Development has progressed well, although it took longer than anticipated, and we are now applying the final touches to our product. We will soon initiate a beta testing phase with a select group of traders, both seasoned and casual, to gather feedback and make the necessary adjustments before launching. It’s time for us to give you more details about what we’ve been building.

The first element of our project is our bot, which serves as the primary gateway to the application. It includes all the standard features expected from a price checking bot. Users can check the prices of any tokens, summarize chats, and obtain sentiment analysis for tickers based on the last 100 messages in a chat (we plan to expand this to include messages from all channels).

This bot is our means to penetrate groups, gain market share and collect data. You can call it our Trojan Horse.

The bot is strategically designed with multiple calls to action, one at the beginning and another at the end, to direct users toward our mini-app. You might think you've seen similar features in other bots, but ours is distinct. Unlike others, such as monkebot, which redirect to specific bots for a commission, our referral system is more intricate:

• We offer what is known as a "static referrer" for those who referred users when they created their account.

• A "dynamic referrer" for those who prompt a user to execute a trade. Our focus is on fostering trades rather than mere registrations, rewarding actions that lead to trades rather than just account creation.

The dynamic referrer always takes precedence over the static referrer insuring that our affiliates are driven by pushing bot usage.

When users click the button, it doesn't just send them to a bot in DM; it opens our WebApp directly on the trade page if they have an account, or guides them to account creation if they don't. This seamless integration allows users to remain in their chat and return effortlessly after completing their trades, enhancing user convenience.

As you can see there are three tabs that will be accessible for the moment, Info, Chart and Trade. We made it simple, idiot proof. Now, let's explore the Chart tab, which is concentrated on chart features :

In the future, we aim to enable users to place limit orders directly from the chart. We're developing this through a partnership with Wiskers, which we'll announce later in the week. We've also integrated a Firehose feature for live monitoring of buys and sells. Users can view their current positions in the Positions tab.

The Info tab provides essential information needed to assess the safety of a token.

This concludes the "trading" part of the app, but there's more. We've recognized the difficulty of checking holdings and portfolio value with other bots, so we've created our own portfolio tracker within the app. It allows users to visualize the value of each wallet and holding.

Let’s have a look at the main page or home page.

The main page features at the top a list of currently trending tokens, so you can see at a glance which tickers are hot.

Next, a small chart inspired by Robinhood showing portfolio value over time, and the total value with 24-hour changes. Below that are three calls to action, strategically placed in what would be the middle of your screen if you opened the app on your phone.

Then a list of open positions, we chose to unify those per token instead of per buy for clarity and a "CEX-like" experience. Finally, there's also a watchlist for quick information access or navigation towards specific token pages. Let’s have a look at the search page now, which is the one you will use to search for tokens and access their respective page.

Here you will find a search bar where you can input either the name, ticker, or address of any token you wish to obtain information on. You will also be able to quickly click on past search results for greater simplicity or directly click on a token in your watchlist.

As you can see, we've showcased a mix of screenshots from the desktop version of Telegram, Safari, and the mobile WebApp to demonstrate our support for all three methods of interaction with the app.

This is very important to us because, even though we understand that our core audience is the Telegram degen, we want to cater to all types of users. This trading app is designed to simplify the process, and we believe it can be certainly useful for seasoned traders but even more so for a beginner.

Our goal over the coming week, like we have eluded to in the start of the article is to gather feedback and showcase this product to group owners, we believe we have a very interesting and fully integrated product for them and we want to show it to as many eyes as possible.

Affiliate marketing is clearly the way we wanna move forward to grow and that is what we will focus on.

While such a setup might be suitable for creating a basic game like tic-tac-toe, it falls short for a comprehensive trading interface aimed at seamlessly introducing users to decentralized trading. Moreover, we aspire to provide seasoned traders with the advanced tools they require to thrive in the arena.

To realize this vision, it became evident that we needed to craft our own interface, complete with customized components. Yet, we also wanted our platform to remain connected to a popular messaging app to streamline user acquisition and onboarding. Prior to our foray into Discord, we had explored Telegram and were genuinely impressed with the innovative features they offered bot developers, ranging from integrated payment systems to secure and transparent login mechanisms for apps and mini-apps. Unlike Discord, where bot development seemed like an afterthought, Telegram demonstrated genuine commitment to this sphere.

Consequently, our shift is not just a transition to another platform, but a strategic move towards a future that aligns more closely with our aspirations. We're advancing towards a shared backend infrastructure that transcends the limitations of any single social application. We're in the process of creating an app integrated within Telegram, further complemented by a mobile application and a desktop terminal tailored for advanced users. All these platforms are designed to work in harmony, unified by our enhanced and innovative backend system.

