And for in order to make that possible, we are totally dependent on Sei smart contracts and blockchain itself and we will also combine it with zero knowledge proof technology for. bridging the deep web-2 documents to other things that is needed for in order to just create transactions and prove ownership and do transactions from buyer to seller and rental all in one there. So that’s the main purpose of CodedEstate.

♒️Grover: It’s really interesting, because I think when people think of Sei, they don’t realize that NFT’s come into this in quite a large way. So talking about these dynamic NFT’s. If we’re building out the best possible infrastructure for exchanges, that includes exchanging NFTs on top as well, which CodedEstate, sort of, you can see these interesting use cases that appear when you want to represent real world assets on-chain using NFTs. And this is one of the big narratives that I’m super bullish on overall in DeFi and generally in crypto, so I’m really excited to see what we can build around on-chain houses.

🏠Derek: Absolutely, that’s also one of the main reasons why we wanted to get this early into the Sei community and build it together with the Sei team. Because there is a lot of technology to be formed at this point. And this is a really early project for bridging real world assets into blockchain. We believe that through smart contracts and other technologies, such as the Sei blockchain. will allow the possibility to bridge the web-2 world and the web-3 world together into one and make a more decentralized world not only on blockchain, but also in the real world was just the ultimate goal here.

♒️Joe: Have you guys always been interested in real estate? Has this always been something that, you know, you’ve always thought of doing and you just saw crypto as a means to just execute it in the best way.

🏠Derek: Absolutely. So it’s been bothering me for many years now how slow and chaotic the traditional real estate market is here, and people have no clue where the documents are. It’s a lot of expensive middlemen, such as real estate agent banks that we are aiming to remove all in one purely through how we are creating a platform and through the smart contracts that will do the work needed from a real estate agent. So we want to make it a lot more frictionless and decentralized. Because at this point, the traditional housing market and real estate market is the barriers between countries is really high, it’s really hard to invest in real estate and also, if you’re invested in cryptocurrencies before, and you want to invest in real estate, you will need to onramp the cryptocurrency to your bank, which they in many cases won’t allow you to do. And then you’re pretty much stuck with your cryptocurrency so that’s also one of the main purposes here is to make the housing market a lot more liquid and also for the cryptocurrency market and cryptocurrency holders. So that’s one of the the main aspects that we’re really excited about for the future is to seamlessly invest in real estate and do rentals on your own and real estate NFTs, so you can earn passive income on your we will rural assets on the blockchain and also exchange them between buyer and seller. with a lot less friction than what we have today.

🏠Seigon: I think if I can just add on to what Derek is saying, it comes down to those main points, we’ve been in real estate for a while studying the market. And I think it applies for a lot of other industries, in terms of the friction that’s faced, especially when we’re looking at cross border transactions and that sort of thing. But we get to all the intermediaries, and as you possibly intermediaries, the fees stack up. So we want to break down that barrier, remove that friction, eliminate those fees, as much as possible. I think the fees, not just on the buy-sell side, but also on the short term rental side, I’ve gotten really exorbitant in the last few years.

♒️Joe: What is CodedEstate’s vision for the future of Sei and DeFi? What does the success for CodedEstate look like to you? What does success for the Sei ecosystem look like to you?

🏠Seigon: Europe and the US are really the markets that we want to be in. So I think success for us is when we can actually enable and onboard those markets, because it’s currently, you know, quite difficult, and a lot of liquidity sitting in those markets. So you want people to be able not to necessarily withdraw any of the crypto gains, bring it back into interfered, and then only be able to do the transaction. And we also want them to have a fully decentralized solution, when it comes to buying and renting and we are aware of what the industry looks like, it’s not quite as decentralized as we’d like it, and we really want to fast track that and be able to do that. So I think success for us is. building that into a decentralized solution to this working closely with the relevant parties in terms of regulatory, and that thing to be able to enable some of these big markets. And even some of the small markets we’re looking at in Africa, for example, where the rental market is performing well in the major countries, and most of that is peer to peer volume. So we want to also enable and onboard those people.

