2 Exploration and attempt to return to the REITs market

On 25 April, at 9 a.m., the Sichuan High Court re-examined the case of the murder of Lee Kim Jong Il, and the Sichuan High Court rejected a number of media applications, including upstream news, on the basis of “the limited seat of the Tribunal”.

According to a representative of the press who participated in the hearings, the Prosecutor of the Court read out the indictment, holding Lee as the perpetrator, and Lee should be held criminally responsible for the murder committed. The presiding judge summarized the case and asked whether the facts of the crime involved in Lee were sufficiently substantiated to conduct the proceedings.

The upstream journalists noted that during the trial, the Sichuan High Court conducted a focused investigation into the fact that Lee was on the ground in the year in which he testified to the witnesses.

Lee Kim had previously indicated to the upstream journalists that, at the time of the case of 13 October 1994, he was working in the Surang County in Yunnan Province without having to return to the jungle for trial, “I raised this point with the police at the time, but not with me”.
