For the future, there's nothing else but to "embrace" it.

From a personal perspective, Web3.0 might eliminate the concept of "working for others". The essence of working for others is that you don't have enough information, so you can only use the skills you possess to exchange for the opportunity to enter an organization, and then have part of your labor value exploited due to the lack of information.

The core issue is the insufficiency of information.

After the era of static web pages (Web1.0), subscribing to newspapers, this traditional information transmission channel, has gradually faded out of people's lives. In the scientific research field, periodicals have gradually moved online, and the primary service of libraries has evolved towards the internet and databases.

After the era of Web2.0 where users create content, communication costs have basically been gradually reduced. In the scientific research field, finding collaborators has shifted from contacting by letter or phone to contacting by email, or chatting in a group, or even exchanging opinions in the comments on blogs or forums. Some people joked that magazines are outdated, academic conferences are outdated, and even preprints are outdated, and the latest news is on YouTube, on TikTok.

In the era of Web3.0 empowered by AI, it's very likely that individuals' labor and remuneration will all be digitized. Just as currency has gradually withdrawn from actual transactions, many certificates and qualifications of an endorsing nature will be replaced by automated intelligent tools for testing and judgment. An individual's credit may be integrated across various platforms. It will be more personalized, more dynamic, and more focused.

Currently, the scoring mechanism is rather crude. For example, on this platform, data such as each person's views, comments, followers, likes, and community attributes are all used to create a profile for users. However, this is just an isolated data fragment. The function of connecting people who are interested in something with the things they need is far from sufficient.

In the era of Web3.0, reasonably and comprehensively evaluating users, providing connections among small user groups, and offering automated and intelligent business and services around these small user groups will be basic and inexpensive features. This will provide convenient means for individual workers or those who already have influence in certain professions to expand their cooperation horizontally. At least for scientific research and industrial R&D, it will generate explosive productivity.
