I wonder why no one teaches us to think from the moment we want to have our last breath… Back then in Hong Kong, I was always intimidated by this statement “Start with an end in mind” and years after my spiritual awakening, I met many stories and reference guidance on applying the LAW OF ATTRACTION & the LAW OF ASSUMPTION, which even backed up by science like the QUANTUM FIELD THEORY, THE VORTEX etc.

THE END.

This sounds familiar isn’t it? Yes, probably for those who used to watch movies in the cinema back in the 90s. I am not too sure why the movies nowadays that I purchased online, seldom have this phrase ‘THE END’ . One theory I can argue is that, they try to make it an ongoing sequel or simply the producers think that is no longer necessary to mark this phrase… Or simply, just by coincidence, those that I was interested to watch and that I watched it online instead of walking into a cinema has no such phrase. And the trend nowadays, is to include “an easter egg” to signify “THE END” .

On the other hand, it suddenly make it clear to me why these two words come to me, again, at this point of time.

I had actually asked my mother about this, “Why death must be mourned? Why can’t we just simply celebrate death, just like how we celebrate a new born baby? After all, a life has completed its’ journey here to experience what it is meant to experience. Regardless if they have regret or not, they experienced all their choices and decisions, isn’t it a complete journey up till the last breathe?”

My mother said, my thinking process was too progressive and no one will take my words seriously. So I decided not to further speak to another person.

Interestingly enough, today (2022, September 30) I decided to pen it down. About an idea of how humanity can activate the path of finding who they are and truly be devoted to their path, by ‘Start(ing) with THE END in mind’.

That means, when an individual is ready to learn about death or simply knowing that one day, they are meant to complete the journey of breathing, how would it be? If it is possible to have a death party instead of a death grieving and mourning ceremony? If it is possible for their loved ones to feel happy that the deceased did their best to experience their life and that, they got to finally let go of this journey call life?

Is it possible for everyone of us, to simply know that, we are going to die with happiness, with no worries, with certainty that our next generations can surely handle their experience or challenge thereafter, with joy that we had it all, with appreciation that we love the best we can, with peace that we made someone’s day even if it is just a stranger, with trust that no matter how our body will be dealth with it will be the best natural way and giving back to planet earth…

IF ALL OF US have no more fear, anger about our death moment, that means we ASSUMED how we will die, and as I described, we can make it as desirable as possible and bring in so much more love and peace, plus freedom and bliss, that means what we now ASSUME IS ATTRACTING all the components that are supposed to make our death scenario happened.

THIS, is quite a reverse engineer.

Now, given a firm scenario you want to assume for yourself how you want to die, do not ever share with another person because anyone’s else perception in the 3D is going to give you resistance. It is to:

(1) Protect your desire and not let any other energy interfere the 3D final representation of your death moment

(2) If you let the other person know, it is inviting their energy into it and although, they cannot possibly interfere your 3D thoughts, their energy will be trigger and you might not know what they will think of you and your death. If they resist the idea of how you want to die, your plan could go wrong, again, you invited your own resistance.

Enough with the lecture on why not to tell anyone else but to keep it to yourself. Does it sounds familiar? Yes, we heard that many times from those who practiced the Law of Attraction, never ever tell someone else your dreams or desire until they have come into manifestation in the 3D. Again, the theory is the same, you want to keep your energy pure and not tainted, so that your intuition is not messing up with energy that is not yours.

That being said, not telling others what our final desire is not selfish at all. They will naturally come along if they are meant to be in your journey. You will know exactly what to tell and what not to tell for other scenario, but not DEATH. Just another hint, remember those serial killer case studies? Most of them acting individual, will never showed the other person or tell them the intention to kill. Likewise, a smart successful business man will never ever tell you their business secrets or what they are doing next to get you buy their products or lure you into their sales/ investment plan. NLP sales coaching is using the same method, starting with THE END of the event in mind. In insurance selling for example, they sell that you COULD POSSIBLY end up in accident etc. They are selling you THE END. Can you hold yourself so discipline that, you focus only ONE ULTIMATE SCENARIO for your ending?

Of course throughout human history, not many can do this, we got distracted a lot, we lose control on our emotions and keep diverting from our own true nature and never get to explore our fullest potential.

NOW, given a chance to do so, will you?

By knowing how you want to die, you are helping yourself to bring in all the people, event, circumstances to make THE END, happened. Ironically, you keep the vibration of happy ending, you attract people who keep the vibration of happy ending too.

I do not consider myself a rebel, and hence me having the urge to first of getting all my shits together as a person, before forcing myself into any kind of romantic relationship is just me, doing me, being me, living me and truly me.

