Land Baron Plan

Through our mint of 5,000 Land Barons NFTs we will raise 700 ETH to invest in metaverse projects. Land Barons will strategically invest in select projects and segments to maximize value for Land Baron holders. There will be 5,000 Land Barons available to mint starting at .05 ETH, we have selected a minting process to reward our early backers.

500 ETH will be invested in metaverse land throughout multiple projects. We will tactically diversify our funds throughout projects, while we intend to spend roughly 75% of these 500 ETH in projects such as Decentraland, The Sandbox, NFT Worlds, and Somnium Space. The remaining funds will be invested in projects such as Cryptovoxels, BYOP Land, NetVRk, Metroverse, and numerous other emerging projects. Land Baron Holder Benefits

Land Barons will provide holders with exposure to many desirable lands and revenue generating properties in the metaverse. We emphasize we do not pay or distribute any dividend or income for simply holding a Land Baron. Being a holder of a Land Baron NFT provides you access to the Land Baron Agent Fund. The Land Baron Agent Fund is the home and backbone of our community. As 80% of the revenue generated from our rental properties combined with 80% of metaverse token profits will be distributed to the Agent Fund. Holders looking to be eligible to collect from the Agent Fund have the opportunity to complete simply task if they wish to do so. Tasks will include liking or retweeting a Tweet. This gives holders the opportunity to serve as marketing and advertising agents for Land Baron properties. Our DApp will automatically keep track of each task holder's complete. Holders that complete a minimum 1 task each month will be able to claim .05% of the Agent Fund each month. We emphasize holders are not paid a dividend by owning a Land Baron. Land Baron DApp Our website will allow anyone to connect their wallet and rent or purchase a Land Baron property. For users looking to rent simply select a property and a duration, which will be in easy to use calendar format on our website. We plan to help mainstream the renting, leasing, and purchasing of land for users in the most intuitive and simplistic solutions.

A main method for Land Barons to generate revenue will be through renting and leasing, our properties will yield passive income for the Land Baron Agent Fund. Future DeFi Products

We are excited to share a preview of what is to come for Land Barons. Shortly after mint Land Barons will be unveiling its DeFi product suite. Such products such as collateralized P2P virtual real estate lending. Virtual real estate owners can list their land as collateral to borrow capital with numerous specifications including loan amount, interest percentage, and loan period. Lenders can view available loan listings and select the terms and collaterals that meet their requirements. In the event that the land owner fails to repay the agreed amount at the end of the period, the smart contract will provide the right for the lenders to claim the collateralized real estate. Land Barons is currently exploring the best ways in which to offer mortgages for users. Land Barons plans to develop and offer a range of DeFi products for all users to help onboard and further the adoption of the DeFi ecosystem.
