Here is a summary of the contents of all Acts:

• Act 1 is for testing validator setup workflow and tooling (END)

• Act 2 is for testing exchange and IBC functionality on Sei (END)

• Act 3 allows devs to build on Sei, identity bugs, and source improvements (Smart contracts and stress testing) (END)

• Act 4 is for testing governance and bug fixes (START)

At the time of writing, the Sei project is in its final testing phase (Act 4).

What can you do:
Now you can test the Vortex platform, which has been launched on Sei Network in testnet. You will need a Keplr wallet and test tokens. You can open long (buy) and sell (short) orders, as well as use other functionality of the platform (place stop-loss, use limit or market orders, etc.), send reports and leave feedback in their Discord.
