Core point: Why, as a State-owned company, is it going to suffer a huge loss of contract fraud? On the one hand, there are serious deficiencies in internal controls, insufficient care for large sums of money to be paid, State-owned assets are suspected to have been diverted from domestic work, and on the other hand, equity incentives, such as weak corporate performance, are highly tied to profit objectives.

In recent days, Verfusuko 2022 was detonated. The company’s flag subsidiary experienced significant loss of contract fraud, while the 2022 financial statement was also issued by the auditor with the type of “non-coded” audit opinion with emphasis on matters.

Large sums of money are set aside: three major underlying weaknesses

Ketogenic diet (KD) is a diet with high fat, low carbohydrate, protein and other nutritional elements. At first, it is a non drug therapy with definite curative effect for the treatment of intractable epilepsy in children.

Recently, scientists from the University of Pennsylvania reported in nature that the ketogenic diet showed a strong tumor suppressive effect. Ketone body β- Hydroxybutyric acid (BHb) summarizes these characteristics of ketogenic diet, which can reduce the proliferation of colonic crypt cells and effectively inhibit the growth of intestinal tumors.

The researchers designed a diet of mice with defined macronutrient sources, constant protein content and different fat to carbohydrate ratios (Fig. 1a, b), and induced colorectal cancer by injection of azomethane (AOM) and three cycles of dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) (Fig. 1a), so as to determine the dietary intervention affecting intestinal tumor growth.

The results showed that the number and size of tumors were inhibited as the ratio of fat to carbohydrate increased (Fig. 1c). Moreover, ketogenic diet (KD) can also inhibit the tumor progression of CDX2 creertapcfl / FL CRC model mice and CRC mice. Returning from KD feeding to normal diet will lead to CRC recurrence. These results show that KD can not only prevent the occurrence of CRC in mice, but also inhibit the progression of CRC.

Next, the researchers explored the mechanism of the effect of KD on the development of colon tumors.

The experiment first excluded the difference of calorie intake. In the AOM / DSS model, cancer progression is driven by immune cells, but adaptive immune cells are not functionally necessary for dietary protection. At the same time, NLRP3 inflammasome has also been proved to have nothing to do with the mechanism of tumor development. In addition, they used an organoid system that summarizes the stem cell-derived growth of intestinal epithelium to study the effect of KD on intestinal stem cells (ISCS), suggesting that diet inhibits the proliferation of crypt cells.

Ketogenic diet (KD) can stimulate the liver to produce ketone body acetylacetic acid (ACAC) and ketone body β- Hydroxybutyric acid (BHb), which is the physiological response of human body to hunger. To determine whether the inhibitory effect of KD on epithelial growth was mediated by ketones, intestinal organoids cultured in the presence of ACAC or BHb were monitored (Fig. 2a). Although the growth of organoids did not change in the presence of ACAC (Fig. 2B, c), BHb reduced the size of organoids in a concentration dependent manner (Fig. 2D, e). This effect of BHb was also observed in tumor organoids (Fig. 2F, g). In addition to inducing hepatic ketogenesis, KD confers health benefits by reducing systemic glucose levels and enhancing insulin sensitivity.

To determine the relative contribution of BHb supplementation and glucose restriction, we treated organoids with BHb at different glucose concentrations. The results suggest that glucose restriction and BHb supplementation may play a role through different mechanisms.

Next, the researchers studied ketone bodies β- Hydroxybutyric acid (BHb) - mediated tumor inhibition mechanism. They performed RNA sequencing (RNA SEQ) on BHb treated organoids and found that BHb induced significant changes in global gene expression (Fig. 3a). The expression level of hopx, a transcription factor that inhibits tumorigenesis, which is concentrated in the base of colonic recess and a marker of slow division of intestinal stem cells, increased significantly.

By exposing organoid models of stem cell cultures from hopx deficient mice and wild-type littermates to BHb, it was found that BHb reduced the growth of wild-type organoids (Fig. 3C, d), while hopx deficient organoids were resistant to BHb treatment (Fig. 3E, f). Therefore, BHb reduced epithelial proliferation in wild-type organoids, but was not affected in the absence of hopx. Overexpression of hopx in organoids is sufficient to reduce the growth of wild-type and tumor organoids (Fig. 3g-j). Mice receiving KD were in the colon group

They pointed out that in the early stage of the solar system, the protoplanetary disk was evaporated by solar light, and the gas in the disk dissipated from inside to outside, which induced the remodeling of the giant planet’s orbit and caused dynamic instability. The study was recently published in nature.

