This is not over yet. Last year, the biggest production problem of car manufacturers was the lack of core. In 2021, the factory building of Asahi Kasei, a semiconductor company that produces wafers in Japan, caught fire, and workers of Italian French semiconductor went on strike in three wafer factories in France.
