下面我以Bungee和HOP跨链进行介绍

• 第一种方式

  进入imtoken钱包后，选择主网，然后到浏览栏下拉找到arbiturm，点击全部后可以看到很多官方桥，我们选择的Bungee dapp,进入后直接是跨链页面，点击Bungee右上角的连接钱包，直接选择imtoken，批准公开后，选择跨链地址，分别选择主网和arbiturm；然后选择跨链资产，两个都选择eth，只有eth的跨链会被计入活动。数量不要选择最大，留一点作为手续费。

可以看到我的手续费很高，继续点击设置按钮，选择低手续费，可以看到手续费降低了，但是跨链过去的eth会跟之前少一点，但是这个可以忽略。

最后点击proceed,链上确认完成就结束了。

• 第二种方式

  进入imtoken钱包后，选择主网，然后到浏览栏直接搜索HOP，会直接跳出HOP协议，直接点击进去。

点击连接钱包，选择show more,然后选择imtoken批准公开后，连接钱包。

发送eth，选择从主网到arbiturm网络，然后批准，批准通过后再点击发送，链上确认完成后就结束了。

最后，在imtoken最上面中间的ethereum进行网络切换，然后选择arbiturm，就可以看到你的资产了。

将刚刚备份下来的助记词按照先后顺序一一输入。最后确认，完成钱包创建。

钱包导入可以直接使用前面的助记词，或者是明文私钥、加密私钥或者直接冷钱包（imkey）。

What is a credential?

A credential as an economic term can be expressed in the crypto domain as a proof of a user's participation in a certain job. It can be an on-chain proof of work or an off-chain proof of work.

The current credential is independent and there is no direct link between the credentials of each project. It is peer-to-peer.

On-chain proof

Chain interaction is a favorite way for a project in the early stages to test its own project carrying capacity while getting a nice piece of user data. There are many ways of interaction, such as Swap\Lp\Lend\Borrow\Stake, and so on. The corresponding thresholds are also set, such as the number of transactions, amount of transactions, wallet address creation time, etc.

Perhaps more new ways of rewarding credential authentication will emerge in the future, which is more like a game of human nature. No matter how fine the rules are set, there will always be people who want to take advantage of them and make profits.

• There are speculators in most projects moving forward (which is unavoidable), and they tend to circumvent existing rules as much as possible, using scripts or other means such as bots to act as real users, often resulting in a low quality and motivation of participating users.

• The sources are too widespread for users to accurately identify the authenticity of the project, and the process can have the potential for the project to defraud users and users to defraud users.

Projects and protocols that advocate credentialing features (forerunners)

There are many pioneers in the crypto space, so here I will just briefly describe the projects I have experienced.

• RabbitHole| is dedicated to the web3 ecosystem to build on-chain credentials based on skill tasks. And the completion of the skill task will be used as a credential for participation in the next phase of the product. Orange is a reputation and trust casting protocol that aggregates data and web3 reputation models and generates comprehensive reputation proof in the form of verifiable certificates and nft, designed around access, engagement, contribution, reputation, impact and credibility, and continuously segmenting certificate criteria in different areas such as user segmentation for defi, dao-based reputation governance voting and content recommendation socialfi. It looks more like a reputation-based infrastructure project, replacing the traditional and cumbersome KYC. if Orange can achieve a truly decentralized identity, rather than blocking other users because of national policies (a process that can be difficult and sometimes becomes a tool for one country to sanction others), then it should come closer to the goal of decentralization.

Reflections

Nowadays, rewards systems are assigned based on the depth of participation of the user. Each project is independent and not connected to each other, so let's say I have deep participation in project a and get a reward for it. If I want to participate in project b, then I need to start all over again, and this process will hit deep users with (speculator) bots, which will discourage deep users from participating. If a consensus circle of credentials can be formed in the crypto community, where all project parties share the role of credentials, then project parties will view credential holders as high quality active crypto users.

The recognition of a credential requires the support of many contributors in order for it to continue to be useful, as it serves both as proof of previous participation and as a doorstop for participation in later work. It's more like a resume for us, it's a status symbol to be recognized throughout the crypto space.

The development of Web3 ecosystem can be built with credentials as the underlying layer to better match users and project parties.

Concluding remarks

In thinking about credential acquisition, I try to incorporate as much as possible the projects I have worked on, a process that is not comprehensive and only touches on small parts of the whole system. The power of one person is too small, and this needs to bring together more friends with consensus to participate in the construction in order to successfully build a tall building.

Wikipedia states that metagovernance is "governance of governance", which is an abstract concept that can be confusing.

In the crypto world, web3 is a group of crypto users focused on forming a crypto interconnection, and dao is a gathering of users who hold governance tokens (or otherwise) to make group decisions about projects. Metagovernance, as collective governance, is more like a combination of them.

Regular governance model

Projects with governance tokens publish proposals through channels such as snapshot, froum, etc, After a temperature discussion, a draft, a formal proposal and a final vote (pass or reject).The whole process is participated by the core users and project members who hold governance tokens, although they have made corresponding regulations on the number of participants quorum and votes. However, the governance process has a small number of participants and a small coverage (a governance project has at least thousands of token-holding users, but only a few hundred or even fewer users participate in the project governance). Users who want to participate in the governance of the project, but do not hold the appropriate governance tokens, are never able to do so. The entire ecosystem is fragmented, and everyone is limited to their own circle.

Here I will mainly focus on the metagovernance V0, which was explored in the early stages of RabbitHole. The rabbithole uses its own voting rights as an intermediate layer, connecting projects and users, with the final outcome of the vote being decided by the users, which will be very beneficial in extending the reach of the DAO.

RabbitHole advocates on-chain credentials to link all crypto projects together with on-chain credentials to form an ecosystem, laying the foundation for driving web3 development.

Nowadays, the crypto field mainly revolves around (dao\nft\defi), and RabbitHole happens to develop its own skill credentials around these three major fields, while using dao skills as a prerequisite for participating in RabbitHole metagovernance.

What can I do at RabbitHole's Metagovernance?

RabbitHole's metagovernance focuses on bringing together a group of crypto users to participate in the governance of projects where the treasury holds governance tokens. metagovernance is a niche area that involves voting, policy, education, research, etc., forming a complete chain.

In RabbitHole's metagovernance, we can be protocol experts, support experts, policy experts, education experts, research experts and so on, and we can make full use of our respective strengths to contribute to the promotion of metagovernance. If I am just a regular participating user, what can I do in metagovernance?

Problems found in the metagovernance process

• Because most users do not hold governance tokens themselves, they are not highly motivated to participate in the governance process, believing that it is not in their interest.

• Few users participate in governance, which is a real problem faced by all community governance, and there may be times when a few people represent the majority.

• When initiating a vote on a protocol expert, many users do not have a deep understanding of the content of the proposal, and many times they follow the recommendations published by the relevant expert, and tend to travel their voting rights based on the existing voting trends when voting.

How to increase user motivation?

• Create a compensation mechanism, which is an approach almost all projects consider when pushing, as it is a 100% winning technique to engage users. Pushing users into teams, doing team-like work (projects left to community autonomy), maybe they should get paid for similar work.

• Create a reward mechanism, for discord active users maybe add xp and roles,, or poap\nft, even if these have no practical value, but seem to be well received as a symbol of their work.

• Improve the role of on-chain credentials, and strengthen cooperation with different governance projects to expand the reach of on-chain credentials and do cross-coverage of users on both sides. (This could be the future trend of community governance in the web3 ecosystem, where everything is interconnected and growing together)