When does orbital instability of giant planets occur

The orbital evolution of giant planets has a far-reaching impact on the evolution of other planets, satellites and small celestial bodies, including the earth, the origin of life on the earth, livable characteristics and so on.

Scholars believe that during the gas disk period, the four giant planets of the solar system, such as Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune, enter the orbital resonance state through migration, that is, the revolution period of adjacent planets is an integer ratio. At present, the orbit distribution of the four giant planets is more open, and the giant planets have broken away from the original resonance state. The orbit of the giant planets may have experienced drastic changes in dynamics.

“Imagine a Viaduct with normal traffic. If a vehicle collides and rear ends, the whole driving order will be disrupted.” Liu Beibei said that the nice model is the most popular one to describe the evolution of giant planets in the solar system.

According to the nice model, orbital instability occurred hundreds of millions of years after the birth of the solar system. At that time, the gas of the protoplanetary disk dissipated, and the giant planets interacted with the external stellar disk (composed of stars with a diameter of several kilometers to hundreds of kilometers) to continuously exchange orbital energy, which finally made the planets get rid of the resonance bondage and lead to dynamic instability. Due to the slow energy exchange in this process, the orbital instability belongs to the “late instability” hundreds of millions of years after the birth of the solar system.

Liu Beibei’s team proposed that previous studies ignored the dissipation process of the gas disk, and the planet was reversed by the force of the gas. The evolution of planetary orbits can be explained by the dissipation of gas disks, which is not considered in the nice model.

“In the late stage of the evolution of the gas disk, the high-energy photons radiated by the sun directly hit the planetary disk, and the strong light pressure first dispersed the gas close to the sun, and a hollow structure appeared in the planetary disk. Subsequently, the light pressure gradually dissipated the remaining gas in the disk from inside to outside, and the mass of the planetary disk decreased with the outward expansion of the inner boundary of the disk. This process is called photoevaporation of the planetary disk.” Liu Beibei said that at this time, the sun is like a giant hair dryer, constantly “blowing” away the gas in the plate.

Through theoretical calculation, Liu Beibei’s team found that due to the rapid dissipation of gas at the inner boundary, the planet is subjected to outward gas force, which is quite different from the inward force at other positions of the disk. When the inner boundary of the gas disk expands outward from light-induced evaporation, the planets that originally migrated inward change the direction of motion and move outward together with the inner boundary. Due to their different masses, giant planets migrate outward at different speeds, breaking the original orbital resonance and causing dynamic instability.

Other celestial bodies in the solar system have left supporting evidence

This paper proposes that the dynamic instability of the orbit of the early giant planets led to the large-scale orbital changes between the initial four giant planets and another ice giant star when the gas disk dissipated. After the ice giant touched Jupiter, it was thrown out of the solar system to achieve the final orbital distribution of the stable four giant planets. This is consistent with today’s observations.

“The team’s research shows that the dynamic instability caused by this process follows the dissipation of the gas disk and occurs about 5 to 10 million years after the birth of the solar system. Unlike the nice model, the orbital instability of giant planets in our model occurs earlier.” Liu Beibei said.

“We can find new evidence from the age of lunar craters.” Liu Beibei said that the unstable dynamics of giant planets will break the original calm of the solar system. Their strong gravitational disturbance forces the surrounding small celestial bodies to constantly collide with other planets and satellites, leaving meteorite craters on the surface of the stars. Lunar craters have a wide age distribution, and asteroid impact events decay naturally over time, which is also consistent with the early instability model proposed by the team.

In addition, the orbits of earth like planets also support the model of Liu Beibei’s team. According to the observation, the primitive earth was formed in the protoplanetary disk stage, and finally grew up within 30 million to 100 million years after the birth of the solar system. If the instability occurs before the complete formation of the earth, the orbital turbulence of giant planets has the probability to trigger a large collision event, which will induce the primitive earth to collide with a celestial body the size of Mars, and gradually form the current Earth Moon system.

“As expected by the nice model, instability occurs after the formation of the earth, and the earth cannot become today’s earth.” Liu Beibei believes that the early dynamic instability is more in line with the records of asteroid impact time from other celestial bodies in the solar system. The new model can also better explain the mass and orbital configuration of the subsequent earth like planets, which are different from the traditional model.

“This model is likely to be a missing element in the theory of solar system evolution. The article is novel and of great significance.” Reviewers of the journal Nature commented on the study. Liu Beibei said that in the future, the team will further explore the impact of the orbital evolution of giant planets on the formation of the earth and the origin of water.
