Ministry of Education: 31 new majors are listed in the catalogue of undergraduate majors of ordinary colleges and Universities

On February 24, the website of the Ministry of Education announced the filing and approval results of undergraduate majors in Colleges and universities in 2021. According to the evaluation results of the specialty setting and Teaching Steering Committee of colleges and universities, the national control distribution specialty agreed to be set and the list of new specialties not included in the specialty catalogue are determined, including carbon storage science and engineering, aerospace intelligent electric propulsion technology, planetary science, photoelectric information materials and devices, hydrogen energy science and engineering 31 new majors such as sustainable energy are listed in the undergraduate specialty catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities.
