It&apos;s possible that what feels deeply true to you may be just one of many viable ways to see the world.</p><p>If you can build self-awareness, get your assumptions and feelings on the table, and be curious about how others see the world, you may find your conflicts feeling less conflicted.</p><p>If you&apos;re interested in trying something this week, try to feel when a conflict is arising by listening to your body. Can you can sense your tension building and go, &quot;Oooh!&quot; to mark it?
