CFA’s Global Pension Index Report provides a comprehensive study of pension systems in 44 countries and regions of the world, covering 65 per cent of the global population. Based on the pension system around the globe, the report highlights some of the shortcomings of the systems and proposes potential areas of reform to support more adequate and sustainable pension benefits.

The Global Pension Index Report of the Association of the United States of America, 2022, measures pension systems using three classification indices of sustainability, adequacy and integrity, and Portugal is a new member in the list. This year, the United States also undertook a thorough review of the rating criteria in order to enhance the integrity of the rating criteria and eliminate possible unintentional biases.

In Asia, Malaysia (63.1 points) and Japan (54.5 points) are the two most advanced countries, from Level C to Level C+, and from Level D to Level C in 2021. In addition to the revision of the scoring standards, the increase in Malaysia’s ratings has been largely due to a higher net substitution rate, while Japan has benefited from adjustments in pension scheme management. The Republic of Korea (51.1 points) was also upgraded to Level C, while the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China (64.7 points), India (44.4 points) and Taiwan of China (52.9 points) increased in comparison to the previous year. Despite some progress over the years, the Asian pension system is still lagging behind the world — the world — The region’s average combined index is 53.8, below the global average of 63.

Changes to the contributory (DC) scheme have increased uncertainty among retirees

Data interpretation

The CFA Global Pension Index Report uses a weighted average of three classification indices of adequacy, sustainability and completeness. In terms of adequacy, the maximum and minimum value of the Asian pension system is Singapore (77.3 points) and India (37.6 points), respectively, taking into account the benefits provided to the poor and the various types of income, as well as a number of design features and features that enhance the effectiveness of the overall pension system.

In Asia, Singapore has the highest sustainability classification index (65.4). The sustainability classification index takes into account a number of indicators that affect the long-term sustainability of the current system, such as the labour force participation rate of the elderly population and the level of real economic growth. Thailand has the lowest score (36.4 points).

In terms of integrity, Hong Kong, China, has the highest score (87.6 points); and the Philippines has the lowest pension system (30.0 points), both in Asia and globally. The completeness classification index takes into account three major aspects of the pension system, namely regulation and governance, participant protection and communication of information, and operating costs.

In comparison with 2021, the country has shown the greatest improvement as a result of pension reform, not only in terms of individual benefits but also in terms of pension regulations.

Presently Professor of the Chinese Graduate Institute of Fine Arts, exhibitions were held at national and international institutions, such as the Chinese Museum of Fine Arts, the Church of Fine Arts, the University of Nanjing College of Arts, the Chicago School of Arts, and the Benemeric Museum of Inlandana. Following the repatriation in 2006, Uhou was approached to more easternly traditional paint materials, and the link between this material and the art language has continued.

Choon-hospital works in Ya’a-to-your-collected rays of skewed fibres, or hidden, or visible, are used to mobilize special visual experience. These images are often a closed and complex plan space, with shape changes like the clips it uses to name, showing a superficial pattern, while the surface covered by large paints makes the works extremely resilient and special. Liu’s “path” line derives from his preference for American artist Harin. A claim was taken to the Jorge County Court, where the defendant was requested to pay a total of $38,000 for the purchase of his mattre, for the provision of seeds and for the feed. The plaintiff considered that the amount of the formula and the cost of the feed was the loss of its actual expenditure and should be compensated. The defendant considered that the ration and feed costs were indirect losses and not covered by compensation.

Judgment of the Court: formulation costs are direct losses

The court held that the amount of the allowance was the cost of the plaintiff’s actual expenditures, that the loss of the yields as a result of the current traffic accident was a direct loss for the plaintiff, and that the insurance company should pay compensation in the insurance context; and that the cost of the feed was a necessities for survival and was not supported. The plaintiff claimed some property losses, which should be compensated first by the insurance company within the limits of the liability for damages, less in part in the context of the three-party risk of business, and less in part by a logistics company.

Finally, the Court decided that the defendant, the China Pacific Property Insurance Company, the central branch of the State of Lan County, paid the plaintiff, within 10 days of the date of the judgement’s entry into force, 2000 yuan renminbi in the context of the third-party liability compulsory insurance, for the loss of a property (purchase of royalty) and 22200 yuan renminbi in the context of commercial insurance, for the loss of a property (purchase of funds) by the plaintiff, for a total of 36200 yuan renminbi, and rejected the plaintiff’s claim for other proceedings.

Judges’ statements

The presiding judge in the case indicated that the main dispute in the present case focused on the allocation of seed and whether the cost of fodder should be paid. The court held that the allocation was a direct loss and that it should be paid by the insurance company and that the cost of the feed was essential for survival and was not supported.

The judge reminded a wide range of drivers to move smoothly and avoid unnecessary traffic accidents. At the same time, livestock breeders are also required to take care of the regulatory obligation to keep livestock away from traffic and to reduce the resulting physical and property damage.

Announcement of the Ministry of education and other three departments on standardizing non subject extracurricular training

The Ministry of education, the national development and Reform Commission and the State Administration of Market Supervision issued a notice on standardizing non disciplinary after-school training, requiring that all pre charges of non disciplinary after-school training institutions must be entered into the special account for charges of the institution.
