It also promoted the green prevention and control of crop pests of more than 13300 hectares, arranged professional prevention and control teams to carry out UAV flight prevention, color board trapping and insect killing lamp trapping of crop pests such as rape and vegetables, implemented biological prevention and control and physical prevention and control instead of chemical prevention and control, and the coverage of professional unified prevention and control reached 80%, Take the upgrading of plant protection equipment and the promotion of high-efficiency, low toxicity and low residue biological pesticides as the breakthrough of pesticide reduction and control.

At the same time, the integrated promotion of light, simple and controlled application technology was implemented in the action of chemical fertilizer reduction and efficiency increase, and a number of technical demonstration modes such as “potato organic fertilizer instead of Chemical Fertilizer Cultivation Technology”, “organic fertilizer + n combined fertilization technology” and “vegetable water and fertilizer integration technology” were formed. In addition, field experiments and demonstrations were carried out to further improve the effectiveness of chemical fertilizer and pesticide reduction and efficiency actions. More than 50 field comparative experiments on chemical fertilizer and pesticide reduction and efficiency were successively established through different crops and varieties. For three consecutive years from 2019 to 2021, organic fertilizer gradient experiments and crop green prevention and control experiments were established on wheat, rape, sweet potato and other crops, and the first-hand test data were collected accurately and in detail.

Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft adopted the rapid return scheme for the first time, so it is also a great test for land communication support.

In order to ensure communication security, China Unicom Group asked relevant provincial branches to strengthen network monitoring and patrol the circuits along the way. At the same time, it organized Beijing Unicom, Gansu Unicom and Qinghai Unicom to hold several meetings to coordinate and promote the progress of security work.

In late March, Beijing Unicom received a notice from the group company on supporting Gansu Unicom and Qinghai Unicom to complete the return communication support of Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft. After receiving the re insurance task, Beijing Unicom immediately verified the equipment resources, arranged the professional line personnel to carry out the guarantee at the first time, and distributed the re insurance policy according to the circuit number.

At the same time, Beijing Unicom formulated the technical scheme of dual satellite + long-distance optical cable carrying emergency base station, and timely coordinated Gansu Unicom and Qinghai Unicom to complete the commissioning and completion of special line, network transmission planning, opening of wide beam satellite base station, link optimization of communication system, verification of dual satellite mutual standby scheme, etc.

It is worth noting that in the case of scarce ground communication infrastructure returning to the site, China Unicom on-board satellite base station can timely provide emergency communication support for the on-site search and rescue team, and realize barrier free communication between the rear command center and the re insurance site.

It is reported that this task involves 10 national circuits, 5 ordinary telephones and 1 PRA circuit. During the re insurance period, Beijing Unicom cooperated with multiple departments, increased the polling frequency of network management, strengthened the patrol inspection of guarantee lines, and ensured the safe and stable operation of communication network.

As a territorial unit, Gansu Unicom established a special technical support team for the first time, dispatched an emergency communication vehicle and an integrated flat-panel portable satellite communication terminal to the support site, and urgently coordinated Qinghai Unicom to send an emergency communication vehicle to the support site. Under the coordination of the three level support teams of the group, provincial and municipal branches, the special technical support team has dispatched equipment, circuits and personnel ahead of schedule, and actively measured and measured network equipment, and made solid preparations for the top note.

On March 31, Gansu Unicom’s newly-built small satellite base station vehicle opened 4G base stations using satellite channels for the first time. It is the only operator on site that uses satellite channels to open 4G base stations. On April 7, Gansu Unicom small satellite base station vehicle has arrived in Jiuquan to jointly carry out search and rescue communication support for the return of Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft with Qinghai Unicom small satellite base station vehicle.

The small satellite base station vehicle is loaded with 3 / 4 / 5G mobile communication base station and satellite transmission equipment. In case of emergency, it can flexibly select the transmission mode, open the emergency base station and quickly restore the public mobile communication service. In addition, the satellite base station vehicle also uses a new generation of integrated flat-panel portable satellite communication terminal fl60p-e, with a bandwidth setting peak of 8m + 100m (independent ground receiver). In the field test, the downlink rate can reach 80m and the uplink rate can reach 39m. The voice volte service is normal, and the network resources meet the field requirements.

