The report shows that Uniswap’s Q4 transaction volume in 2021 will reach $361 billion, a record high, an increase of more than 140% compared to Q3. Uniswap LP's revenue for the quarter was $816 million, up 152% sequentially. LP fees are gradually sliding towards lower fee tiers, but the surge in transaction volume more than offsets the impact of lower fees per transaction. In addition, the 0.01% LP fee level introduced in Q4 makes Uniswap more competitive in the face of low-fee DEXs. The data shows an increase in USDC/USDT trading activity, however LP fees remain largely unchanged due to the reduction in rates.
