Sustainable development is more important than imagination when time comes to civilization.

Low carbon development is an indispensable option for achieving sustainable economic and social development. It is also an essential path for human society to cope with the balloon climate warming crisis, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve sustainable economic and social development, a worldwide revolution involving production patterns, lifestyles and values. Sustainable development does not need to be ambitious, and it needs to be concrete, not abstract. Sustainable development cannot be achieved without the support of society as a whole, the attraction of good enterprises, the help of expert scholars in this thriving low carbon development wave.

To this end, in 2023, the new waves started the Green Innovation Plan for Sustainable Development, which was officially launched on 31 March by expert scholars in various fields, such as politics, production, science, research and the media, in order to fire the asterisk of the economic development of a green low carbon cycle.

At the launch ceremony, the Leading Unit of the Green Innovation Programme for Sustainable Development, “Carbon Roads 2023”, the Director-General of Creative Two Cities, the Director of the Centre for Innovators in the UNIDO Global Network for Science and Technology Innovation (2017-2022), made a message expressing the vision of the creative two cities for sustainable urban development.

At the launch of the Green Innovation Plan for Sustainable Development for Carbon Roads 2023, the Prince expressed his great pleasure in interacting through the project with business colleagues interested in green low carbon sustainable development.

In the current international context, high-quality economic development must be sustained, as well as the balance and preservation of the environment and resources, carbon neutrality and steady growth. It can be said that the concept of sustainable development has become a consensus of the majority of the world’s nations and peoples.

Synergies for carbon-neutral and stable growth are indispensable options for promoting high-quality economic development and achieving environmentally sustainable development. Advancing carbon neutrality will inevitably result in multiple changes, such as energy restructuring, industrial restructuring, and trusting that, in the context of our economic resilience, the building of a green, low-carbon industrial system has become a consensus among all enterprises.

Shanghai Creative City Science and Technology focuses on providing services, building platforms for innovative exchanges between China and the Russian Federation, both official and civil, and leveraging international resources to engage and integrate domestic and foreign enterprises. We know that low carbon and sustainable development are not in any way achievable by a small number of advanced enterprises, and that it requires our common efforts. In 2017, the “Centre for Innovation” and “Centre for Moderate Innovation” projects operated by the innovative two-city team were integrated into the United Nations Industrial Development Organization Global Network for Science and Technology Innovation. Today, we have continued to help establish channels of cooperation between China and other European countries for projects in the areas of cultural creativity, biomedical care, education, green environmental protection.

Business is an important driving force for achieving a green, low-carbon sustainable development, for which business needs to begin active thinking and deployment, guided by sustainable development and high-quality development, based on social needs, innovative thinking and capacity, domestic cycles, carbon emissions reduction, and sustainable development strategies that integrate the goals of a low-carbon economy into business development strategies.

The innovative two cities are honoured to have been invited to participate in the project as the “Carbon Roads Green Innovation Plan for Sustainable Development”, and it is hoped that different business enterprises will be actively involved in the “Carriers Green Innovation Plan for Sustainable Development”, demonstrating the results that you have achieved in the transition to carbon and sustainable development, leading the industry towards low carbon and sustainable development.

NOTE: If there is information about the public information in the field of domestic electricity, the recommendation of good things, etc., can be sent to us, while welcoming the attention of the major media and home branders to the “home-based information station” (micro signal: home_news) in connection with us ~

The news of a wuzhi-10 attack helicopter “disturbing Taiwan” of the people’s Liberation Army revealed more details on the 11th: it also crossed the middle line of the Strait and 900 meters. The Taiwan army confirmed for the first time that wuzhi-10 crossed the “central line of the Taiwan Strait”, and the media on the island were in an uproar

Scene of Taiwan “Legislative Council” meeting

According to Taiwan media reports, the first committee of Taiwan’s “Legislative Yuan” initially examined the draft amendment to some provisions of the “land, sea and Air Force Criminal Law” on the morning of the 11th, but the meeting was completely dominated by the news that “the PLA Wuzhi 10 helicopter broke through the central line of the Strait to provoke” the previous day.

In the face of constant questioning, Yan Youxian, Taiwan’s “deputy director of joint intelligence of the Ministry of national defense”, admitted that the helicopter “came about 0.5 nautical miles from the central line”. Wang Xinlong, Taiwan’s “Vice Minister of national defense”, said that the PLA’s action “is a kind of practical verification”, and the Taiwan army has response and handling norms and multiple countermeasures.

