Set up the Terminal
This will be your home base for the next 8 weeks.

2. Sign in using privy, I recommend signing in with your wallet (if you partcipated in the ICO, then use this one).

   Now you're in.
   

Next up, let's set up the basics:

1. First of all, if you don't have any funds on MegaETH yet, go here to bridge:

2. Head to the "booster" section in the Terminal. There you can see the boosts you are eligible for. You can't activate them manually, but some might have been added to your profile already (for example if you partcipated in one of the ICO rounds or if you were active on MegaETH in the past).

3. Head to the "clan" section and pick one. These are basically NFT communities but you don't have to own the NFT to be part of a clan. Pick the one you like. Personally, I joined BadBunnz as I like what they are building. WCNetizens and Meganacci are also good picks. Your goal should be to join the clan that you think will get the most pledges. I think that's gonna be BadBunnz.

Let's get to the apps

Basically, you earn points by using MegaETH apps.

How they are being calculated is not public, but it comes down to participation and the amount of capital you use. Again, you don't need a hundred thousand dollars to do this.

So let's take it app for app, all the ones that are being featured in week 1 (plus a few more). Exactly what you can do and how.

Important to note: You can (and should) use all of them. But you can only apply your booster to three each week. To apply them, go to the button in the top right corner on your terminal. I recommend doing this only after you picked the apps you enjoy using most.

Kumbaya

Category: DEX

That will be your main DEX for now.

To earn points, you can do basic activities such as swaps.

Or, even more powerful, you can provide liquidity for USDm, MegaETH's native stablecoin. Here is how:

3. Send ETH on MegaETH to that newly created wallet.

4. Connect the new wallet to the MegaETH Terminal (there is a big button in your profile section).

5. Swap some ETH on MegaETH into USDm and USDT0.

Pick your apps

While using all apps every day will bring the best ROI, I think it's smarter to focus on three each week and go hard on them. That's also what the boosters are for.

Points are assigned based on people's usage, not based on MegaETH team preferences. So best strategy is probably just using what you would use if there was no farming season

Guiding principles

There are a few things to keep in mind here while doing the farming and a few lessons from previous farming rounds:

This is a long game, play it like one

The first season will run for 8 weeks. Not a super long time frame but long enough that most people will move on after week 2. The best ROI is not in going hard for one week and then doing something else, it's consistent action over the full period. Personally, I'm planning to do some on-chain actions on MegaETH every day. The current points you see are from past participation in USDm pre-deposists, so don't get discouraged.

Spend money, but wisely

Farming requires you to burn some capital unless you play it super safe by providing USDm/USDT0 liquidity. Pokémon packs, Fantasy Football, perps - expect losses. That's okay, remember there will be an airdrop at the end of this. Just make sure you don't blindly burn money. Many people that farmed Blast through Blur were at a loss because they lost way more money than what their airdrop turned out to be worth.

Make money

At the same time, you don't have to lose money while farming. There are a lot of plays that can make you profit. MegaETH NFTs were (and maybe are) one of them, up 10x

Have fun

Farming can be fun. If you find a few apps that you enjoy using (and MegaETH has a lot of them already), it won't feel like a chore.