It is understood that after several rounds of intensive testing, Beijing Unicom has also completed several double satellite switching tests of Gansu Unicom and Qinghai Unicom small satellite base station vehicles on Asia Pacific 6D and Asia 9 satellites respectively, which verified that the Ping test can be basically realized without packet loss, and the base station and communication line are continuously connected during the switching process, laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of the return and re maintenance task of Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft.

In the process of support, China Unicom Group and Beijing Unicom also opened 100m satellite ground circuit for Gansu Unicom, and coordinated satellite terminal manufacturers to bring the latest high-throughput satellite terminal equipment to the site for support. The field test shows that the maximum rate of high-throughput satellite channel is more than 80mbps, and the download rate of 4G base station is more than 50Mbps.

In early April, Jiuquan Unicom held a special meeting on the return communication support of Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft, and established a support leading group and on-site support working group. In the early stage of support, Jiuquan Unicom also cooperated with relevant departments to rush to the recycling site for emergency drills for many times, and called two satellite channels for task support. During the guarantee period, Jiuquan Unicom expanded the capacity of 14 LTE base stations in the mission area, using 65 20 user licenses, increasing the carrying capacity of 1300 users.

In addition, since April 15, Beijing Unicom and Gansu Unicom have respectively inspected the pipelines and handover boxes along the local re insurance lines in the morning, afternoon and night, arranged special personnel to watch the whole process during the key guarantee period, and required local grids to strengthen the inspection of the long-distance trunk lines involved in the re insurance long-distance circuits.

According to the relevant person in charge of China Unicom, China Unicom hangmei Network Co., Ltd. also uses satellite + 4G products, ad hoc networking equipment and on-site integrated command box. The 4G base station is connected with the satellite portable station through the network cable, and the satellite link is used to access the core network of China Unicom. It can support 32 users to access the 4G network at the same time, so as to realize the accurate coverage of the 4G network.

As of the end of the support, China Unicom has dispatched 500 support personnel and 115 vehicles, and the overall operation of the network is in good condition.

The safe return of Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft has made China’s aerospace amazing the world again. As a central enterprise, China Unicom has made every effort to provide communication network support throughout the process. With the original mission of “people’s Posts and telecommunications for the people”, China Unicom has successfully completed various support tasks for the return of Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft, continuously polished the brand image of “national chief, government first choice and people’s first letter”, and demonstrated the responsibility of “never absent important moments and never missed major events”.

With the command of the commander in chief, the joint enterprise local emergency drill officially began. This drill simulates the emergency of oil leakage at K37 + 600m of Qinjiang River crossing point in Qinbei District, Qinzhou City. The Qinjiang River crossing point of Qinnan Liuzhou product oil pipeline is corroded and perforated, resulting in oil leakage into the Qinjiang River. The leakage point is 3km away from the upstream Qinjiang River water source crossing point. The Qinjiang River water source is located in Chengbei community, Changtian street, Qinbei District, Qinzhou City. The crossing section is crossed by heavy excavation. The horizontal length of the crossing river is 40m, which is a class III environment sensitive high consequence area. The leaked oil products pose a serious threat to the surrounding environment and residents, especially to the nearby waters, and may have a significant impact on the supply of refined oil in Qinzhou and Guangxi. The on-site situation is very critical. Qinzhou Municipal People’s government and Nanning oil and gas transportation company made emergency response and launched emergency plan at the first time. According to the on-site disposal plan for environmental protection incidents of oil leakage in rivers and the comprehensive emergency plan for emergencies, the leakage point of the crossing pipeline was blocked with flexible fixtures, and an interception point was set downstream of the crossing point of Qinjiang River to control and recover the leaked oil, Finally control the danger and relieve the crisis.

It is understood that the whole process of the drill is close to the actual combat and pays attention to practical results. 20 rescue machines and vehicles were dispatched, with more than 70 participants and more than 80 observers from enterprises and local parties. It has the characteristics of many drill subjects, many response units, many participants and rapid emergency disposal. This drill further improves the ability and level of government enterprise linkage and cooperation and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pipeline.