Although the Taiwan military tried its best to “respond in a low-key manner”, repeatedly guaranteed that it had full control of the dynamics and was “absolutely capable of counteracting”, the Taiwan media were still in an uproar.

Headlines of some Taiwan media reports

Taiwan’s TVBS television reported that the PLA helicopter haunted the Southwest Air Defense Identification Zone from time to time. On the 10th, it crossed the central line of the Taiwan Strait for the first time.

According to the report, the Taiwan Army shouted and claimed to “keep an eye on the PLA’s every move”, but one year later, PLA warplanes crossed the central line of the Taiwan Strait again. The last time was 520 last year. The two JH-7 crossed the end of the central line of the Taiwan Strait by using the edge ball method. Earlier, on September 18, 2020, J-11 and j-16 crossed the northern end of the central line of the Taiwan Strait.

TVBS reported that in the past, fast fighters crossed the central line of the Taiwan Strait, and this time the PLA sent out slow helicopters to cross the line. Experts said they should be vigilant. Shi Xiaowei, a military expert in Taiwan, said that in the future, the PLA will be more and more likely to carry out joint raids on sea, land and air. In terms of defensive tactical methods, Taiwan can no longer only consider traditional amphibious landing or amphibious operations.

PLA Wuzhi 10 helicopter

“Alert for war preparedness on outlying islands?” Taiwan Wind media reported that the main helicopter of the people’s Liberation Army seizing the island pressed over the central line of the strait for fear of becoming a threat of garrison in the defense area.

Wind media reported on the 11th that according to the information released by the Taiwan Army yesterday, the track of a PLA wuzhi-10 helicopter crossed the central line of the Strait, highlighting that the PLA helicopter training at sea has not stopped. Because it is an attack helicopter and can carry special combat forces, it has posed a threat to Taiwan’s “outlying islands”, and its probability of launching the operation of seizing “outlying islands” continues to rise.

“Air situation dynamics in southwest airspace” released by Taiwan Army on the 10th

According to the report of wind media, the “air situation dynamics in southwest airspace” released by the Taiwan military revealed that on the 10th, PLA warplanes invaded Taiwan’s air defense identification area, including one wuzhi-10 helicopter and two Ka-28 anti submarine helicopters. In particular, the Ka-28 anti submarine helicopter has been missing for three days in a row, which is rare.

According to the report, it can be seen from the track diagram in the report that the Ka-28 anti submarine helicopter maintains a consistent haunting position, which is about the middle line of the Strait, Dongsha Island and the center of the Bashi Strait. As the Ka-28 antisubmarine helicopter is a carrier based aircraft, it appears in Taiwan’s air defense identification zone out of thin air, which represents that there are pla ships stationed and performing tasks in the sea area.

As for the wuzhi-10 helicopter, it flew in from the southeast coast of the mainland and turned back after passing the “central line of the Taiwan Strait”. Wuzhi-10 is an attack helicopter with considerable ground suppression capability.

Due to the low altitude penetration of helicopters, it is not easy to find by radar. If the PLA launches a raid on Taiwan’s “outlying islands”, the wuzhi-10 helicopter is considered to be an important combat force for the PLA to carry out this task. In addition to covering the landing of general-purpose helicopters carrying special combat forces on the island, the armed forces carried on the helicopters pose a threat to the garrison in the defense area.

Why is Taiwan so sensitive to the “central line of the Taiwan Strait”? Taiwan information media said on the 11th that the “central line of the Taiwan Strait” has military and political significance. Militarily, as a separation between the two sides of the strait that does not cross the border, it is also a long-standing tacit understanding between the two sides of the Strait politically. In the view of many people in Taiwan, if this tacit understanding is broken, the crisis may break out at any time.

But in fact, the mainland has never recognized Taiwan’s so-called central line of the Strait.

On September 21, 2020, foreign ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin also made a rare public statement that Taiwan is an integral part of Chinese territory and “there is no so-called central line of the Strait”.

Historically, the mainstream view is that the “central line of the Strait” was formed during the air war in the Taiwan Strait. In 1954, Benjamin Davis of the US Pacific Command unilaterally designated it in accordance with the “Sino US common defense treaty” as the criterion for the engagement between the Taiwan army and the people’s Liberation Army, which is also known as the “Davis line”. After the Taiwan Air Force retreated to the west of the “central line of the Strait” in 1958, although the fighters still approached the mainland coast for reconnaissance, there was no large-scale combat.