🏠Derek: I can add on there. That’s like a lot of the aspects that surround the housing market in general at this point. But as we are focusing solely on the technology that we are building on the decentralized web-3, there is no doubt about that. We have the overview there. We know exactly what’s needed in order to proceed there and create adoption, which is obviously our main goal down the road. And it’s not even for the future, it should be like in the shortest possible time. Because we want this product to be accessible as quickly as possible. Because the world, in general, I’m not talking about countries or anything like that, I’m talking about like the whole world leaders fractionalized between borders and everything. And so we are doing our best here to push this technology out as quickly as possible. And Sei is definitely the main engine here that we are building on. And we are totally dependent on what Sei is building and that’s why we’re so happy that we can come in here early and shape this technology together with them. So we can apply to Dapps. like ours. And also obviously, from a technical point of view. What we are looking at now is how to make this process as. seamless, easy and clean as possible for users. So there are not many hurdles or barriers to go through when you’re trying to exchange one real world NFT for another and actually transfer the real world documents in the smart contract transaction. So that will be the next main milestone for us to automate this process where the user easily can access the real world documents from web-2 servers, and get them on the blockchain completely, confidential, and also just in his easiest possible way.

♒️Grover: And I think from the same point of view, not only by bringing these properties on-chain and having these dynamic NFT’s representing houses, obviously, you make that market super efficient, but then also because they’re programmable, this is kind of the whole benefit of DeFi. Because you have these programmable assets, you can find a bunch of very interesting use cases for them on chain as well, from using them as collateral. You know, you’re borrowing against them on-chain. This is success from my perspective as we foster this really broad DeFi and a bunch of use cases for these NFTs on chain. And they get deep integrations and in a wider economy that exists on Sei. So that’s, I think that would be success for sure.

♒️Joe: So, I do have a couple more questions from the Sei community. What’s the current status. of Sei, and what’s the current status of CodedEstate? I would just say that we are very excited to roll out. Atlantiс-2, which is imminent to the public, which is going to include a lot of the optimizations that Sei has been working on. And every iteration of testnet is one step closer to mainnet, which is imminent, so it’s going to be a very exciting year for Sei.

♒️Grover: So I think like Joe says, There like all of these optimizations, we’ve been talking about optimistic block processing, all this innovation that we’re doing, and actually sort of improvements we’re making to consensus on Cosmos, that’s getting rolled out on the Atlantic-2, which is really, the last thing that needs to happen before we can go to mainnet. So keep your eyes peeled because we’re going to have a whole bunch of applications including CodedEstate, deploying out on Atlantic-2 and you’ll be able to try out the applications and user interfaces that provide feedback ahead of mainnet.

♒️Joe (in jest): When can I expect to go leverage long on my home?

🏠Derek: It totally depends on when the backend is completely finished there. Because if we’re talking about our roadmap, rental will go first out there because that’s less complicated in terms of documents needed and e-signing protocols, this need to be aligned with the SDK that we will be building out when it comes to bridging these documents to web-3, and the Sei blockchain and smart contracts there. So once we have the testnet go in there we will most likely start to work on the backend here. Because we are currently building the demo, it will give our users or the Atlantic-2 users a good feel of how it is to be CodedEstate and how it will be to navigate their NFT’s in the dashboard section and see how the market looked like.

♒️Joe: How can the community get involved with you today? Is there anything Seilors can do to help you guys ? Do you guys have a discord up? Or are we just patiently waiting, following Twitter and turning on notifications?

🏠Seigon: Yeah, so there’s quite a few ways that the community can get involved, we have thrown up our link, we’re going to open up our Discord from today. It wasn’t open before. So there’ll be a few quests that the community can do that will not only expose them to the social media platforms, but they can begin learning about what CodedEstate is and will also have something similar to the growth program. We will be throwing out a whitelist for the core Seilor community over the next couple of weeks. And also once we go on the testnet, there’ll be different missions and stuff. But for now the first couple of 100 people in the discord. will have access to a whitelist.I will link in our bio now, people can start completing those quests (Crew-3). As the weeks go on, there’ll be more quests. There’ll be more fun things. And of course, OG NFT’s on the other side of it.

♒️Joe: Right, as soon as I hang up the spaces, I’ve learned that the Sei community loves NFT’s. And, at the end of the day, one of the best use cases of NFT’s is training. And so it’s actually a lot of synergies between, where NFT’s are heading and Sei so.

🏠Derek: Yeah, just to shoot in quick there, we’ll actually make it possible to trade your home, which is pretty cool.