We recognize the magnitude of this endeavor. Therefore, our strategy has been to craft a framework that facilitates effortless enhancement and swift iteration of new features. Upon launch, users can anticipate a sleek and intuitive interface. It will boast a portfolio tracker for a consolidated view of your wallet's assets, a position tracker for managing and showcasing your trades, a watchlist to keep an eye on your gems, insightful charts, comprehensive token information, and, of course, an efficient trading platform.

Moreover, users will have the capability to integrate Meowl into their preferred groups. This will offer streamlined and systematically arranged token price checks that link directly to our trading interface. Alongside this, users can avail themselves of popular functionalities such as a message recap for those missed chats. And, a feature we're particularly thrilled about: an AI-driven sentiment analysis on mentioned tokens. This advanced feature gauges the collective sentiment surrounding specific tokens, providing invaluable insights to our users.

We've already teased some exciting updates on our Twitter, and we'll delve deeper into the details as we approach our launch. So, stay tuned – our launch is just around the corner!

Burn 33.3% of all $MEOWL tokens

Due to an overestimation of liquidity needs, we've opted to burn 90.7% of the original amount (5,000,000 $MEOWL). We’ve already exceeded our liquidity expectations and our liquidity to marketcap ratio is more than healthy.

A one-year extension of the team’s vesting period:

We've chosen to extend the team’s vesting period to 12 months. This means the team will re-vest its tokens for an additional 11 months at the end of the original vesting period. The vesting will be linear.

Why not do it now ? The contract is immutable, we cannot change the vesting duration and we cannot withdraw our tokens early (that would defeat the purpose of a vesting contract).

We recognize the importance of addressing key concerns and ensuring the tokenomics of $MEOWL are transparent:

Key community concerns:

• What is our strategy for utilizing or optimizing the Meowl LP (Liquidity Pool)?

• Is the team contemplating an extension to the vesting period for their tokens?

• Has the vesting period for pre-salers ended, and if so, are there any tokens left unclaimed?

To shed light on these concerns, here's a detailed breakdown of our structure including some of the changes we will implement:

Meowl LP Timelock Contract

• Tokens Locked: 512,500 $MEOWL (3.42%) + 5,000,000 $MEOWL to be burned

• Purpose: This contract is designated for liquidity provisioning. Plan: 20% of the tax is allocated to adding liquidity when needed.

Due to an overestimation of liquidity needs, we've opted to burn 90.7% of the original amount (5,000,000 $MEOWL).

Meowl Treasury Contract

• Address: 0x842618c3f6E3E12edc5F02CC17561293e10CEb7d

• Tokens Held: 3,750,000 $MEOWL (25%)

• Details: These non-circulating $MEOWL tokens are held by a 2/2 multisig and are part of the Community Treasury portion.

• Usage: The primary objective of the Treasury is to reward participants of our incentive programs meowl.xyz/rewards.

  This incentive program is designed to incentivize the use of our product. It creates a virtuous circle: token holders can stake their tokens and earn the fees generated by the people using the bot and the people using the bot can earn tokens that they can in turn stake.

  The first season will award up to 750,000 tokens. This figure depends both on the volume and number of people that take part in our incentive program. Following seasons will award up to 150,000 tokens and will last one month.

Meowl: Vesting Contract 1 (Team Tokens)

• Tokens Held: 3,000,000 $MEOWL (20%)

• Details: 3,000,000 $MEOWL are allocated to the team, originally vested over 1 month. We've chosen to extend this vesting period to 12 months. This means the team will revest its tokens for an additional 11 months at the end of the original vesting period. The vesting will be linear. Why not do it now ? Meowl: Vesting Contract 1 (Early Raise Contributors)

• Details: 531,400 $MEOWL is dedicated to early raise contributors, vested over a 1-month duration. The vesting period started at token inception.

Meowl Vesting 2 (Pre-salers)

• Address: 0xC50822a25c627C5C9c1dc65766fB8287597EAF87

• Tokens Held: 102,183 $MEOWL (1.05%)

• Status: The vesting period for pre-salers has ended. This contract currently only contains the unclaimed $MEOWL tokens. Claims are manual, some people opted to keep their tokens in the contract.

Token Distribution (post-changes):

Tokenomics Redesign

The total supply of 15,000,000 MEOWL tokens has been restructured as follows:

• 43.75% or 6,562,000.00 MEOWL will be paired with ETH to provide liquidity on Uniswap V2.

