相对于用DAO重构人类社会组织形式和财富分配，我看到另外一种叙事是构建 #非国家空间 和 #非国家行为 ，以此带来的话语权和监管红利似乎更加符合去中心化精神，而不用去赢取外交主权，也不用重复新一轮的数字殖民和资本剥削就可以实现无政府主义下的人民自治。
