We know that you are worried as we have rescheduled the initial roadmap of the Player versus Environment (PvE) also known as the Anchorland story mode gameplay to be Q1 of 2022 instead of a fixed date on January 2022. We would like to have you look at the same roadmap from another perspective as well in terms of what was not originally planned but we have managed to achieve which is what we call a change of priorities.

Initially, we plan to allow playermon masters to trade their Playermon and Egg NFT on the OpenSea instead of launching the Radix immediately, but after talking to the community, we know that having our own marketplace would help as the fees involved are lower. So, we move the agenda forward, allowing you to trade your Playermon on our early release / Open Beta of the Radix Marketplace. We would like to acknowledge that there are some bugs and the user experience are lacking compared to the established Marketplace like OpenSea. Do give us some time, we will have a team to work on upgrading the Marketplace from time to time to ensure that the user experience is smooth for everyone.

We are working on a new SpaceDen feature called SpaceDen Visit that would allow you to travel and visit another user’s SpaceDen. This is a feature that we think align with the vision that we have set earlier but is not being put into the roadmap. Besides, it is not fair to launch the PvE before we have our apps on iOS or Mac OS. So, we are working hard to get ourselves on the Play Store and App Store for the best coverage of all devices that Playermon Master will have.

In the year 2022, we will be updating our Roadmap to be a to-do list so we can revisit every 14 days to reprioritise the important features instead of following blindly on the roadmap that we have set earlier and not considering the urgency of the features planned and taking into account the feedback from the community.

Regarding the Radix Marketplace using MATIC instead of PYM as the currency for the trading. There are a couple of reasons and here I will give the scenario and the benefits of it.

The simple process involved. Imagine that you are a new user with a Metamask wallet and some MATIC, to buy a Playermon on Radix is simple, you will need to connect wallet, press Buy, approve on MetaMask and you have gotten yourself a Playermon NFT. If we accept PYM tokens instead of MATIC, what would happen? The same user will need to go to Quickswap to change the MATIC into PYM, come back to the website, allow the marketplace smart contract to spend the PYM, wait for confirmation and then press on the buy button before they could get the Playermon NFT. Remember that the more steps taken to reach the end goal will result in users dropping out and not having the same urge to buy the Playermon NFT.

Another concern that we have received from the community is regarding the breeding logic and the price for breeding. We would like you all to stay calm as we are working on the sustainability of the tokenomics that would be able to counter the overpopulation problem that might arise. To counter the potential problem of overpopulation of Playermon through breeding, we will be coming out with breeding costs that would change when the number of Playermon NFT in circulation is increasing. Information regarding the breeding will be released in another article within a week from this message.

In the year 2022 and the next 50 days, we will continue to keep our heads down and build products that playermon master love. We will continue to develop and improve the gameplay, services that are beneficial to the community aligning with our vision to bring the social element to the Playermon Metaverse. Bloomberg senior commodity strategist Mike McGlone previously had highlighted that the markets are way overdue for a pretty significant correction, most notably in terms of equities, but recently noted on March 4 that Bitcoin “shows divergent strength.”

Furthermore, Mr. McGlone said that “Digital Gold” is poised to triumph, noting Bitcoin will be subjected to deflationary pressures after the peaks of 2021. He added Bitcoin may be evolving global digital collateral, given its losses in 2002 were less than half of those in the Nasdaq 100.

The commodity strategist stated:

“Bitcoin $40,000 or Nasdaq 14,000? Digital Gold Set to Prevail — Bitcoin faces deflationary forces after 2021 excesses, but the crypto shows divergent strength. With 2002 losses less than half those for the Nasdaq 100, Bitcoin may be maturing toward global digital collateral.”

It’s worth mentioning that on February 24, following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, which resulted in a brief dip in Bitcoin’s value, McGlone noted that, even though there are negative risks present, the drop provided a “very good buying opportunity” for long-term investors who had been sitting on their money.

“I don’t think Bitcoin gets much below $30,000. It’s holding good resistance around $40,000. I think this is ultimately going to be a very good buying opportunity for Bitcoin for longer-term traders. It’s going to be looked back upon in history as a defining moment,” he said.

Since then, Bitcoin fell from $39,000 to below $35,000 at the end of last week the flagship digital asset bounced back to briefly climb as high as $45,000 on March 2.

Currently, the BTC is trading at $39,084.85, down 6.25% in the last 24 hours and up 0.61% across the previous week, according to CoinMarketCap statistics.

Bitcoin has a total market worth of $741.6 billion and a market dominance of 42.2%.

Ultimately, as a result of the geopolitical tensions surrounding Russia’s invasion, Bitcoin’s supply activity has soared to its highest level in almost two years which may be one reason why McGlone has called it global digital collateral.
