Each project includes a minimum threshold, optional max cap, and optional deliverable. After funding, backers can choose how to resolve their contribution — by supporting the creator, claiming a deliverable, or requesting a partial refund — ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment between creators and their communities.

🎯Goal: To enable trust-minimized project funding with optionality — giving creators upfront capital only after reaching a threshold, and giving backers meaningful control over how their contributions are used, all while promoting aligned, onchain creative economies.

Be sure to also check out the dashboard as well: https://arrowheads-timer.lovable.app/dashboard

Example 2: Rough Draft → Final Draft NFTs – https://arrowheads.lovable.app/

A more specifc version of above: Creators mint a “rough draft” NFT. They only get 30% of funds upfront. If they deliver, backers can upgrade their NFTs, unlocking the rest of the funds (in ETH and vesting $ARROW). If not satisfied, backers can swap their NFT for a partial refund.

🎯Goal: Make it easier to fund early-stage ambitious creative projects while protecting backers, aligning incentives for creators to deliver, and uniting all projects together with vested interest in a common token.

🎨 /lumart – Artist Collective Minter

Purpose: Help artists mint, share, and participate in regular competitions—earning rewards from mints that fund the community and drive interest in the $LUM token.

Example: Daily AI Art Mint, and $LUM Artist Collective – https://lumart-daily-drops.lovable.app/

Every day, the work a the top of the voting list get's added to the collection and a 1-week open-edition mint starts (so 7 will be minting at a time).

Voting power and vesting-$lum is determined by how many points you earn, which is determined by 1) winning 2) minting and 3) other participation to a lesser extent (voting and submitting). The power of points decays with time, rewarding those who continue to be active, trying to prevent the dynamic where early users get extremely outsized rewards, and it's hard for new people to get involved or get noticed.

Arists upload image, name, description. If they win a day, the work starts minting, and 30% of each mint auto-swaps to $LUM and funds the reward pool. This way, winners of daily mints get ETH + long-term $LUM alignment.

Inspiration: a Nouns-style mint machine where daily winners are chosen via votes, funding artists continuously and strengthening the community treasury.

🎯Goal: Build a perpetual engine of creativity and shared incentives, where minting and voting fuels the collective’s growth.

What Makes a Good Submission?

Clickable interface that feels like a mini-app (not just a screenshot)

Tailored to one of the three channels—but ideally also reusable across other communities

Expresses the mechanics and vibes, even if not functional yet

All Submissions Are Open Source

You’re encouraged to remix, fork, and launch your own version. But please make it meaningfully different, in design and/or function.

Let’s create tools for collective AI creativity—onchain, rewarding, and delightful to use.
Drop your mini-app design in /lum-protocol for rewards in the round.
