**English:**Every quarter, 10% of FilmDAO’s revenue will be allocated to a Reward Pool.This pool funds member incentives, including task, voting, and proposal participation rewards.All rewards are distributed in FILM Tokens, executed securely via the DAO’s multisig treasury.

• 每项任务奖励 10–50 FILM（由多签确认后发放）

• 每次投票奖励 1 FILM

提案激励 / Proposal Rewards

• 成功发起并通过提案者奖励 20 FILM

💰 发放规则 / Distribution Rules
