            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Virtual Reality(VR) has been talked about for decades but why has it not spread yet? There was no certain reason for it to be popular back then, even now most of the Virtual reality content is Games and entertainment.</p><p>There was a huge boom in 2015-16, and lots of companies started to make VR headsets, which created a huge buzz around the world. a lot of hobbyists came up with wonderful open-source VR ideas, but the consumable content was not good at that time and also there were a lot of difficulties like inaccurate tracking and precision, one big pain in the ass in VR is the Screen-door effect or motion sickness.</p><p>It really made people feel uncomfortable wearing headsets for a longer time and there was no real need for that then.</p><p>Still, Positional tracking for standalone headsets is pretty hard. a normal consumer finds it hard to use this tech now, it requires some level of expertise, and base station setup and calibrations are quite frustrating for somebody.</p><p>The potential for VR is so high now, that people are coming up with VR ideas other than Games and entertainment. If we create enough suitable content for VR, then the VR market will see a real boom in the next decade.
