According to the data insight of chip talents in 2019 previously released by boss direct employment, the average recruitment salary of chip talents in 2019 is 10420 yuan, and the average recruitment salary of chip talents with ten years of work experience is 19550 yuan, which is only half of the salary of software talents with the same working years. However, at present, due to the scarcity of talents, chip enterprises are unable to recruit people, which has undergone a fundamental change.</p><p>According to the salary increase data of A-share semiconductor companies in 2021, the median per capita salary of 98 Shenwan semiconductor companies in 2021 was 335100 yuan, an increase of 26.9% compared with 264000 yuan in 2020.