I used to be people pleasing. I used to think of a relationship to exist at the essence of what you give is what you receive. To a certain extent this is exactly what the law of reciprocity and law of attraction will give you, but I was failed to comprehend that the underlying energy of my giving is what I will receive.

Without the underlying energy, that is a comprehension of myself, it feels like I am always misunderstood, and my giving is questioned, people are confused why I give, because I am confuse of who I am. All I thought is that, the summation of people makes who I am because the law of attraction says so, which yes, me being confuse of myself and never bother to comprehend myself, continues to suffer from relationships and living life in confusion.

The notation of people pleasing comes from survival mode originates from the family lineage that I choose to give birth into. I chosen them because I am meant to experience the joy of breaking generational curses and that this curse ends at me. I am freaking proud of myself, no matter how much others have evolved, at least for me and my family line, I broke the chain.

Being in the awareness and consciousness of living, is such a beautiful experience. Because the self no longer just exist to pass by days and nights. The human self finally got to live. By living, it means a full acceptance of life and death, a full acceptance of consciousness, a full acceptance of the whole spectrum and being aware that there is no limitations to consciousness. Limitations or just conditions are part of consciousness, so as possibilities. Just their nature appears as reality and non-reality.

When one is able to live as a consciousness, one is living the spirit self in human experience, and one is able to be a keen observer as well as an excellent detach consciousness from the human experience. One is then able to perceive beyond just physical bodies, the mind and soul comes into more active awareness.

In simple words,  spirit (I.e. consciousness) in human experience is the complete expression of my body, my mind and my soul. My body is the physical body and physical reality being an extension of what my body can perceive. Soul is something that is not logical, cannot be reason and not something my body can actually express yet I can naturally trust. Mind is something I reason, I validate and I rely on outside source to convince myself to trust.

Life itself is a myriad of consciousness. Mates who come into union based on physical realities are bound to physical conditions. Mates who come into union based on soul comprehension are union that is naturally attuned to trust and that it feels comfortable.

When mates based on soul comprehension comes into committed union as marriage or life long couples, they will only give births to more generations of soul comprehensions. The bond and intimate belongings that are beyond physical conditions.

So, what are soul comprehensions? Put simply, any process of learning of your non-physical reality in a non-forceful way and/ or acceptance of experience without logical reasoning. It entails a wholeness of life experience, non-judgement and all acceptance of life experiences, be it physical or non-physical. Anything that you feel, you imagine, you have gut feelings, you have instincts; are the soul’s work.

As one is more aware of soul work, one will be more balance energetically. One no longer feel constrained just because of conditions of the physical nor one will be confused by the limiting perception of the mind, now together with the awareness of one’s soul, one perception of self becomes whole. When one is whole, one can easily be present, remain focus, sharp in discernment and having top performance of its human experience regardless of life circumstances.  

Hence, individuals who feels whole all the time, is whole regardless. The feeling of wholeness will feed the mind and become a belief and a will to be whole, and remain whole and then the physical body entails the experience of wholeness, thus attracting people, places, events that feels whole, that celebrate wholeness.

Soulmate couples, put simply are any couples who are bond based on first, individual soul comprehension and then, together, they naturally attract each other into near proximity of presence. Comprehension is used instead of understanding because the soul’s is non-logical and is ever changing in nature, the energy of the soul cannot stop at a destination it can only evolves and keep evolving. Hence, if one keep using understanding to do the soul work, one is not present; one will be confused to live in the result, which is often one perspective.

So, with soul comprehension, the key is you can feel each other without judgement because the soul experience is wholeness and no condition; you can imagine each other without confusing about physical or mental limitations. In such energy, the interactions of the couple will only bring in the wholeness of union, that is the couple will focus on what matters to the union instead of being pulled into many directions and not serving the union.

With the blessings of the 666 portal (2022.06.06), many individuals will have the courage to rise up into any challenges of their soul comprehension and emerge as a whole individual before coming into union with their soul mate which could be their divine counterparts, and soul mates who are meant to be important partnership to the evolution of their soul, which all in all serves the spirit of their existence/ creation.

Beyond 2022, it is expected that more families and new generations will be coming out from generational traumas and emotional damage, as the soul work continues to evolve with blessings of the benevolent light of portal 666. Many will find unexpected life events or turn around that they cannot comprehend at first, to only being reveal that they are meant to live life as a whole being, instead of a scattered self.

My first digital painting: The Red Candle Flame.

Year 2022, I was inspired on 2022/02/22 by one question I ask myself (you may read it in the 'Behind The Scene' Chapter of my book) thus giving birth to my 2nd book published now on Amazon.