♒️Grover: Yes, there’s a sliding scale here of earning yield against your home all the way up to the other side of the spectrum here. And I think, Joe, you mentioned going leverage long, I don’t recommend anybody goes to leverage long, however, it will be something that might be possible as well. So this is kind of like the design space that opens up, which is really interesting. And a lot of fun. So yeah, looking forward to seeing what the guys come up with, and what kind of integrations. get created.

🏠Derek: And. also down the road we are in our roadmap, we are planning on making it possible for our users to actually do under. collateralized loans here just like you do in a bank just in DeFi so that’s the exciting future that we have for this, so the market will also not only be for crypto whales here but. it should be possible. for. every normal person to get a loan and buy their home as an NFT and get all the documents in tech there.

♒️Joe: Is there anything you want to share before we kind of pass it over to the community if they have any questions?.

🏠Seigon: We are super keen to build the community, and get feedback from them as we go. Anybody who wants to reach out and connect to the team, we’re always available, you can just DM us, we’ve connected with quite a few teams and quite a few players in the ecosystem. So just super keen on expanding that and hearing back from the community as we go.

🏠Derek: Yeah, it was awesome. Thank you. Thank you so much. And yeah, just as a last reminder in there for the community that we will be starting checking out the official links for our website, and also for the demo. So you can actually try out how it will feel like to do real estate on web-3 through Sei. Sо, it’s only a demo for now. But it will give a good feel about how CodedEstate. will work on the Sei blockchain. And also we will in a very short time announce the demand for Atlantic-2 and we are really excited for that.

♒️Grover: Looking forward to Atlantic-2, we’re going to run a bunch of missions here. Curtis state will be one of them and just get you again everyone using some applications getting a feel for what it’d be like when we get to mainnet and all the different teams building a variety of interesting products on top of SеI.

♒️Sei official links:

•Twitter •Discord •Website

🏠CodedEstate official links:

•Twitter •Discord •Crew3

Ken: I think I would like to deep dive into the description of Sei network as the first sector specific layer-1 blockchain specialized for exchanges. Like how can you optimize the technical development phase for exchanges and how trading experience of users on these exchanges built on the Sei network can be improved?

Jay: So from a technical side, there's three pretty interesting things that Sei is on. The first is Twin Turbo Consensus. So we looked at Tendermint and there were a lot of things that were inefficient with the way the Tendermint was implemented. So we just made it substantially faster. We changed the way that block propagation works. We changed the way that block processing works. And through this, we were able to get down to a time to finality of 300 milliseconds in a load test or multiple load tests that we ran in an internal test cluster. The second thing that we did is we were focusing on supporting greater throughput. So we added in parallelization, we're the only Сosmos chain to be making use of parallelization of any kind. And this helped us get up to 22,000 orders per second in an internal load test. So for context, most high performance chains get between 1 to 5000 orders that they can process each second. And the last major thing that we did is a native order matching engine. So we're able to aggregate every single order, combine them at the end of a block and then execute them all at the same price rather than having order one, get price one or two to get price to, etc..

Ken: Why layer-1? Because I believe that building layer-2 on top of other infrastructure, for example, Ethereum would take a great burden off your shoulders in terms of development and also marketing wise, something like that.

Jay: So when we got started initially, there were three different buckets of approaches that we considered. Approach number one was building a roll up. Number two was making use of a chain that had shared security and approach number three was building a fully sovereign chain, and we ended up going with approach three. But the reason that we did that so first of all, for roll ups. The fundamental problem with building a roll up on Ethereum is that it just does not scale. And the reason for that is that roll ups need to write the data that happened off chain. They take that data, they compress it, and then they write it to the underlying layer one. And every single byte of data that is written to an Ethereum L1 right now, it costs 16 gas. So if you do the math, you actually can only support around 6000 transactions per second. If the entirety of the block space on the ETH L1 is used for reloads. But in reality that's not what actually happens. So in Ethereum, any time in the near future, you're not really going to be able to get better performance, which is why building a roll up on Ethereum was not the right solution for what we're trying to build, because throughput is one of the most important things for exchanges. The second thing that we considered was shared security. So this would be building a Polkadot parachain or an Avalanche subnet or a Cosmos Hub consumer chain. And the fundamental issue there is we want it to be able to control the consensus mechanism, to be able to get the best possible performance and to get the best time to finality. And what this specifically means is that we want it to be able to tweak the way that blocks are propagated and a lot of other things around the consensus layer control the validator set, and that's not something you can do at all if you're making use of shared security. So that's why we decided that shared security wasn't the right approach for us, and that's why we looked into the third approach of building our own sovereign chain.

