Despite having unconventional backgrounds and little to no industry backing, the two friends have managed to create a remarkable first release – a feat accomplished, as per their usual writing process, across the country over FaceTime. Perhaps what stands out most about this track is the movement: the pitched up vocal hook laid over an undulating beat, before ending in an infectious, high-tempo outro.