It is amazing how both events happened in different timeline which relates to the use of my heart. One same object (my heart) and two very different circumstances.

One leads me to walk the path which is totally unknown, feel very similar to others where the story termed ‘mid-life crisis’ or ‘taken the road less taken’, it was scary. It feels like going against all odds. I feel like doing things where my usual peer circle or at least industry leaders (I was then a financial services consultant) were not doing. The more I resist taking my own path and accepting the nature of my heart’s calling, the more I got rejected at paths where I act progressively towards.

It was then a moment of surrender. Whatever will be, will be. This phrase is one of my favorite line from a song my mother love singing to me, ‘Que sera sera’. I decided to finally allow myself, to loosen up a little bit more, and to just simply, be at ease at where I am, and accept where my heart leads me to.

I begin seeing things taking place quickly. As soon as I shift my focus to accepting and surrendering, I build trust in myself again, when I finally make choices and decisions purely based on my own voice, and knowing that amidst all others voices that played around me (my connections and circle of network), they were merely reference points. Ultimately, my voice matter and it matters so much that I am enough. I matters, I am enough to make my own decision.

I was then brought to a new working environment, where I got the chance to build a bank from ground zero. It was a challenging and tiresome period of time, as the diversity increases and the skill sets required were so much larger than my initial knowing. I stretched myself, I boldly went out of my comfort zone. I lead conversations that my previous self had never any chance before (because of hierarchies and seniorities that I was told to shut up). The adventure even allowed me to work with cross department colleagues from the front to the back offices. It was a thrilling experience and I built so much more character. I got to know myself in such a depth that I never dive before.

Years later, I took a chance to finally follow my calling, to work on my people skills, to work on the way I can relate and connect.

I always believe that individual has the power of creation, something which is truly unique and gifted to them. Certification or qualification shall never stop one from stopping to provide their service and show the world their true value. The reason we kept holding on to fit in and find a tribe is that, we have yet to recognize our own value. And once you recognized your own value, your purpose will find you, same to all other desires, money and comfort that you always yearn for. They will all find their way back home to you where FIRST, you got to follow your heart calling to see your own true value, not what others valued about you. Only with you appreciating and valuing who you truly are, you attract and radiate the energy of true worth and authenticity. Everything of your true desires will simply find you.

Do you believe in living a life of 'Happily Ever After'? It appears to be somehow pretty impossible, because the society voice that I was bombarded with, sounds like 'you never live life without pain'.

What if I can do something with the pain?

What if the pain is there to support my wellbeing and not causing me mental stress and burnt out?

What if the pain is there to show me my true alignment towards my wellbeing?

I wish I knew this earlier, yet somehow this truth of living happily ever after comes to me, as I study further what means to be 'wellbeing'.

Put simple, wellbeing is achieved when you are feeling good more than feeling bad in your every day's life. That puts you in a state of flow, a Zen mode where life just feels 'smooth and seamless'. Pure natural, everything feels like you are breathing really fine, regardless of ad-hoc errands or pampering yourself with a glass of fine wine.

Life itself, in every occurrence and existence just appears in perfect harmony, which supports the fittest survive and thrive rule. Isn't in this case, the fittest referring to a constant flow of wellbeing? Whatever fits remain, whatever excels stay. If the fittest is what remains, that means the flow of life itself supports wellness, supports a stream of wellbeing.

Take just the comets out there being extremely friendly with planet earth, never a collision seems to come destroy us and makes us disappear till date (and if we are destroyed, then life proves me wrong) and we are still evolving fine with NFT and Metaverse, launching rockets to Mars etc.

When wellbeing is achieved, then it will be easy for us to come into a phase of ongoing satisfaction. Do not get me wrong, there is still dissatisfaction going on, yet our wellbeing will always help us to balance out the energy of dissatisfaction and keep us towards our focus of our fittest, our wellness to support life force, to support our existence. Else, we can bid our goodbye (e.g. dying from state of dis-ease/ disease).

With ongoing satisfaction, this is where we can trust ourselves and trust others. We no longer feel the need to compare, be jealous of, confused of suffer from existential crisis. With trust comes respect. What we respect becomes something we adore and admire over time, that is where love and appreciation comes in.

When you love and appreciates your life and everything around you. you just enjoy and celebrate often. You dish out compliments sincerely, you are able to support the wellness of others on their journey. And the happily ever after continues where you continue to trust, respect, love and appreciate, enjoy, celebrate; trust more, respect more, love and appreciate more, enjoy more, celebrate more etc.

I did not get a full picture from Will Smith's "Pursuit of Happiness" back in my 20s, but I believed the seed did grew from there. And I am happy that, I have been given enough clarity now on where my coaching will help.
