            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Part I: Abstract</strong></p><p>This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is entered into by and between CreatorOS Inc, Reclaim Protocol and inDAO, collectively referred to as &quot;the Parties.&quot;</p><ol><li><p>Purpose and Scope:</p><p>The Parties express their shared interest in advancing cryptographic technologies for governmental applications, specifically focusing on the development of theoretical frameworks for robust government ID systems and their practical application.</p></li><li><p>Collaboration Overview:</p><p>The Parties intend to engage in joint research initiatives aimed at exploring innovative cryptographic solutions for secure and efficient governmental identification.</p></li><li><p>Shared Goals:</p><p>The collaborative efforts will seek to establish theoretical foundations that enhance the security, privacy, and reliability of governmental ID systems, fostering a strong basis for future practical implementations.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Part II: Projects Specification</strong></p><p>This section outlines the immediate collaborative projects that the Parties intend to undertake, with a focus on deployment within the governmental framework of Uzbekistan.</p><ol><li><p>Automation of Uzbekistan Universities Internship Programs: The Parties will work together to develop and implement an automated system for managing internship programs in private companies within Uzbekistan universities. This project aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the administration of internship programs.</p></li><li><p>Digital Driving License of Uzbekistan: Collaborating on the creation and implementation of a secure digital driving license system for Uzbekistan, the Parties will contribute their expertise to ensure the development of a technologically advanced and reliable solution which will act as an analogue of a physical driving license.</p></li><li><p>Self-Attestation System for Social Groups and Professions: The Parties will jointly develop a self-attestation system enabling individuals in Uzbekistan to assert their affiliation with specific social groups or professions securely.