It can be seen that even if there is a tacit understanding between Taiwan and the United States, it has nothing to do with the mainland. The PLA’s failure to cross this line is an expression of goodwill to maintain stability in the Taiwan Strait, but this goodwill is closely related to cross-strait relations.

On the same day that Taiwan media reported that “wuzhi-10 cross strait midline”, a US missile cruiser “Royal port” crossed the Taiwan Strait and made public speculation. Our eastern theater organized troops to track and guard the whole process.

US missile cruiser “Port Royal”

With Taiwan and the United States deteriorating the situation in the Taiwan Strait, how can Taiwan expect the mainland not to respond? Does Taiwan expect Washington’s military power to deter the mainland? That overestimates the deterrent power of the United States and its position in this chess game.

As analysts on the island have commented, US warships entering the Taiwan Strait are just making a gesture. However, Taiwan should remember that only others have ever acted as agents of the United States to help the United States fight a war. Americans cannot be agents of Taiwan to help Taiwan fight a war.

Previously reported

Taiwan media keep an eye on: the PLA’s wuzhi-10 Patrol (Reference News)

According to Taiwan’s United News Network reported on May 10, the Taiwan Air Force announced the air situation dynamics of the “Southwest airspace” on the 10th. It showed that a “self ship launched” wuzhi-10 of the people’s Liberation Army “broke through” the so-called “middle line of the Strait” on the same day, and the Taiwan air force sent air patrol troops to deal with it,

Chinanews, Yinchuan, May 11 (reporter Yang Di) - nowadays, obesity has become a problem that puzzles many people. The dietary guidelines for Chinese residents (2022) issued by the China Nutrition Society shows that at present, the overweight and obesity rate of children and adolescents aged 6-17 in China has reached 19.0%, while the overweight and obesity rate of adult residents has exceeded 50%. How to judge whether you belong to obese people? How can we lose weight scientifically and reasonably? On “world obesity day” on May 11, chinanews.com interviewed Zhao Qian, deputy director of the health management center and head of the Clinical Nutrition Department of the people’s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and answered relevant questions.

Zhao Qian introduced that there are three main criteria for judging obesity. “The first is what we usually call BMI (body mass index). The calculation method is to divide the weight (unit kg) by the square of height (unit m). For Chinese people, BMI is normal in the range of 18.5-24. It belongs to overweight in the range of 24-28. If it is greater than 28, we generally think it belongs to obese people.”

“Secondly, waist circumference is also a measure of obesity.” If the waist circumference of a woman is greater than 85 cm, it is generally considered to be obese. If the waist circumference of a woman is greater than 90 cm, it is generally considered to be obese.

“In addition, the body fat rate is also an important standard, which can help us objectively evaluate whether the body weight mainly comes from fat or muscle.” Zhao Qian introduced that if the male body fat rate is greater than 25% and the female body fat rate is greater than 30%, it is generally considered to be obese.

So, is it a congenital factor or an acquired factor that determines whether a person is obese? Zhao Qian believes that both congenital and acquired factors may be the causes of weight, but the acquired lifestyle may have a greater impact and change on weight. “Only by achieving ‘in and out balance’ can we maintain caloric balance and weight balance. Many people’s diet structure is high in sugar, oil and calories. At the same time, they are often in a static state, with less activity and less calories consumed. The obesity caused by this’ in and out imbalance ‘lifestyle is very obvious.”

In fact, obesity is not a problem that can be despised. “The possible complications of obesity can be said to be all over the body, head to toe.” Zhaoqian said that obesity may first bring metabolic complications, such as diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, etc. in addition, it may also bring endocrine, nervous system and other diseases, increase the incidence of tumor diseases, and may also increase the burden on human joints, leading to joint diseases.

So, how to lose weight scientifically and reasonably? Zhao Qian believes that if you want to lose weight scientifically, “eating” is very important. “Medical nutrition weight loss pays more attention to people’s health indicators, rather than simply ‘how many kilograms have been lost’. Through a reasonable dietary ratio and energy ratio, we should finally make patients eat healthily and safely, supplemented by appropriate and reasonable exercise, so as to form a normal and healthy lifestyle.”

Zhao Qian also stressed that the scientific weight loss and weight loss model must be closer to the individual’s natural lifestyle in the end, “If patients reduce their diet and exercise a lot in a short period of time, once this method can not be maintained in the future, they may face the rebound of weight. Such repetition is actually not good for their health, and even has a certain negative impact. Only by gradually cultivating a ‘balance in and out’ lifestyle can we achieve the ‘long-term stability’ of weight and health.” (end)