Ken: So can you share more about the unique technology over other blockchains that you guys currently have? For example, you can get small TPS by using block propagation and something like that is based on the Cosmos SDK that you guys are building with.

Jay: So, yeah, we got started building with the Cosmos SDK. The main selling point is just how modular IBC is, so you can change whichever parts you find to be most important to be optimizing for it. We realized that the way that blocks are propagated is extremely inefficient with Tendermint. So Tendermint has this block proposer who will initially send a blog proposal message saying I'm going to be sending this block, and then afterwards the entire block gets sent and that takes hundreds of milliseconds potentially for other validators to be receiving the contents of the block, even if the entire contents of the block are in the mempool of those validators. The second thing that we did was optimistic block processing. So the way that works is that normally with Tendermint, which is the consensus layer that we're using, you will have a pre vote set where everyone votes. Then you'll have a precommit set where everyone votes again, and then afterwards you'll actually execute the contents of the block and then update the state of the blockchain. Now we realized that one thing we could start doing instead is that as soon as a validator receives the block in like concurrently, they can start processing that block and they can update a candidate state. So if that block gets ends up going getting approved. So if the prevote and precommit steps end up being okay, then that validator could just commit whatever they've already started executing. And if that is not approved by the network, they can just discard that state.

Ken: I know you guys are still in the business phase, right? But how is the ecosystem growing? Like, do you have any incentive program for the app projects to be built on the Sei network?

Jay: Yeah. So it's been just very inspiring to see how the ecosystem has been coming together since we launched the initial incentivized testnet. So last year when we originally launched, we had a few exchanges that were building on Sei. They were extremely enthusiastic about the underlying infrastructure and they just wanted to basically have a very tech first mindset. They wanted to build their exchange on the best infrastructure that would support that. And then afterwards, we ended up seeing a lot more teams come and start building on Sei. And the clearest reason for this is because exchanges are the most important kind of central point in all of DeFi. And whenever an ecosystem forms around successful exchanges, that's why a lot of teams saw that strategically it made sense to start launching on Sei. So at this point we have over 100 teams that are building on Sei, we have over 50 teams that have announced and we're extremely happy to be working with COIN 98 as well. We've already announced the $70 Million Ecosystem Liquidity Fund. So a lot of the people that have participated in previous fundraising for Sei, like investors, market makers and other folks that want to get more involved, such as exchanges, they've pledged $70 million to projects that are building on Sei. So yeah, extremely happy about that as well. So teams that are getting started on Sei they'll have very easy access to investments and liquidity as well.

Ken: What is the percentage of decentralized exchanges accounted for in the total projects that you guys are funding? Because you guys are like layer-1 blockchain specialized for trading. So it's then like a chance or is the chance that the projects of other areas, for example Metaverse and something like that, who already wants to be one, you guys.

Jay: Yeah. So originally when we got started building, we really wanted to focus exclusively on exchanges. But one thing that became clear very quickly to us is that exchanges are integral in any application that is built. So we don't want to be restrictive and say only certain types of exchanges are allowed to get built on Sei. The chain is completely permissionless so anyone can experiment however they want to.

Ken: I just want to get some alpha. Like, what can we expect from the mainnet launch?

Jay: So the mainnet launch is slated for early Q2 of this year, we're going to be launching an Atlantis two testnet later this month. Once that's successful, then we'll go ahead and launch mainnet. And yeah, I mean there will be an airdrop around that. There will be incentivized testnet rewards. So there will be a lot of ways for people that have participated to get rewarded for that.

Speaker: Do you have exactly time when the Sei network will launch the mining?

Jay: Depends on how the next testnet goes. We're going to be launching the next Atlantis Testnet later this month. Assuming everything goes smoothly, we'll be launching early Q2 of this year, so either April or May. So basically 2 to 3 months from now, assuming everything goes well.

Ken: When you guys get to the mainnet launch, like will there be a bridge officially built by the team or will it be like a side project for others to build?

