Among the many followers, HER2 ADC medications SHR-A1811 in Gypsies are generally the fastest, and in June 2022 SHR-A1811 entered three clinical sessions.

SHR-A1811 has, structurally, almost identical links to DS-8201 and toxic drugs. The difference between the two is that the drug resistance ratio (DAR) of DS-820 is 8 and the DAR of SHR-A1811 is less than 5.7.

Of course, there is a gap between the results of pre-clinical research and the actual clinical experiment in the human body. As clinical data have not been disclosed previously, SHR-A1811 has also been questioned whether follows the equivalent of DS-8201.

In other words, SHR-A1811 requires real clinical research data to prove itself. At the recent 2023ACR Conference, SHR-A1811 clinical trials were published by Gypsies.

As a result, the objective mitigation rate for all patients (ORR) was 61.6 per cent, of which 0RR was 81.5 per cent for HER2-positive breast cancers and 55.8 per cent for HER2 low-expressed breast cancer ORR.

How can this data be evaluated? We can be compared with clinical data for DS-8201.

In three clinical trials called DINY-Breast 03, DS-8201 was 79 per cent for HER2 positive breast cancer or R; in the DESTINY-Breast 04 experiment, DS-8201 was between 50 per cent and 60 per cent for subgroup ORR for HER2 low-expressed breast cancer patients.

As a result, the clinical performance of SHR-A1811 is not as wide as that of DS-8201.

However, not the first clinical experiment between SHR-A1811 and DS-8201, and the lower number of patients in clinical trials in SHR-A1811 are still at an early clinical stage.

Therefore, it is not possible to complete an evaluation of the efficacy of the SHR-A1811 treatment, or to wait for three clinical results.

Of course, it is an indicator of security in addition to effectiveness that evaluates the extent of a drug in one section.

As we know, DS-8201 clinical data on breast cancer, although repeatedly tainted, also have their own “Acathus” — intermediate pneumonia.
