For a leading domestic information and communication industry in New China, 20 or seven years is a worthy day. For the entire information and communication industry, this development history of New China is also a worthy journey.</p><p>Twenty years ago, in 2003, the Hangzhou Telecommunication Company was formally established in Hangzhou. At the beginning of its existence, the company as a whole had only 1,500 employees and its scope of operations was limited to the business market.
