As previously reported by Chain News, Valkyrie's bitcoin futures ETF was originally planned to open trading under the ticker "BTFD", but was later changed to "BTF", making it the third bitcoin futures ETF to be approved for listing by the SEC, following ProShares' bitcoin futures ETF and custodian VanEck's bitcoin futures ETF.
