Theta Premium Fund is an experimental investment project focused on options-based income strategies. We're building a real-money, transparent portfolio to showcase how consistent monthly income can be generated using derivatives responsibly.

This is the seed stage of the project. Our goal is to raise $25,000 USDC on Arbitrum to operate a small real-money portfolio for 90 days, using our core strategy based on Poor Man’s Covered Calls (PMCC).

What do supporters get?

1. Total transparency: every trade will be logged in a public Google Sheet with weekly commentary.

2. Performance reports: a detailed weekly breakdown of positions, income, and metrics.

3. $THETA Token: for every 1 USDC contributed, you'll receive 1 $THETA token, representing your stake in this pilot stage.

4. Monthly USDC payouts: if the strategy generates net income, 90% will be distributed monthly to $THETA holders. The remaining 10% is retained as a performance fee by the fund operator.

What if we don't reach $25,000?

The project will continue with proportional capital. All contributors will receive $THETA tokens and corresponding benefits based on their share.
