Lee, Mohammed, Ruggie and others spoke about the Kimberly River.

“The world of events, everyone is a deep-seated river, the life of a generation is long and the time is the sum of all relationships.”

On 7 September, Ruggie, with its new guest of the Kim RENDEZ-VOUS space in Beijing, engaged in discussions on the theme “Matters, non-materials, fictions, non-constructions, on the same time river”, with prominent writers, the winner of the Hmouth literary prize, the professor of Chinese at the University of Beijing, and the author, the secretary of the Chinese co-ordinating office, Mohammed D.

The first generation of slates in the context of the dynamic development of the open-ended business of the new Kimberly River was owned by the master

The first generation of older men in the context of the open-ended development of the Kimberly Rivers selected for reform is owned as a watchdog and observation point in the evening of the last two years with an insurrection. In the Kimberly River, people have a lifelong life like a life-cycle, and no one can even understand himself with absolute objectivity. Ruggie believes that: “ You may write in all the long lifespan of the river if you look at different crossroads, different values and positions. From this perspective, you are a wise capital; from that perspective, you are a merciless father; from another point of view, you are a beloved brother. Your life is a life of misperception, isolation and misinterpretation.”

On the scene of the event, the author, Lee Lee, stated that the Kimber River was a very important harvest in Chinese literature in recent years. He was very surprised to see this book, which was extensive and sweeping. The small title of the owner, “summary”, is the most recent image of the modern literature, the business activity, and the native title. Readers had previously been familiar with the criticism of U Thanh in the Night, i.e., the general understanding of what might be a negative perception of such persons as the “small panels”, but the owners of the Phnom Penh River had a disconnect, a pause, a person who had moved forward in the casing, and a great goodwill in dealing with such persons. In small boards, entrepreneurs have masters, material creation is not the way or the whole of his life and care. In the 1950s, there was no single, white-handed home to catch up with the opportunities of the 1980s. Their generation, with a deep and brutal memory of material deprivation, also has a bolder pursuit and passion for real money. For so many years, we have all been enjoying a great deal of material progress, the speed, efficiency, technology, and recreation that civilization brings, in particular by writing the wealth creation that is so vibrant that they are being left behind, as well as the longings that will be left behind.

In addition, Lee was concerned about the unique image of women in the book. In his view, the epicentre of the dialect was a woman’s role in the river, except in general. There is also a female role in the book, the loved man of Wangsan. Every woman in the book has its own means of saving herself, and it is very reasonable. It is very respectful that early years of humiliation have been abandoned because of a feeling of disillusionment that eventually saves itself. Many women who have written the dark part of women’s hearts and minds will be very fine-tuned, but it will be difficult to write the women’s colours and to write this glorious side, but it will not be easy to do so.

The gold-mining rivers displayed a great deal of ambition in writing.

On the other hand, the author, Hu Xiaodi, stated that, as the ninth ministerial title of Ruggie, the Kimber River displayed her great ambition in writing. The book has three levels of writing, the first of which is the relationship that has existed for more than 40 years, especially with loved ones, friends, brothers and rivals, and the very richness that he has shown in dealing with the legacy. The second stage is a literary overview of the period between China’s reform and its opening up to the new era, which has been characterized by a classical branding and creative expression of value for this era. The third floor was devoted to the discussion “What can be created and what should be left to life by the life of the human being”, “What should we look at life and death”. The four words in the name of the Kimberly River are already present. We have expressed the view that he very much likes this name and that the four words of the Kimberly River are an invitation to us to enter the door or window of the book, a “ridden” that is self-evident, or that it is a large river that is thrive of wealth and a materialized. It is a symbol of what we are open to reform, from material to spiritual age.

It is also considered that the Kimberly River is particularly fine-tuned in terms of the writing structure. The most significant of these are the eight months of the year in which the experience is total, but the time-frame for enrichment is 40 years. This is also true of the Julisc, which shows the entire civilization from Greek civilization to Ireland for one day and the spatial and temporal enrichment of East Berlin. The second level is where we are Chinese and what is the culture of Jiangnan, where there is a bedrock of the culture of the South, which can even rise to Song and Down.

At the same time, it also looks at the ink of Kunduz, the traditional intangible cultural heritage of China. In his view, the gold-mining rivers, while direct wealth and substance, were “delivered to the creators and their creation”, continued to show good faith on the non-material side. The book, with the repeated defeat, repeated and heroic leadership of the Prince-General of San and his friend-cum-in-Commonwealth, tracks the maintenance and prestigious path of six hundred years of the Kunduz drama under the scene of cultural consumption.

