总结：适当多给自己抽出时间主动学习与独立思考，摆脱手机及网络等外界的干扰，去学习享受孤独，但是open mind，把长期主义及终身学习践行到底。提高认知不难，难的是知行合一！在后疫情时代能应对的人，必定是最先感知变化的人，有危才有机会，世界及时代正在快速发生变化，我似乎嗅到了，时间会证明一切，只有提前做准备应对时代的快速变化才能生存。
