As for me, I spend around 10-16 hours every day to read new projects, trade, skin in the game. I joined crypto in August 2021 & I consider myself as a newbie in this world and there are so many things to learn: open account on exchange, deposit money, learn about different blockchains and their ecosystem, and read about ways to make money from crypto(Loop Community is a good place where there are many quality articles for me).

After 2 months, sometimes I feel exhausted and stressful after ups and downs of the market, many IDO I applied but failed for whitelist… I spend much less time for my kids, my family & my health is going downhill as I’m not doing exercise like before. I win some and lose some, but overall my investment is growing day by day, which is a good point. However, I think that there is more important thing in my life than that and I will need to change my strategy soon to balance my life & my time for crypto.

Below are some tips that I will apply for myself from tomorrow:

Spend less time in crypto – 8 hours a day(check the chart less, it doesn’t help me much, use price alert in Coingecko is ok), make time for the things that make me feel alive: playing with kids, watching film, reading book….

Have a clear timetable(can be Google Calendar), divide my work time to smaller blocks, have to-do lists, set priorities and get thing done

Have down time: take time out throughout your day & during my crypto time.

Focus on my health: sleep earlier, doing exercise.

How do you balance your life & crypto? Let share your thought & tips in the comment section below.
