ETH.

- 🪙 Users can invest as much or as little as they want in the initial token offering, and their final allocation will be based on the amount of funds they invest in as a percentage of all funds put in by other users at the time the sale ends.
1. If more funds than the maximum hardcap are reached, users will receive back any leftover funds when they claim their tokens after the sale.
2. If less funds than the maximum hardcap are reached, we can decide to burn the leftover tokens or keep them for other purposes.

- 💸 Moreover, there is an extra farming incentive of 200,000 $ZKDX. This reward will be distributed among participants based on their investment time and share during the ILO.

Once the Public sale will come to an end there will be a 24hrs period of preparation for the launch and resulting listing of our native token, $SWORD.

• Rewards emissions

Users are able to add liquidity to the existing pools, but they will not provide any rewards at the moment. Rewards will start being distributed at 15:01 UTC on the 11th of June, immediately after listing. Liquidity providers can stake their LPs in the Farm section in our DApp and start earning rewards, which will be distributed as follows: 80% xSWORD and 20% SWORD.

xSWORD features

As you know, 25% of the Public and Private sales token distribution will be in xSWORD, which represents our non-transferable escrowed token, corresponding to staked $SWORD.

With their xSWORD allocation, users can choose between:

• Redeem SWORD by staking xSWORD.

  You must consider the following ratio and output rates when redeeming your xSWORD tokens:

Main features

Hyperscalability

zkSync Era is designed to accelerate the widespread adoption of blockchain technology by making decentralized applications more accessible and affordable at any scale. It relies on Zero Knowledge, which is a branch of cryptography that uses mathematics to calculate something called a 'zero-knowledge proof' (ZK-Proof) - which is like a seal of approval to check if a given statement is true. A zero-knowledge rollup (ZK-rollup) is a way of using mathematics to verify the outcome of a transaction and compress its data down to a minimum. The proof is generated, which is double-checked for judgment, after which the trade is confirmed as being successful, and written to the underlying L1 blockchain. The advantages of this method are that it enables higher scalability (and lower gas fees), fast finality, and a high-level guarantee that the transaction has not been faked or tampered with.

Security

zkSync Era is a Layer 2 blockchain designed to scale Ethereum, it is a protocol that inherits Ethereum-level security.

zkSync Era's security model doesn't rely on game theory or fraud proofs. Instead, it is built on cryptographic and mathematical primitives. zkSync Era broadcasts its cryptographic proofs along with the information required to authenticate and reconstruct all transactions on Ethereum (L1), this ensures the security of the users' funds by making it impossible to spoof or corrupt the transactions' state.

Far superior UX

To attract millions of mainstream users, it is mandatory to offer them a user experience that doesn’t just match these expectations but exceeds them. zkSync Era supports native account abstraction, giving developers UX superpowers to bring the first billion users to Web3.

eZKalibur is a custom-built infrastructure, composed of a highly efficient and hyper-functional DEX that is designed to support the zkSync ecosystem by building a flexible and sustainable liquidity strategy, and a Launchpad, built to support new protocols launching on zkSync by providing the tools necessary for their launch, liquidity creation, and growth.

Our goal is to build the foundation that allows other protocols to bootstrap their liquidity on zkSync, by enabling real applicable yields for all liquidity providers in the ecosystem via sustainable emissions strategies and innovative tokenomics.

Sustainable emissions

The main problem that new DEXes face is that they’re considered a risky investment. In fact, liquidity providers usually pretend competitive yields, but considering that real yields come from trading volume, and trading volume doesn’t take off without enough liquidity, new DEXes can only provide competitive yields by rewarding liquidity providers with their dex-native token. This causes extreme inflation of the token which slowly but surely gradually destroys the token first and the whole protocol then.

eZKalibur aims to fix this issue by implementing a dual-token model, which comes from GMX’s successful escrowed-model, aimed at ensuring the long-term success of the protocol while allowing supporters to benefit from real yields through protocol fees.

Our protocol is powered by 2 tokens, SWORD and xSWORD:

• SWORD is eZKalibur's native token. Together with $xSWORD, it can be earned as yield rewards on the various yield farms available on the protocol.

• xSWORD represents a non-transferable escrowed token, corresponding to staked $SWORD. It plays a significant role in creating a sustainable tokenomics strategy, in fact, farming rewards will be distributed in xSWORD/SWORD in an 80%/20% ratio. In other words, most of our emissions will require a vesting period to become liquid, ensuring that LPs are aligned with the long-term objectives of the protocol thus containing any short-term selling pressure.

But illiquid doesn’t mean unprofitable: xSWORD allows its holders to earn dividends directly from the protocol's earnings.

Conclusions

By leveraging these features, we can provide fairly competitive yields from the very beginning without impacting protocol sustainability, and if you couple that with the deflationary mechanisms applied on SWORD, this will create the perfect blend to an efficient and sustainable growth model.
