I went to Ochanja market at Onitsha roundabout to purchase a face cap for myself. it's because I wanted to avoid the scorching sun that was never favourable to me, whenever I came out to my dad's shop to hustle.

Then, as I approached the seller I was rather confused about which design to choose. Throughout my days as a young boy, I have always loved black so I chose the black cap that was branded “IMPACT”. I wore the cap from the seller's shop to my home, I was so happy for buying the cap.

As time went on, I got admitted into the university. Most of my coursemates had fancy names or nicknames as the case may be. I on the other hand never wanted my own case to be different and I always wore that branded cap of mine to lectures and everywhere I went in school, so I chose to answer the name on my cap… IMPACT. Ever since then, I have been referred to as one up till this moment.
