3D Volumetric Captures for Musicians in web3

I’m a South African, surfer, photographer and Entrepreneur with a love for music, nature and connections, based in Shanghai, China. We are looking for funding to set up our Studio in LA. We have tech that allows us to capture lifelike avatars of people, do pre-recorded or live 3D streams to VR/AR/XR/MR. We can help creators/artists create extra unlock-able content when they purchase music NFT’s, such as a webAR version of the artist performing said song. We can use the studio to do live VR performances, Can do rap battles with rappers in Europe, USA or even Asia. My initial idea was to just get VC capital to execute this, but after some discussion with a few members and friends, we came to the conclusion that opening investment up to musicians and NFT collectors, would be a great way to get a community together of likeminded individuals that will ultimately be invested in the studio, helping to grow and add value, help to promote and earn revenue, make decisions as to which artists we want to work with etc. So depending on how much we raise with the help of the community, we will make the rest available or open to VC funding if we need more funding. Ideally we would hope to not get VC funding, that way the community is involved more than a VC that may not see the real value in the studio/business/tech. We are thinking of doing an NFT with different tiers to it, similar to a Kickstarter campaign with different perks for various holders, of which some perks will be studio time, access to studio and watching live recordings, WL to future NFT drops from Musicians in the community, Merch, Acrylic Digital NFT Viewers, IRL meetups, VIP access to VR performances, exclusive invites to VR Fashion shows, promotion of musicians who are holders, profit share amongst community based on studio revenue earned, or dividends which will be the same as the investors would have gotten. As I’m the only one of our team, who are based in Shanghai, China that deals with international partnerships, collaborations etc, I would need a panel or board of members willing to assist in whichever way they can. My reach on social media stretches out, i have been doing extensive shilling and networking the last two months, with so much good feedback and comments on all we have discussed with communities. I want to give back to a community of musicians that want to help their industry. Therefor we want to raise enough capital to purchase the Hardware, Software and have it shipped to LA within the next two or three months. It will allow us to find a suitable studio space equipped with everything needed to set up the Ring Studio, rental for 1 year to 18 months paid up front, Setting up of business, accounts and admin, hiring staff to manage studio, creation of website, marketing material and salaries for staff. Salary for me to travel to the US to assist with setup and execution of plans accordingly. We are open to suggestions, collaborations, ideas, feedback and questions. I would need a team to assist with getting the finer details down on black and white, pen to paper, help create community and get Twitter, Discord and other social media up. Total funds needed is about $2,5 million which includes everything just mentioned.
