As promised in our whitepaper, we've successfully completed the distribution of two parts of the HPO airdrop among our valued participants. Recently, the second part of the HPO token airdrop, comprising 1,000,000 HPO tokens, was successfully distributed to all participants in the grand Christmas campaign held within the Hippo Galxe space.

Let's explain more about how this airdrop was distributed and who qualified to receive it:

This airdrop of ONE MILLION HPO tokens was divided into two parts: a 30% portion and a 70% portion.

The 30% portion was equally distributed among all participants who completed the swapping task in our Galxe Space. As for the 70% portion, it was distributed among individuals who staked their tokens using a specific formula, to ensure fair distribution among users.

Let's break down how this 70% portion was exactly allocated: Participants were categorized into farmers and non-farmers or Sybil attackers. Farmers are those who staked HPO tokens for a period ranging from one month to one year and received the following shares of the airdrop:

• Staked for one month: One share of the airdrop

• Staked for three months: Two shares of the airdrop

• Staked for six months: Three shares of the airdrop

• Staked for one year: Four shares of the airdrop

Additionally, some participants engaged in our campaign but did not receive the airdrop. These individuals, identified by our project team as non-farmers or Sybil attackers, participated with a large number of wallets in the campaign. The reason for not allocating the airdrop to these individuals was to ensure fair distribution among farmers. However, if these non-farmers staked their tokens for six months or more, they received one share of the airdrop.