Jay: We don't want to be maintaining that infrastructure ourselves, like bridges, which are one of the most difficult things to build correctly in crypto. And if you build it incorrectly, it's just extremely easy to lose a lot of money very quickly. So we don't want to take that on ourselves, especially when there are so many exceptional teams that are already building bridges that are interested in working with us.

Ken: What kind of advice do you like to provide to the builders out there or those who aspire to work as web3 builders in the future?

Jay: The advice that I wish someone had told me is that if you're excited about something, then you should just go for it because you're going to do a much better job over there and you're going to honestly just have a much greater impact than staying at a place where you're unhappy.

** **

What kind of problems are you solving for? Leo: We are one of the top trading exchanges based in Asia, so we offer the widest trading pairs and also specifically for our venture team. We're actively looking at the next infrastructures for DeFi and NFTs. Many sectors where we're studying it. So I'm glad we're doing the space with Sei, which we're super bullish on and glad to be here and talk about it. Jeff: We are the first sector specific layer-1 specialize in trading. So the only thing we focus on is offering exchanges unfair advantages.

Moderator: What kind of projects and teams are you guys really looking for? Leo: I've already met a few projects, including Synthr, who is building over Sei, for cross-chain liquidity zero slippage protocol. So this is something that we're really looking at. And also more specific for Sei because it's one of an emphasis on order book style. We would be also looking for this kind of DeFi infrastructures and innovations tailored to order book style and more DeFi related projects. Jeff: The types of products that we've seen that have the clearest part of market fit are DEXs. Without a doubt, those are the kind of apps that have by far the most frequency of usage. DEXs aren't just what we typically even think of in DeFi like AMM or order books, but are far more widespread than that. They cover NFTs and gaming as well. One of the biggest problems the DEXs teams come across is DEX, the exchange trilemma between decentralization, scalability and capital efficiency. And that's the problem that our team is focused on solving.

Moderator: What do you guys vision for the Sei Ecosystem Fund, and what does success look like for the two of you? What kind of projects or what kind of environment are we trying to foster through this fund? Jeff: So when we think about some of the things that we really want to focus on as part of our ecosystem fund with MEXC, it's new types of exchanges that typically aren't what people expect, not just DeFi exchanges, but exchanges that are embedded in games, exchanges that are embedded in new types of NFTs and new types of assets (carbon credits, real world assets - authors note*) Leo: We hope to participate more with Sei with more liquidity provisioning and also the MEXC Venture also have lots of our platform tokens to be rewarded to projects that can also adopt our token as a collateral or trading all kinds of collaboration. And we hope to be part of the right of the transition from centralized exchange to the DeFi trend.

Moderator: For Jeff, maybe you could elaborate more about how many projects might be building on Sei or where they're coming from. And for Leo just love to hear more about, I guess, MEXC as a whole, how many customers are you serving? You know, how many almost like financial products or unique assets are you guys offering at the moment? Jeff: We view Sei as a publisher partner for really good protocol teams and unbelievable founders. So at this point, a big part of it is growing the network effect, bringing it around as many really high quality developers as we can, and helping make it as easy as possible for them to explore the design space for DEXs and most importantly, build a really successful DEX with a great user experience. So at this point in time, we have well over 100 different projects and teams building on Sei going into mainnet. When they think about scaling their DEX, scaling their applications Sei becomes a much better infrastructure fit. Leo: And as for us right now, we had about 10 million users just across that number last quarter. I think our brand image is that we are always the fastest exchange that lists any great assets or popular assets. And in the DeFi era back then we were one of the first to list Synthetics, Aave, Perp and several other ones. I think our best advantage is to be a fast exchange to list great assets. I also used our exchange to do cross-chain bridging because we support the widest coins in different chains. We also hope to support Sei at the very beginning.

Moderator: Why did Sei and MEXC choose to partner with each other? I know, Leo, you just mentioned being the fastest exchange to listings. Were there standout qualities that resonated with you all about Sei and likewise for Jeff? Were there any qualities that Sei really saw in MEXC that led to this ecosystem fund? Leo: The Sei is first of its kind for dedicated order book style exchange. And we've seen so many projects like GMX, PERP, they're all facing the issue of liquidity because AMM naturally has a little bit of a disadvantage compared to the order book style. So I think it's really unique and we can’t miss this one. Jeff: Some of the best kind of partner for a chain that focuses on the value prop for DEXs and exchanges is unsurprisingly a really strong centralized exchange. And when we think about what are the best ways for us to work together and collaborate, we can break it up into a couple of big parts. The first is the exchange design space. The second way to work together is on the ecosystem. We spend all of our time on making ourselves as useful to founders as possible. I think that's one of the reasons why Sei has the largest ecosystem point blank in Cosmos today. And when we think about the value prop for projects, a big part of it is listing go to market and distribution. MEXC has built up a very large distribution model like Leo had mentioned, over 10 million users already. So all of those users will get access to a lot of the applications built on Sei and a lot of those projects deploying on Sei they'll get the opportunity to list on MEXC as well.