Wangsan is the second piece of hope that has been placed on the thorny of the throne, who, together with the children’s masked elders of the Kunduz group, have become a beacons of the past year, seeking and immersing in the sense of death that was born in the Kunduz. The Kimberly River borrowed a skirmishes: “The spectator, even watching, sleeped in the Qunin, sleeping for six hundred years, and was the oldest chewing of the world.” His peculiarity had changed when the principle of the Quinary art, which was held hostage by real capital: “It should be seen in a just manner”.

As a result of the family’s appearance, the 88-year-old Zhao, who was joyed to drive up her left, moulding and punching, had been remembered for her rehabilitative activities.

The family of the machine-building plant around the Turkish door in the city of Siun is housed by Zhao, a wall isolated from the community health service centre in the Lake Lilian district. As a region in which the city of West An was the first to launch a family bed, the Lake Lie region was fully piloted in April this year, and several elderly people in the home-based hospital were given home-based care. As a result of the sudden brainstorming in September, the first building of the bed began on 8 October for the active elderly in Zhao after returning home from the hospital.

Effectiveness

Ten days

Community doctors

The old arm is too flexible enough

On the morning of 21 October, the day of door-to-door consultations, as is often the case, after routine consultations, health-care personnel provided necessary treatment for the left-side limbs of the elderly and half an hour later. Elderly people who have been uprooted have come to work in the house, have been slow to move, left cooks can be picked up, heads, punches, hands can be picked up, visiting medical personnel are working together with the elderly, and the elderly have been willing to speak repeatedly of “seeds”.

“Family wards are particularly well served, which builds the bed for 10 days, and older persons are more flexible in their physical activities, which were previously inactive. Every time she sees a doctor, the elderly are ridiculous, and she feels someone who cares for himself.” The older daughter told journalists that older persons had been in old age and had been in poor health, sudden brainstorming last month, leading to inflexibility in the left side, as well as a loss of language, and that after returning home from the hospital, it had been informed that the neighbourhood was able to establish a family beds. The elderly were covered by the resident medical insurance, which was well declared, and a deposit of 500 yuan was made on 8 October. Community physicians then attend regular doors, consultancies, needle treatments, dispensaries, handing over to the elderly for rehabilitation, and teach family members some care skills. “The elderly are the after-effects of mindsets, the left side paralysed, eating cooked, and the language is not clear.” The Deputy Director of the Home Community Health Service Centre, Douun, introduced that, after evaluation of the successful establishment of a suitable bed, the team had twice a week, inspected the medical consultations and related indicators, sent medications for the symptoms, provided guidance on the left side of the limbs and provided guidance on rehabilitation activities, worked with the elderly, and had improved physical and linguistic conditions.

The cost of such access to high-quality services is very low, and the cost of health care of $34 million is affordable only for hundreds of dollars. At present, 80 per cent of the population’s health insurance claims, 95 per cent of the employee’s health insurance claims, together with a threshold cost of 200 yuan for the initial construction of the bed, are calculated at a maximum of 60 days, and individuals may also spend up to four hundred yuan renminbi, including drugs, and are highly lucrative.

Yes

Family beds are easily accessible to the families of patients who cannot be singled out.

“The attitude of doctors is good, and I am not going to see where improvements are needed.” When journalists asked about what recommendations were made on the bed of the family, older daughters said that they were not enough. She said that family beds were too accessible to family members, and if they were to go to hospital, it was difficult to move too far into hospital, to go back to the next floor, to see a few of the patients, to stay in the home, to be visited by doctors, to serve at low cost and to facilitate speed.

When physicians are on the door, they are accompanied by a box, a test device, which allows for multiple examinations of blood pressure, sugar, heart, sugar, urine, pulmonary functions, and can transmit the results of the tests on the line. At the same time, medical personnel will be accompanied by a recorder to supervise both the quality of services and the avoidance of medical disputes.

According to Dr. Yang Lee, the Home Health Centre, which began a home-based bed system in April this year in the Lake Loren, the Turkish Community immediately undertook a mapping exercise to visit the focus population from home to home, and has so far built up 29 beds, providing services to a bone who is qualified as highly qualified and experienced. Currently, 10 cases of bed, mainly those of persons with mental paralysis, post-certification, hypertension diabetes, dysfunction, etc., are generally seven and eight years old, with stable conditions and inefficient operations, and service projects include, inter alia, pharmacological, needle, wire-for-bonding, stomach, battery and biochemical testing. Over the course of more than half a year, there has been a relatively high level of popularity and demand among the population with regard to family beds.

