Finance and Economics (may) Zhu Yan asked, “good things in the future.” However, for enterprise managers, they should not only do good deeds, but also ask about the future. In other words, managers should not only pay attention to process control, but also follow the result orientation.

First of all, focusing on results orientation provides a clear development goal for enterprises. Whether it is an enterprise’s long-term development strategy, core values or short-term profit objectives, whether the implementation results are effective or not is often measured by the results. The production and sales objectives formulated based on the results are often clear, intuitive and instructive, which can promote the enterprise to reasonably plan various inputs and deal with the problems encountered in the implementation of the plan at a higher level.

Secondly, focusing on results reduces the cost of human resource management and control for enterprises. By formulating clear development goals, managers can reasonably plan the personnel composition of each department, so that each employee can give full play to their strengths and make their own contributions to the development of the enterprise. On the contrary, in enterprises that ignore the results, the internal personnel management is often chaotic. Employees have invested a lot of time and energy, but completed a work that is not conducive to the development of the enterprise. Among them, the high time cost and operation cost will eventually become the sunk cost of the enterprise, resulting in the loss of development opportunities.

Of course, being result oriented does not mean ignoring the process. On the one hand, focusing only on results may lead employees to pay attention to “interests”, so as to obtain short-term benefits at the expense of long-term development opportunities. On the other hand, paying too much attention to results will promote the atmosphere of “bad competition” in the enterprise. Employees pay too much attention to their own business performance and ignore the overall interests of the enterprise.

It can be seen that enterprise development should pay attention to both process and result. Managers can take the following two measures. First, we should do a good job in assessing and encouraging the results. Managers should formulate corresponding reward and punishment systems and make clear rewards and punishments, so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. Moreover, we should communicate with employees in time according to the quality of the results, and formulate corresponding solutions to make up for the gap with the goal. Second, we should do a good job in process supervision. The manager shall give timely feedback on the problems raised by employees, and timely adjust the stage objectives according to the problems.

To sum up, enterprise management should pay attention to both process and result. (end)

Original / Dana Gerhardt

Translator / Su Hong

Dana Gerhardt photos

I am always deeply attracted by the moon. When I first became an astrologer, I found that compared with other planets, the constellation, related aspects and house of the moon are more irresistible. The moon tells the story vividly. When we cry in diapers, want to be fed, want a warm touch, and want our mother’s breasts or a bottle of milk, the moon records everything. The moon will also record what happens next. Whether our needs are met determines our perception of whether the world is generous and pleasant or stingy and impatient. The aspect of the moon describes what we learn from our mother’s upbringing. Do we feel a soothing and competent nurturer or a suffocating and resentful mother.

When we stamped our feet and shook our heads for the first time in our own way, the moon was on the side. Parents watching this moment will be surprised to ask, do you think you are the queen of Sheba? Yes, aren’t we the queen of Sheba? We make a certain gesture, have a certain habit or have a certain expectation, which other family members do not have, because the moon goes further back to our previous lives. The moon represents a deep imprint on the body and emotion, and contains mysteries that the team of psychologists can’t explain and list one by one. The reaction of the moon is unconscious and instinctive. The boundary of the moon is easy to penetrate, and the core part is very sensitive. Even in our twilight years, we will still be hurt by cruel words like vulnerable and helpless children. The moon remembers everything. I wish we were happy. When our needs are not met, the first moon will be nervous.

When I start talking to people about their astrolabes, I naturally start with the moon, ask them about their childhood, inquire about their old anger and recent pain, and collect their gestures, sounds, intonations and other psychological clues. “Of course,” my teacher said one day, “in interpretation, don’t talk about other people’s moon as soon as you come up.” This reminds me of the painful expressions of my first customers and gives me some new insights. oh The moon is not an astrologer’s dart board.

As my career progressed, I found that not all astrologers had taken this lesson. Amy was nervous about her first interview with me. Her last interpretation came from a famous astrologer. The conclusion is that because Amy’s Uranus coincides with the moon, her mother doesn’t want her. Unless Amy can reconcile with her past, she will repeat this rejection and rejection again and again. At that time, Amy had just broken up with her boyfriend. At the end of the interpretation, she trembled and burst into tears. When Amy was born, her mother may have been under great pressure and failed to give her enough comfort. However, in the long-term relationship between mother and daughter, the two people can not only closely accompany each other, but also respect each other’s independence. They share many sweet and novel attributes of Uranus.

Most astrologers will say that people in the moon Pluto phase will have a terrible mother. However, my large number of clients with lunar and Pluto aspects complained, “every astrologer I’ve met wants to discuss how terrible my mother is. But frankly, my mother is not that bad. I love her very much and don’t feel any trauma.” I learned from all kinds of customers that the expression of the moon is complex. Simplifying the expression of the moon into a simple psychological formula is risky. As the conversation progresses, some customers with moon and Pluto phases will indeed fall into tearful memories of how helpless they used to be under the pressure of their mother. Although the recall released their complete psychological state and reflected their strong resistance to the intimate relationship, it did not deny their deep emotional relationship and long-term support with their mother. Sometimes, these moons make breakthroughs in the opposite direction. For example, one of my moon Scorpio customers always felt that her mother hated herself. It was not until later that she found out how determined and persistent her mother had saved her life in her childhood.

When I was a novice astrologer, I thought I could know everything about a person through the moon. But over time, my understanding of the moon has become closer to the moon itself: the moon has surplus and deficiency. Sometimes the moon looks bright and powerful. At other times, she is just a rune without temperature in the astrolabe. She looks back at you coldly, neither deep nor poetic. In some customer inquiries, the moon can dominate the whole conversation. The moon may not appear at all in the next conversation with the same person and in the face-to-face inquiries of other customers. I’ve been known as a moon expert for years, but I periodically ask myself: what do I see when I face someone else’s moon? What do I realize when I stare at my moon?

Vedic astrology leads us to regard planets and luminous bodies as sacred beings - goddesses and gods. Although the female circle of friends I associate with likes to call the moon “goddess”, I don’t quite agree. I never believed that God lived in the celestial body, just like the sugar heart of lucky marshmallow. I believe that there is greater energy than myself. But they should not sit in front of the huge console on the planet and carefully plan all the fate of the world. They may speak through the planet. The planets in the sky and the planets on the astrolabe are the same as the statues in the shrines of Hindu temples - the tangible messengers of the gods. I am deeply obsessed with the word “spirit” of the gods. When I am confused about the moon, it will remind me that I don’t need to look through astrology books or look up the phases of the moon that night. I can also pursue the moon in my life, which is in my body, emotion and emotion.

When I was pregnant, I realized the tolerance of the moon. Of course, it is the moon that occupies my body and makes me as full as fruits. There is new life in it, and my heart is full of vitality. I know nothing about having children. I read parenting books and pay attention to eating healthily, but to a large extent, I can’t do anything. I just watch some force greater than me reveal the answer