Moderator: What are some of the major problems that DEXs and DeFi apps face today? How can Sei support these products, these DeFi apps and other DEXs as well? Jeff: So first, the biggest problem that DEX founders face tends to be around performance, its speed and making sure that users can get finality on their transactions as soon as possible. So Sei is the fastest chain point blank to finality like multiples faster than any other train out there today. And Sei is actually perhaps effectively the fastest because machines can even possibly become a lot of that due to everything that our engineering has done. You know we call it twin turbo consensus. So optimizing consensus in two major ways. Another way that we've another optimization that Sei makes is parallelization. So today Sei is the only Cosmos chain to conduct parallelization. It allows for more different DEXs to get larger and scale faster. Third is the native order matching. So a lot of order book exchanges typically come across major problems scaling on other layer ones. A big part of that is because the order book has never been built into the layer one. It's always a smart contract. And a lot of the time it's not the problem of the order book, it's the problem of the chain. The chain doesn't offer the best infrastructure for that order book to thrive and to perform well. Sei addresses exactly that by building the order matching engine into the chain. The only thing we focus on is making sure that the performance and the reliability of this chain works.

Moderator: How can the community get involved with Sei and MEXC today? How can we support you all? Leo: Like as we have mentioned, first of all, we're going to be the first exchange to integrate the chain. Our engineer is already actually actively working with them, and we also will support as much on Sei as possible. And also of course projects whoever needs listing will also prioritize that and we are also going to use these funds to support projects who want to build on top of that. And we also are designing a grant program to support the early developers on Sei. Jeff: The biggest way for people in the community to work closely with our team is through the ambassador program. The stuff that I think really matters to ambassadors is how they can grow a bigger presence within the Sei community, how they can grow a bigger presence themselves as an influencer, as a thought leader. It is the way to get most involved. It's the way to also earn the most Sei tokens as well. Second big way is we are spending more and more time building out the Asia community as well. And I think that's another big area that we're working together with Leo and his team on. A big part of the Sei Labs team is based out of the United States in Europe, but less so in Asia. And that's why our first big event that we did in 2023 as part of our world tour was in Japan. So for any potential ambassadors based out of Asia, we'd love to hear from you and please hop in our discord and reach out.

Moderator: We have a speaker request from Mr. Rizzo. Feel free to ask your question, bro. What's your question? Speaker: Are you guys having a pre-sale coming up or not? Jeff: We don't have plans as of today, but you'll hear updates on Twitter.

Moderator: All right. So we've got a question here from the chat. So how does Sei differ from others Layer – 1? Jeff: So on one side you have general purpose chains and that's like every big chain. Today it's Ethereum BnB, AVAX, Polygon and Solana. And on the complete opposite you have app specific. So teams that are built around one application. So like DYDX, Osmosis and a couple of others. We think the most interesting design area is actually right in the middle. It's almost sector specific, so not quite general purpose, not quite app specific training. Sei is the whole ecosystem. It's all of the hundred plus different teams and products that are getting launched in each of their communities and the tokens that will come with that.

