On the same day, CIDIP, Inc., Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the Midco era) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Group’s Southern Intelligent Production Base, which became the first seed client of the Light Plan, and is expected to produce more than 50 million yuan renminbi in the coming year for the production of the mid-clocker’s products at the Group’s Southern Intelligent Production Base. It seeks the participation of 11 participating enterprises involved in the field of smart manufacturing with strong, visionary, deep vision, future robbers, thinkers, etc. in search of cooperative business opportunities.

“The Light Plan” opens up the new configuration of the Group

In recent years, our intelligence has flourished. In order to make a real contribution to the manufacturing of enterprises, the Consortium prepares the Southern Intelligent Production Base and delivers on 6 May. The base is a highly intelligent manufacturing plant for the consortium, which is well known as the Group’s global “mother factory”. Traditional plants require customization production requirements that can be met from 10 to 20 days and, under the flexible and smart manufacturing system at the base, order delivery can be achieved from 1-2 days. At the same time, the Base could make flexibility adjustments to different levels of production lines, based on changes in production mandates, in order to achieve optimal production benefits.

At the delivery ceremony, FISI joined the Group’s Southern Intelligent Manufacturing Base in jointly issuing the Light Plan for Flexible Manufacturing. The plan is designed to build on the advantages of the consortium chain owners, build on the experience, capabilities and innovations of the “mother plants” advanced manufacture, develop the full chain of sampling - certification - excellence - yields, actively explore the model of “manufacturing the service” (MaaS) and help build industrial clusters of advanced scientific and technological products.

Following the launch of the Light Plan, the Alliance seeks to create new businesses that can be built from higher endowments to address the pains of weak early manufacturing capacity.

Through the Light Plan, the consortium seeks to create a bridge to connect the ecology of the enterprise and the consortium, which will provide team resources for business “bridged” professional line and engineers, as well as intelligent manufacturing-related technology and processes, comprehensive technical support and line production planning; and to integrate the flexible production lines of different types and specifications of the Group’s Southern Intelligent manufacturing base and customize customized production programmes to meet different business needs.

At the local level of smart manufacturing, the Light Plan can help businesses improve production efficiency and product quality through intelligent control, automated management and real-time control, through advanced intelligent manufacturing techniques, such as physical networking, AI, machine visualization, programmable machinery, digital stoves, etc., at the enterprise connectivity base in the South. The entire new MaaS model also provides a chain-of-the-clock enabling business, and in addition to its productive capacity, the Light Plan can provide a variety of resource integration services for entrepreneurship and facilitate rapid enterprise-wide road development.

Today, in the middle of the CH20X series, the SX2 series, the SX5 series and the SP series, the production of inputs from the Group’s Southern Intelligent Production Base is expected to reach a total annual value of 50 million yuan renminbi.

The success of the Light Plan in the middle of life has been explorable, and this cooperation has turned into a new chapter in which the Consortium works in partnership with ecological enterprises. The combined “Scientific and technological abatement” role has been further enhanced, bringing together the ecology of the group and the “bi-recipient” partnership of the enterprise, making a key step towards the transition of the group to “service-oriented” transformation, allowing for a substantial increase in the productivity of the manufacturing industry and the effective realization of multi-stakeholder win-win jobs.