Expectations

Residents expect to be able to carry out their own communications due to medical risk

On the other hand, the expectations of the public regarding the bed of the family are higher. Ms. Zhao, a small area on the outskirts of the country, told the journalist that she knew that the neighbour’s home had been shattered in the bed and that she had been able to go ahead, and that in a few days she had sought to build a beds for 75-year-old mothers, but had not been consulted. “The old age is too great, not too serious, to live self-threatening, and in view of the cooling of the minds and haemorrhage season, it is intended to provide the elderly with the means of dredging blood pipes, but the community has said that it is no way to fetch water at home.” Ms. Zhao said that medical examinations had been carried out in the hospital for some time before, and that it was now not possible for the community to say that there was a greater risk of the household’s transmission.

Dr. Yang Lee, the Home Community Health Service Centre, stated that the districts also have residents’ claims for the transmission of fluids, which are a relatively high-risk treatment, need rescue equipment to be available at home, do not have this condition, and the community is now strained to serve a family for several hours. In addition, because of grass-roots institutions, community drug varieties are relatively basic, limited in varieties, some imported medicines, specialized medicines needed by some patients, and no communities.

There are also some strange requests from the population that doctors have an impact on the image of the family through white trousers, requiring re-entry into the house, as well as denial of access to recorders, fearing privacy, which require good communication between medical personnel and the population.

Measures

Research fluids and increased number of secondary medical projects

Upgrading of home-based beds

In March of this year, a pilot project on the management of family beds services in the city of West Ann was jointly issued by the Safe and Health Board of the City of West Ann.

Deng Shuxia and Gou Lijun of the National Astronomical Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences were compiled from Keith Cooper. Physics World，2022，（1）：28

This paper is selected from physics, issue 2, 2022

The original deep field photos taken by the Hubble Space Telescope are one of the most iconic images in astronomy. This image consists of a staggering number of distant galaxies embedded in a black background. It was obtained after Hubble made a series of observations on a small area of the constellation Ursa Major in December 1995. Inspired by this classic photo, astronomers began planning a new mission to study the early universe - a mission to see the earlier universe and the earliest galaxies that existed 300 million years after the big bang. But to do this, we need the largest telescope ever, a telescope much larger than Hubble’s 2.4-m mirror. The answer is: the next generation space telescope (NGST), which is a huge space telescope with a 6.5m splicing main mirror, is expected to realize a series of new discoveries.

Inspired by the potential of NGST, American astronomers soon selected it as the top priority of space-based missions in the “ten-year survey report” in 2000 - a wish list for future projects compiled by the National Academy of Sciences, the Academy of engineering and the Academy of medicine. The telescope is scheduled to launch in 2007 at a cost of $1 billion. In 2002, it was renamed James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) after the former director of NASA. However, the dreams of using the new telescope to study the evolution of galaxies and how stars and planets formed quickly became nightmares. The budget of the project rose sharply, so that the US House of Representatives proposed to cancel it completely in 2011, but the troubled project was saved at the last minute with the joint rescue of scientists, the public and the media. Just in 2018, when the cost of the project was about to exceed the $8 billion mark, the US Congress had to vote to provide it with more funds.

JWST now costs an estimated $9.7 billion, and part of the reason behind the surge in costs is the construction of a huge telescope. JWST’s spliced primary mirror, with a diameter of 6.5 m, will be the largest primary mirror ever sent into space (Figure 1). “When we started, we knew we could build a much smaller telescope more safely,” said Nobel laureate cosmologist John Mather, who has led the project at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center since the mid-1990s The problem, however, is that smaller telescopes cannot achieve the transformative science astronomers want.

Figure 1 ready for launch. An artist’s impression of the James Webb Space Telescope

However, telescope size is not the only demanding requirement. The light emitted by these early galaxies was elongated by the expansion of the universe. To observe them, astronomers need a telescope that can detect near-infrared and mid infrared wavelengths. To do this, the telescope needs to be placed away from the earth’s thermal radiation, near Lagrange L2, which is behind the sun and the earth. “The other thing is that to achieve the infrared sensitivity we need, the telescope must be very cold,” mather said. “Soon we face a lot of difficult technical challenges.”

Twenty years of hard development have passed, and JWST is finally ready. For most people in astronomy, telescopes will take some time to start working. The launch of the telescope is scheduled for December 24, 2021. However, even if the payload carrying Ariane 5 rocket was launched from the European Space Port in French Guiana, scientists cannot breathe a collective sigh of relief. Although launch is usually the most dangerous part of a space mission, this is not the case for JWST.