Moderator: I just wanted to ask what kind of unique products or financial assets are you guys most interested in? Jeff: When you think about the new types of assets that can be brought on chain and exchanged, a lot of the ones that we're most excited about have the worst. They basically are impossible to trade. Like, you can't have any liquid market with some of these types of assets. So carbon credits is one of them, Renewable credits is another. So these are things that don't really have a liquid market today. They just don't exist. If there are many different companies like Bitcoin mining companies, for example, that use renewable energy. And every time you use solar energy, you can accrue renewable credits. The problem is you can't do anything with those credits now. It's really hard to sell them, trade them, and collateralize them. Once you bring them on a chain as a token, it's much easier to do all that. So those are some of the things that we're most excited about. Leo: I also saw some ideas that could be on Sei, is that so? We all know the Lens protocol, right? It's an open social graph with even more. What could be more interesting is the open commerce social graph. So say you purchased so many things everywhere and this project is doing to aggregate all of your receipts, your transactions history from Amazon. That makes it an NFTs. What you buy is the commerce graph. As an NFT you can decide to show, like Nike or Starbucks, anonymously see your transaction history and if they think you are really their potential customer, they can choose to give some discount or vouchers, things like that. Jeff: I completely agree. In fact, there's actually a team that is building on Sei; they haven't announced anything yet. So they're a bit more stealth, but they're doing exactly what you just mentioned, Leo. Leo: Yeah, I think those are both really, really cool use cases that I'd love to see, you know, grow on Sei and on DeFi as a whole. I think we never really see an end to the number of new protocols and number of new ideas that are popping up. And that's really kind of what makes all this so exciting and what makes it a new experience every day.

Moderator: Jeff, Leo, anything else you want to say before we say goodbye to the good people? Jeff: We really appreciate working with Leo and we're really excited to launch this fund. I think the fact that this $20 million fund came together during a market like this is, if anything, a testament. So really excited to continue working together. Leo: Yeah. Same for our side too, there's so many interesting things that need to be built on Sei. I'm just really looking forward to testnet and this kind of unique use case we mentioned about. Thanks for having me.

Sei Network.

3. Блокчейны, созданные специально для отдельных приложений. К таким относится Onomy Protocol.

Masa + GameFi.

I should begin with the clear explanation what is Zeta chain and how this protocol can bring revolution to crypto industry. Nowadays crypto space is a puzzle consists of different blockchains that doesnt interact with each other. We have a few ways to bring tokens from one chain to another, for example using bridges. But this way isn’t secure, because we need to block our tokens in protocol while exchange happens. Zeta chain brings the opportunity to swap tokens seamlessly, there is no bridges or synthetic tokens. This is the main idea you should learn about Zeta. Zetachain is not a layer2 ,roll up, bridge or something else. This is naturally layer 1 blockchain that compatible to smart contracts of variable blochains include non smart contract chains like Bitcoin, Dogecooin and others. Due to Zeta technology crypto users will have an opportunity to swap BTC to ETH or any other coin(token) with no usage of wrapped crypto or bridges. But what way does this technology work? Zeta chain includes two main parts:

1)POS blockchain;

Observers and signers for external blockchains.

Observers scan transactions on every connected chain.

Zeta coin is used for paying gas fees and provide safety to the chain. Zeta is the first blockchain active that combines features of token and coin. As coin Zeta serves as native active of Zeta blockchain, users will have an opportunity to stake Zeta for providing network security. As token Zeta can be naturally used in different chains by activation of pegging mechanism ( burning X amount on chain A and then minting X amount on chain B). This mean that zeta is the first multichain coin in crypto space. Now we can take part in Zeta testnet to help protocol searching for bugs and vulnerabilities.

To test you should connect your Metamask to ZetaLabs.

Take some testZeta from faucet on website by connecting twitter or in discord.

Go main page and swap zeta to usdt using any two chains

After swap goerli ETH to Zeta in any two chains

Then swap Matic to Zeta in any two chains

Go to galxe and claim one OAT and 3 NFTs

Go to guild and claim your discord server roles

After you should making swaps every week for earning extra points. You can also Invite other users to earn extra points. Zeta points indicates the level of your contribution. There is no official information which way these points will be useful in the future, but you should try to earn so much as you can.😉

Some times ago Zeta create omnichain swap from Bitcoin blockchain to others. For swapping from BTC testnet you should connect your XDEFIWALLET to Zetalabs, take some test BTC and make swap. You can leave your feedback on discord and report bugs by using special form. I also advise you to connect to crew3 zeta community. You have the real opportunity to become zeta ambassador by doing tasks from the list. There you can earn some usdt, crew3 xp and contributor role in discord. There is no information about Zeta airdrop or something else but I strongly advise you to take part in these activities, because there you don’t need to spend your crypto on commission, all activities take part during testnet. In the other side I believe that omnichain is the future of crypto and such great project as Zeta will reward their contributors. Crypto space is lack of such project like Zeta.