• 11.25% or 1,687,500.00 MEOWL tokens are reserved for the Raise contributors.

• 20.00% or 3,000,000.00 MEOWL will be earmarked to recompense past and future core contributors.

• 25.00% or 3,750,000.00 MEOWL tokens will be allocated to the Community Treasury.

Increased Revenue Sharing

In a move to enhance revenue for our token holders, we have decided to introduce a buy and sell tax and increase the revenue share:

• 50% of the fees generated by the platform and 2% of the token trading volume will be converted to ETH and distributed to MEOWL stakers.

• 1% of the token trading volume will be allocated to bolster the protocol's MEOWL/WETH LP position. Once we exhaust our tokens, this portion will be redirected towards token buybacks.

• 2% of the token trading volume will be appropriated to fund the project.

Staking Options

MEOWL token holders will have the choice between two staking options:

• Stake MEOWL to earn ETH.

• Stake MEOWL to earn additional MEOWL through auto-compounding.

Both of these staking options will be available approximately one week following the TGE. Rewards will be distributed throughout the week. To ensure the receipt of your entire weekly reward, you must remain staked for the entire week.

Referral Program

Referrers can earn 10% of the 0.875% fees applied to trades, which will be deducted from the team's portion. In the event that a user trades in a revenue share enabled Guild without a referrer, the Guild Owner will earn this referral fee.

Treats Incentives Program

Earn treats and ascend the leaderboard with the Meowl Bot! At the end of the season, your treats can be exchanged for MEOWL tokens.

2.75% to 5% of the tokens will be allocated to fund the inaugural season of our Treats incentives program.

What Is Meowl?

$MWL: The Cornerstone of the Meowl Ecosystem

$MWL serves as the backbone of the Meowl platform, operating as both a utility and governance token. The token's dual nature ensures users are an integral part of the platform's growth and development.

Upon staking $MWL, users receive an equivalent receipt token, $fsMWL.

Meowl collects a 0.875% fee on trades, with 40% of generated fees being distributed directly to $MWL token holders.

Furthermore, Discord server owners who integrate Meowl into their communities receive 5% of the fees generated through their server, thereby ensuring a consistent and alternative income stream for their communities.

$MWL token holders also unlock an array of features:

• Access to AI/ML models (Rugpull prediction...)

• Mimic Ape (ape a token with multiple wallets)

• Customizable alerts

• An increased amount of wallets / bigger custom token list

The platform is committed to adding at least one user-requested feature each month.

On the governance front, $MWL holders have the power to vote on platform-related governance proposals, including decisions on fee percentages and Community Treasury usage.

Transparent Token Distribution and Supply

A total of 15 million $MWL will be minted at genesis and will become accessible over the course of 27 months.

• 35.00% or 5,250,000.00 $MWL paired with ETH for liquidity on Uniswap V3

• 25.00% or 3,750,000.00 $MWL to the Raise contributors

• 15.00% or 2,250,000.00 will be dedicated to retribute past and future core contributors.

• 15.00% or 2,250,000.00 $MWL will be allocated to the incentive budget and airdropped to users over two seasons.

$MWL liquidity on Uniswap will be added at the TGE. The Uniswap LP position will be locked for 12-months.

The treasury tokens will be held by a 7 days timelock contract controlled by the project's multisig. That means that any movement of those tokens will be delayed by 7 days.

The treasury tokens will mainly be used to sell Bonds via Bonds Protocol, listings/partnerships with CEXs and market makers, fund community initiatives or new incentives programs. These funds are controlled by the $MWL holders.

Taxation is theft

The $MWL token is non dilutive and will be tax-less.

User Airdrops

Meowl will distribute a portion of the $MWL allocation to members of the Meowl community in multiple waves called seasons.

Airdrop #1

The first user airdrop will distribute 5% of the $MWL token supply. This airdrop is targeted towards people who participated in the closed and public beta of Meowl.

A transparent fee structure

Meowl collects a 0.875% fee on trades, upon either acquiring a token (token in) or selling a token (token out). This is conducted at the router level; Meowl will never execute transactions on your behalf using your wallet (unless specifically instructed to do so, like with our upcoming Token Sniper feature).

Giving back

At Meowl, we believe in sharing. In addition to providing access to premium features, we distribute 50% of our generated platform fees amongst our token holders, 2% of the token trading volume and allocate 10% of the fees generated by each server (taken from the team split) to the respective server owners or the user’s referrer.
