The low-end manufacturing industry cannot be eliminated in a short time, and it may take a long transformation process, but this is the future trend and should become a firm direction.

Therefore, the recruitment competition of talents forces the upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry, so as to improve the salary and sense of professional achievement of skilled talents, so that the factory can retain these young people.