This is NASA’s latest and most expensive space eye. Launch will be the simplest part of it. The next thing will determine the success of this mission. This is because before it can push science and space technology to the limit it can achieve, it must first overcome the dangerous deep space unpacking: the 6.5-m-wide main mirror must be carefully and correctly unfolded, and the sun visor the size of a tennis court must be unfolded smoothly. The entire deployment takes about 30 days to complete - if any of the more than 300 things that could go wrong really goes wrong, the telescope’s ability will be limited. In the worst case, the entire telescope will be destroyed, which could set the field back decades. If it succeeds, it will change the research of Astronomy - all thanks to several technological miracles that make JWST a unique and powerful telescope. The sun visor and mirror of the telescope have been successfully deployed and are now in the calibration stage

Symmetrical mirror

During the construction of JWST, one of the biggest challenges faced by engineers is the 6.5m main mirror. Building a mirror of this size is not a problem in itself, but it is a problem to install it into the Ariana 5 rocket only 4.57 m wide without being too heavy to launch into space. The task of solving this particular problem falls to Lee Feinberg, manager of telescope optical components. “The design of the main mirror is very elegant,” Feinberg said, explaining that the essence of this design is that the mirror is foldable: it consists of 18 hexagonal parts, with three small mirrors on each side forming foldable “wings”.

JWST also has a secondary mirror with a diameter of 0.74 m and a smaller tertiary mirror to eliminate the astigmatism of the telescope and flatten the focal plane, so as to prepare for the use of scientific instruments. These three mirrors are made up together

According to techspot, repairing satellites in space is difficult and expensive. So NASA is building a semi autonomous robot to serve them in orbit. They also want to build things in orbit from scratch.

When a man-made satellite is sent into space, it is usually a one-way mission. Their life is determined by the amount of fuel they carry. Most satellites today have solar panels, but even so, deployment failures may occur. The satellite launch failure is well documented, but there is no service station in space. Therefore, engineers must design redundant satellite systems. This in turn makes them heavy, complex and expensive. Eventually, once their useful life is over, most satellites either burn in the atmosphere or stop in background orbit and become space junk.

NASA has a plan to change that. They want to carry out a mission to refuel the Landsat 7 satellite in orbit. In an orbit 700 kilometers above the earth, Landsat 7 is a failed earth imaging satellite. It can orbit the earth for 99 minutes every 16 days. It did so for 20 years before it ran out of fuel. The plan is to get a robot close to the satellite and grab it with a mechanical arm. Then use its mechanical arm to cut the outer insulation, cut off two wires, unscrew a bolt, connect a pipe, and pump 115 kg of hydrazine fuel.

The first orbital maintenance was carried out by James Van Hoften and George Nelson in 1984 to repair the solar maximum mission (SMM) satellite. The Hubble Space Telescope was repaired and maintained in 1993, 1997, 1999, 2002 and 2009. The International Space Station repaired its $2 billion antimatter detector in 2020. But such major repairs require sending people into space. This is expensive and resource intensive.

Robot maintenance, such as DARPA’s 2007 Orbital Express, has used machines customized for docking with specific satellites. They are not universal maintenance and refueling systems. Another problem is the delay of communication. A geostationary satellite operates 35000 kilometers above the earth, and most satellites are not designed for repair in the first place. Therefore, the maintenance system must be semi-automatic. These are the problems NASA wants to solve.

There have been some successes in this field. In 2019, the mev-1 satellite manufactured by spacelogistics served their own Intelsat 901 satellite, extending its life by five years. By 2024, another project funded by DARPA, “robotic service of geosynchronous satellites”, plans to use a robotic spacecraft to catch waste satellites that are not specially designed for docking, using cameras and laser rangefinders. It will also have two mechanical arms. One arm will be used to dock with the satellite, while the other arm can be used to open undeployed solar panels.

NASA plans to carry out the second Landsat 7 mission in 2025, which is even more ambitious. Its on orbit maintenance, assembly and manufacturing 1 (osam-1) robot is designed to build a new structure on orbit. It has a “sister” mission, the space infrastructure smart robot (spider), designed to assemble things in space. Combining carbon fiber and textiles with technology similar to 3D printing, osam-1 will build light and strong composite beams that can be combined into structural components for repairing and maintaining objects on track. Satellites that are easier to repair mean cheaper satellites. And cheaper satellites mean more satellites.

As reported in the index of objects launched into outer space, as of April 2021, there were 7389 independent satellites in space. Most of them are used for communication. There is a huge new industry of space maintenance and recycling. If these basic steps succeed, the door will open to new possibilities that are not feasible today. People will be able to build larger structures directly in orbit, create more spacious space stations, promote space travel, which in turn will promote space mining and so on.
