I couldn’t wait to have someone call my small self "Mama" oh yes, 😂 I'm a small woman! I would always look in the mirror and say to myself, "So, someday I will marry and have kids, and one small creature almost my size will start to call me mama up and down?" 😂

‎I loved the feeling of that so much. I couldn't wait for it to happen, in fact, it became a major prayer point of mine.

‎Fast forward to today... I have moved on to entirely different prayer points, and can you guess my state of mind? I’m a bit normal and a bit crazy! 🤪 Someone might ask, "Why, Chiamy?"

‎Well, my prayer was answered! Oh yeah, I have an amazing family and a sweet little girl who makes me laugh and cry, talk and shout. But now, I’m sitting here thinking: Did I not specify enough in my prayers, or did I over-emphasize? 🤔

‎She keeps me way too busy! She complains when nothing happens, and still complains when something happens. She cries when nothing happens, and still cries when something happens. Sometimes I just get completely confused! 🤔

‎So I'm here to tell you all: Be careful what you ask for, so you don't find yourself in an unpredictable situation! 😂

‎But if you ask me if I would still pray for this amazing family all over again? Yes, absolutely! Because even in my "half-okay and not-okay" states, they are the absolute best things that have ever happened to me. It’s actually sweet when she cries for nothing and then suddenly starts humming a tune right after, like she wasn’t just the one crying a second ago! 😂

‎Honestly, I didn’t know this was what motherhood entails. Shout-out to all the "okay and not-okay" mothers out there holding it down! 🥂

As a mom exploring Web3 with a sweet little creature acting out dramas around me all the time, I will be documenting my journey here as we progress.

‎Thank you for reading!

‎

But honestly, that is only true when you have good firewood that actually catches and burns well!
‎ Lately, waking up has been a mental battle. Remembering that I have to fight with bad, smoky firewood to prepare meals for my family, *before* I can even sit down to brainstorm posts, edit my YouTube videos, or engage with my community, is exhausting. The thick smoke and the frustration are enough to make me want to pull the covers up and go straight back to sleep! 😩
It takes a massive amount of willpower to push through demanding daily chores and still find the creative energy to build a brand online.
‎I am sending a massive shout-out to all the mothers, wives, and creators out there who are pushing through tough conditions, managing their homes, and still making magic happen on the internet.

Someone who runs into an opportunity early and utilizes it often thinks it is that easy for everyone. On the other hand, some of us run into our life-changing opportunities after we have already started building a family. And that is when the real struggle with time management begins!

You see, I used to think it was so easy for family content creators. You watch them online and see the kids doing exactly what they are supposed to do, and their videos come out looking nice and perfect. 😂 If only they would show us the chaotic behind-the-scenes!

Now that I have a family of my own, I can confidently say it is not easy putting your thoughts out there, let alone actually creating content. 😂 If your husband is not asking for his meals, your kids are demanding to eat for the 10th time today.

The irony of life is that it only presents opportunities to you when it deems fit. Speaking for myself, I know how much research I did when I was single, looking for something I could do from home. Back then, the only thing that worked for me was starting a YouTube channel. Fast forward to today: I have a family, and they join me in making my videos. It is fun and absolutely crazy at the same time!

These days, I spend more time editing, more time cooking, and a lot more time talking. Even as I write this single post, I have paused for more than 50 minutes just to attend to these little creatures. 😂 And yet, it's funny how they become the most important reasons for our existence.

My husband writes just like I do, and we work on our YouTube channel together. We are a true team. In this creator journey, you either do it alone or you do it with someone. From my experience, I absolutely love that I'm doing it with my husband. He has taught me so many things, and working with him makes the hustle so much easier.

I will be dropping our YouTube channel link below, just in case you want to support our family. We cook, we eat, and we share our honest thoughts on any matter that comes to mind.

We post new videos every week. Thank you so much for the love and support, we truly appreciate it!

https://youtube.com/@foodiefamilymukbang?si=DJagXmeJapIxDn4m
